So apparently they close at 8pm when online it says they close at 9pm. Bad customer service too.

There is a noticeable lack of customer service at this store. No one greeted me when I arrived, and there were no staff members available to answer my questions. The employee on the floor ignored me the first time I asked for a fitting room because he was busy talking on his earpiece. When I asked again, he simply walked over, unlocked the room, and walked away without a word. The store wasn't even busy--I believe I was the only customer there. It's disappointing because I really do like Express clothing, but the service at this location was a letdown. read more

Very clean and tidy store with lackluster customer service. Some people were greeted some were not, (I was not) however, the cashier was nice enough. I will definitely be revisiting this store (for item pick up, because prices online are cheaper than in store). read more

Worst customer service experience ever. This place is trash. I wanted to try on a few shirts to see how they looked on me and the rude ugly chic working there gave me attitude because I didn't want to try on their plain "tester" shirts. The point of trying on a shirt is to see if you like how it looks on you. Lazy ass was upset that she would have to fold the shirt after I tried them on. 70% off sale! going on right now with additonal 20% off. Prices are good during the sale, but selection is rather limited. I used to be a huge fan of Express but their selection has declined over the years and their prices has steadily increased to the point of "not affordable". Those sale containers used to be full of beautiful clothes under $10, now the cheapest is $19.99 and they don't even have my size. I did receive wonderful service from the staff, and I would love to shop here more often. Until my paycheck doubles, or a big suitcase full of cash falls into my lap, its unlikely I'll shop here again. read more

I had the worst experience today with my return. I had two managers handling my return one by the name of ADRIANA that stated she was doing me a "FAVOR" (right) her manager position has her extremely entitled to treat customers any way she feels deem absolutely delusional. I was within my 60 days so she is not doing anyone a favor at all. Adriana was condescending stated it was up to her wether she would do my return and the price adjustment. Adriana went as far as to ask me if I shop at the Tyler store, does it matter where I shop? So rude I will never shop at that location again. The other manager kept repeating what I needed talking down to me like I couldn't comprehend what I went there for. I normally shop at the Rancho store and never have any issues. I reported my horrible experience to customer service and I hope that other customers are not treated in such a disgusting manner. Last time I checked if it was not for the customers they both would not have a job but they are doing me a favor. If I could rate my experience a 0 I would. read more

Poor costumer service. Tried to return something I ordered online but it didn't come with receipt so I showed the girl my email from express and she said she needs confirmation order. So I showed her the confirmation order then she changed her mind then said she cannot the use the conf #. She told me to call customer service. So while I was calling them she finally said we can try my phone number. She look disgusted by touching my phone with her fingertip that she has to sanitize her hand every time she does it. Apparently you can't do returns today 07/05/2015 because the computers are down. But apparently the computers work if you want to buy something weird right? So that what I say. And then it's due to a power outage that happened last night on the 4th. But that's not my problem the store is open people are buying things no problem. I ask when it'll be fixed cause I don't come to the mall often and the return policy is coming up in a week or so on $100+ in clothes that I don't use. I went into Express today to return some items. The Assistant Manager Adriana was SO AMAZING! She greeted me with a smile and Hello at the register! I explained the reasons why I was returning and she happily took care of the returns. I was going to order the new items I needed online on my own, but Adriana told me that she would order them for me! She insisted! She took the time to order everything for me and let me shop around while she did so. She did everything so quickly for me, she ordered my new items, even got me a quicker shipping so I wouldn't have to be without my work clothes for so long! She was so nice and I definitely felt special with the above and beyond customer service that I received! Thank you Adriana for my making my experience today smooth and easy! First, I am a big fan of Express. However this location makes me cringe every time I come in here. They never have the one thing I really want and this store is so small. My girlfriend and I went pants shopping and she always has trouble finding her size because shes so tall. We walk in and Lisa immediately greets us and asks what we need help with and when we say pants she takes us over and she knows that we are looking for longs and says I only have two pairs but we can order them online. So we go up to the counter and Ylianna starts to help us and she couldn't have been better. She took her time with us helped find the colors and right size. She spent about 20 minutes with us got what we were looking for and said it should be at our house in 5 to 7 days. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. read more

My boyfriend and I ran in here on the way to Palm Springs from Orange County with about two hours to our friend's wedding. The dress I had on was too big and I needed to find something else, and FAST! The girls here were super helpful and their dress selection was great. The only reason why we didn't run out of the store faster is because I couldn't decide which dress I wanted. Both were on sale for 30% off so that was a nice surprise after a bit of sticker shock from the $120.00 price tag.
