Ok I came in here a day before Christmas Eve. I was hesitant to share my experience, however working in customer service myself, I feel it's important to always deliver the best service you can. With that being said... I walked in, 3 woman at the counter, not one greets me. It isn't until I'm directly in front of them do they say hello. Not a "can I help you?" Nope. Instead they go back to their conversation, I then state I am looking for an item. The younger one says she sold out of the said item and only had it in petite, knowing damn well I'm not petite girl. Anyway, I said I'd shop around to decide on something else. Not once, within the 20 min that I was browsing was I approached afterwards. I was the only person in the store. I did end up purchasing something. But by far, just a bad experience there. I did not feel welcomed but whatever. I got in and out with no harm. Train your employees to have better skills and to interact with people and not just amongst each other. read more

I have been a long time customer of Loft and have a Loft MasterCard. I have not been to the Corona location since the pandemic. I visited this store for the first time yesterday. When this location first opened, the customer service was exceptional; however, over the years, it had declined. Like some of the other reviews, I have entered the store and was not greeted (this had happened many times). I have walked around the store carrying an armload of clothes and was not offered a dressing room until I asked for one, and was not checked on or helped while trying on clothes. I was very disappointed in the lack of effort toward and the disregard of customers in what had been at the beginning a very pleasant shopping experience. The clerks expended very little effort toward their customers. I was reluctant to return to Loft Corona only to receive more of the same treatment, but was pleasantly surprised. Whitney was absolutely wonderful and provided the exceptional customer service I had appreciated when this location first opened. She greeted me, answered my questions, got me a dressing room, and then looked for other items she thought I might like. She was so helpful and pleasant! Thank you, Whitney! read more

The items they sell here are not really my taste, but I came here with my Aunt and she loved it. What really caught my eye though is that they recycle bags here and also raise funds for St. Jude, which I though was pretty cool. They also had a sale today that had everything 50% off. read more

This team is 100% committed to outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond what the customer expects. I came in looking for a wardrobe refresh for a new job. I was specifically looking for a pair of black skinny pants and she walked with me to the table where they were displayed instead of just saying, "They're over there on that table." Then she proceeded to hold up the various options and talk through the different product features to help me compare and make a decision. Another associate chimed in with some options for tops, a blazer, and other coordinating pieces. They also walked me through all the updated versions of denim available in store and online. I felt like I had my own styling team! I have worked in retail for over 10 years and the associates at this store are at the top of their game being warm, friendly and taking an interest in me and my styling needs. How refreshing to experience this level of service in a retail chain store. Keep up the good work Loft and hire more associates like the ones at this store! I will definitely return and let my friends know where they can shop to get exceptional service. read more

Every time I WANT to come here I really have to think about if I want really want to go. I usually don't get greeted nor do they tell me what sales they have going on. But as soon as I walked in, Whitney greeted my sister and I. She gave us all the info on the current sales and was so helpful. One of the other girls offered to get a fitting room started which was nice. And once in the fitting room, Whitney did not fail to check in on how I was doing and if I needed anymore sizes. Whitney did an outstanding job with customer service (I've worked in customer service for 10 years), and I made sure she knew that. Loft please hire more people like her, and not all the stuck up people you guys hire at all your locations! PS: only giving 5 stars because Whitney deserves it! read more

SWEET! Last minute shopping yesterday and wow.. talking about customer service. Is it me, or does all the Dos Lagos Shopping Center stores have awesome customer service?! Any way, Ann Taylor Loft had some sweet smiles from the workers, and what.. SWEET DEALS!! Got a great deal from a dress that was originally $80! Awesome! And almost everything was on sale. But let's back it up to customer service. The sales lady was not too pushy and after she neatly folded my latest purchase, which she took off the price tag for me, and put it into some pretty tissue paper, and then set up my gift box.. she walked around the cash register to hand me my bag with ribbon she tied on with a big smile. I felt like I was at Nordstorm for a second. Wait.. I don't really remember Nordstorm walking around the register for me before to hand me a bag. So this was even BETTER. PLUS!! Ann Taylor Loft is currently taking donations for St. Jude's Children's hospital. A store with great service plus giving?! What they don't tell you is this. If you donate, you get a coupon for 20% off coupon for use online or in stores between Dec 28 to Jan 24. I donated and was pleasantly surprised. SWEET! read more

The staff at this store is not friendly at all and they don't have much selection. One time as I was leaving the store, the door was open but one of the staff asked that I close it after I leave. I don't mind doing it but as I looked back, there were 3 staff standing there doing nothing! I've never had a good experience there! read more

7:48pm 8/18/17 walked in and I usually get a nice greeting followed by an offer to help me find anything I need. This time there are 2 women in here neither one acknowledged me whatsoever...so I left because I did not feel wanted in there. Customer service makes a huge difference for me and a lot of people when it comes to deciding where I'm going to spend my hard earned money. Tonight Loft lost my business because of these unwelcoming employees. I hope they management review this review so they can offer these employees some coaching on the great customer service. Next time I come by here I hope to see some familiar friendly faces or these two same ladies with a much more welcoming attitude. read more

Twice, (two different visits,) the sales person has walked by me with an item in my hands and a question on my face and headed straight for a much younger customer. I mentioned this to several of my peers and others do not feel "age welcome" in this store either. I love shopping here. They always have items on sale and the ladies are always nice. The quality of the clothes is topnotch and they're always on-trend. One time I brought the stroller in and my baby was crying and so one of the ladies helped me open the door with a smile. The changing rooms are spacious and you don't have to wait forever. read more

I went last night to exchange some sizes of pants with my sister the staff was very helpful and courteous. Vivian helped us and was very personable and had excellent customer service. Even with a little confusion with the exchanges the overall experience was great and my sister left happy. The staff here is friendly and helpful, but not too pushy. The clothes are great quality and make great basics. They often have really good sales, but their regular pices can be a bit high. Teachers can sign up on their website and get an extra 15% off their regular pice purchase. read more

It is so wonderful having LOFT here at Dos Lagos. On my weekly trips to Trader Joe's, I first stop in at the LOFT to check on their sales. It's a treat to myself and I have acquired a nice quality wardrobe, a few pieces at a time, at such great prices. Yes, their customer service is top notch.
