This is one of those projects you go in thinking, 'Oh my! Am I gonna be able to do this?' ... then you walk out with an amazing piece of art that you created. And if you have any issues while you're working on your project, either FiFi or her assistant are walking around offering any help you need! They also offer other classes in the next room over - I'll have to check it out and see what other classes I can try. But for now, I really enjoy this Rug Tufting class!! My girlfriend and I went for their silver jewelry workshop, and we both made our own rings. We had the owner helping us throughout the process, from forming the clay in the shape we wanted, to heating, buffering, and polishing! She was really helpful, especially to me since I'm not the best with arts and crafts. I loved the way our rings came out, and these are both our favorite rings. I'd highly recommend coming to Soft Land for anyone looking for fun arts and crafts projects to try hands on! We're looking to come back for their stained glass workshop in the future ^_^

I have given this Michaels location multiple chances, but I am extremely disappointed and will not…read morebe returning. The store is consistently dirty, unorganized, and in complete disarray. Shelves are messy, many are empty, and boxes with items are frequently left on the floor as if restocking was abandoned midway. Price tags are often missing. I asked a dazed looking employee if they carried fringe and rickrack. She told me they did not. As I made my way to the register, I found an aisle stocked with exactly those items. Employees are never in sight when customers need assistance and when you do find one they are unfriendly and do not even acknowledge you or say hello when passing. This store feels neglected and on the brink of closing its doors for good. The last time I visited, I nearly stepped on a large roach slowly strolling down the aisle (see pic). I did notify a worker about this and they stated it was common and not concerned with doing anything about it. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

My aunt and I went to Hobby Lobby to obtain decorations for an "Elevated fall" vibe in our living room/ dining room area back at home. Boy oh boy do I love me some Hobby Lobby! I feel like the selection at this Riverside location was better than Rancho Cucamonga location. We purchased garlands, candle holders, table runners, ribbons, and small knick knacks to tie our whole look together. We are SO satisfied! We will definitely coming back for Christmas. Also shoutout to staff, Laura, for taking what felt like 5 minutes to help us untangle some acorn garlands we found.
