The service in this location is horrendous The store manager Alondra is extremely rude, unprofessional ,and unwelcoming . Please do not shop here when the store manager is here as you will receive nothing and horrible service . Upon entering I was kindly greeted and welcome by a young women However upon arriving to the cash wrap Alondra store manager approach me Already with a bad temper and the escalated once Alondra noticed I had an exchange . With no explanation and very rudely Alondra looked at my 3 items and my receipt and stated I can't do an exchange very confused I asked why she stated that no no this items will not be returned I asked I just want to exchange Alondra with no professionalism stated this two items cannot however this one if it's on the receipt you can At this point I interrupted her ask her to do her job and just checked me out I was so dissatisfied with the way Alondra address the situation and left On the way out the associate that greeted me when entering thanked me and asked me to come back , I told the gal I really appreciated her professionalism and that I would be back only if she would be the one helping me as her service and professionalism was definitely the right one I will not be back !!! read more

This is going to be my new fave location. I live in Diego and my bf lives in Corona so I'm always making that drive on the 15. I saw a pair of sequin shorts at the mall and they only had a XL which was too big. I called 3 stores in Diego to no avail. I decided to call here. Isabel checked and low and behold they had what I needed. I just want to give props to people in retail and the restaurant industry that do the little things for customers. The associates that work in the corona dos Lagos location need training on how to greet customers, offer assistance, and being courteous without prejudice. This is the second time I've visited this store in the past year and When I visited this store 12.13.24 Non of the associates greeted me upon my entering the store. This happened to me the last time I was here too...!!!??? I was able to look around and picked up thing that I wanted to try on and non the associates lifted their heads to offer assistance as I was walking around with my arms full. I originally wanted to do an exchange with an order I received but the associate that was behind the counter was not friendly or welcoming or even offered assistance again. In fact when I walked up to the counter this associate did not offer a simple "hello". I extended a "hello?" and she replied reluctantly "hi" and then said you have a return. Ignoring the fact that my arms were full and that I wanted to purchase as well. The exchange with the girl was incredibly unpleasant. I asked about a lace blouse in the front the store she said that's all that was there was and said that she could look online. I asked about the flex jeanstat didn't have distress at the hem she told me that what they had in the store is what they had basically. Then she again reluctantly looked to see if this was something that she could order for me after I requested her to do so. At this point I just gave up I felt the vibe in the entire store was OFF and NOT pleasing At All!!! In fact when I was walking towards the exit of the store another woman came in she was Hispanic and she was greeted right away. Hmm I feel like there is an undertone of racisim in this store. Yesterday, I walked in and spent over $1,000 in clothing. I asked about the Express credit card and it was a great promotion due to the 20% off. As much as Rola the sales Associate tried my card wouldn't read on their card reader. She took me from one register to another then called cust serv to help her. After lots of leg work and determination, ROLA came through. I walked away with a great discount, beautiful clothes and great customer service. Came in to exchange an unworn shirt I bought two days earlier on memorial day for a smaller size. Associate greeted me right away and helped me out. She found out that her store didn't have that shirt but she could call another store for me. At first I said OK but once I found out she had to call each store one by one I told her that its OK I'll call the stores later. While I was there I thought I'd look around and I ended up finding pants I wanted. At the checkout I told the same associate I would keep the shirt in hopes to find a store that had it and I'll just buy these pants. The day I bought the shirt they gave me a coupon. I couldn't find the coupon at the register and thought maybe I took it out the bag. I asked if she could apply the 15.00 off and she said she needed the coupon. Being an express next reward member she suggested I check my email. So I stand for maybe 5 mins logging Into different email accounts looking for my coupon and finally find the coupon. I show her the coupon which she already had with her the whole time but I guess didn't believe me. Anyways as I'm looking g at my email I see another coupon that says next members receive %10 discount on memorial day. I take a look at the shirt receipt and notice I didn't get that discount even though I used my next rewards card to pay for it. I asked if she could adjust the shirt to include that discount and she said no because its too late. In short I respected her time and she made me look through all my emails to find a coupon she could have applied easily. When making me do that I realized my first memorial day purchase discount was never applied and she refused to adjust it. If she didn't make me look through my emails I wouldn't have noticed. I would say that this isn't the best Express Ive been to but its not too bad. The worst thing is finding parking which is terrible during busy shopping times. Staff is kinda iffy some are great others not so much. The seem to have a lot of certain sizes and none of others. They had some sweaters on sale for $30 and they only had size medium (like 30 of them go figure). read more

It started when I walked in with no greeting and it got worse from there. Their was an awkward silence in the store, employees grouped together gossiping. I had to assume they were employees because no one was wearing name tags. Hands full of clothes, I was never asked to start a dressing room. While trying on clothes I was never asked if I needed help. I had to get different sizes by myself wandering the dirty, dusty store in my socks. I've always gotten great service when I come to this Express. While it may be smaller in size than most Express stores, it's always very clean and organized (even when they have their box sales.) DANNY!!!!! This man saved my life! I went in around 1:30pm this Wednesday to find a couple suits and shirts for work (which I had to clock in Temecula at 2:30pm.) Everyone at the store was very helpful and approached me to ask if I needed help. Probably because I looked crazy trying on 20 different blazers in 4 minutes but I'm to shy about not knowing what looks good or not to even ask for help. I never wear suits but I'm trying to step it up at work, so I purchased a couple options from other stores but wasn't over enthusiastic with them. Danny saw my struggle and almost insisted on helping me, which I am so glad he did because my time was running out. He helped me in just 30 minutes with what I've been stressing over weeks for. He recommended sizing, pant fit, sleeve length, everything. He knew what style I wanted, which was something more casual and understood right away. Also let me change my clothes in the changing room while he bagged my items and took the tags off my decided work outfit for the day so I wouldn't look like a fool if I left them on. I was able to leave straight to work right after changing. Oh also, he reminded me that I'd need a belt after he rang up all my items and had to cancel the transaction to add it on with no issues. I can't describe how thankful I am for this man, but you took a dreaded experience and made it great for me. Unfortunately, I no longer shop at your stores. Too many times purchasing clothing that smell of someone's body odor or poor quality of boots. I don't purchase used items and pay full price, especially, soiled items you put back on the racks. Very disappointed. read more

This place is okay, they mainly have office attire which is nice but it's not like the express at the mall . When I walked in an older lady that worked there looked at me like I was in the wrong place which is the main reason I'm giving them 2 stars . She quickly asked me what I was looking for and threw me off . Bad first impression. I will never shop here again!! Anna (the older Italian sales woman) is very pushy and completed lied to me!! Asked if I wanted to save 15% with a rewards card. I said, "no thank you", that I didn't want a credit card, and she reaffirmed that it wasn't a credit card, just a rewards card. She told me that I would just earn points. I then handed her my ATM card and she pretended that's what she was charging me on. Then I get home and there is a little black pamphlet in my bag with the one top I purchased which reads "express credit card" on the front!! She has an upbeat attitude and has the most energy. Not a good experience for me at this location today. It was a cold evening tonight so I stopped by this exact store to pick up a sweater. I am not a small man and was looking to buy a sweater or sweat-shirt today. This store did not have any kind of long sleeve shirt, sweater or sweat-shirt in a XXL. The only thing I hate here is that the employees are really pushy. They basically start hovering over you the second you walk in and are constantly asking distracting questions. I get that employees are encouraged to act this way by management but they really need to tone it down because it makes it hard to look around.
