This is a very nice store with some friendly ladies to greet you as you walk in. Their jewelry selection has a wide range of styles for everyone. I already have some of their jewelry and a handbag. And I wear them everyday, all day. I adore my pieces. Love the idea that if anything breaks to said items, not visibly wear/tear damage, they would help me if that does happen to inspect and repair, if possible. Always ask! The items are not cheap but do not feel cheaply made AT ALL. The weight of jewelry and quality of the craftsmanship clearly shows that they're really nice and are beautiful pieces. Not costume jewelry. If you have an idea on what to get your loved one, the ladies will help you go over items and see what will fit the idea you're looking for. They're very knowledgeable and kind. There's never a rush when you're looking through and you can tell they want you to have an effortless shopping experience. But people who are antisocial or don't want to be bothered, just tell them politely and they'll treat you with respect always. From what I've overheard, some customers come in with the ugliest attitudes and treat the working ladies rudely, but never treat them the same in return. Jewelry is pretty however my watch band has now broke 2 times in a year. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks. Has now been just over a month. ‍

Went to Brighton with my grandmother to pick up some jewelry for a gift. The store was closed between 2:30 and 3:30 for some sort of break, so my grandmother and I waited in the car for 45 minutes for the store to reopen. At 3:30, a maskless woman walked in the moment staff opened the doors. My grandma and I waited another 5 minutes in the car hoping she would just leave. Some time passed and I walked in the store to ask if there were any maskless customers inside at the moment, and then the maskless women walked out from behind the cash register, to which I realized she was likely the MANAGER. Brighton has a very clear "no mask, no entrance" policy. It is a bummer considering I'm sure there are plenty of elderly women who shop there. I feel bad for my grandma, who waited 45 minutes outside and never had the chance to go into the store. read more

I have been a frequent customer at this location. I was very heartbroken at the treatment I received by the person in charge that day. She treated me with discuss. She discriminated against me. The gal who rang up my sale did know how to work the credit card, I had to show her. I call the corporate office, filed a complaint but never had a response. I love Brighton - their stuff is so beautiful and classy. The gals working here yesterday were so helpful. I asked about a Vera Sunflower Satchel I had seen at a boutique down in San Diego, and they spent a great deal of time looking it up trying to find it for me, at any of their locations. I love Brighton items! So many beautiful things, but not really in my price range. Either way I wanted to say that I have been in here a few times and the ladies working there have always been sweet. It doesn't matter that I probably look low income (I do, because I am) they still treat me like I am a valuable potential customer. I mostly come in to get Shopkick points. I hate this location , I don't know if it's just me but every time I go in here they never ask me If I need anything or even acknowledge me . Is it because I look young & they think I'm not gonna spend money there or what ? Because as soon as someone else walks in after me like 2 of the girls go up to them and attend to them . Every time I've visited this location since 2014, I've received great service. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, attentive and professional. For example, today, Dahlia (sp?) helped with the selection of a couple of new arrival charms, as well as gift wrapped the items. She was a delight to talk to while she attended to the tasks. Now that is what I call 5 star service! Today when I went in looking for a present for mother's day, Jasmin (one of the managers) gave me a hug, asked about my mom (who came in with me once 2 years ago), asked about school (I am a teacher) and my swim team that I coach! I was introduced to Brighton by my mom when she gave me a purse for either Christmas or my birthday. Since then, I have bought jewelry from them mostly. But I have a few purses thanks to my mom. Brighton purses are of a high quality and they repair or clean them for free - anytime. I once had a white purse stain red after wearing a new shirt that it rubbed against. I brought it to Brighton and they sent it off for cleaning. It came back looking brand new! I love the wide selection of items that they offer - earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bookmarks, magnets, wallets, purses, flip flops, beach bags, picture frames, pill boxes, make your own items, etc. All are done with a special design that makes them instantly recognizable. This store in the Dos Lagos center provides not only quality items, but exceptional customer service. Complimentary water and a smile is always offered. They remember you and your likes. They ask about life in general and don't just try to sell. I will keep returning to this store any time I need a special gift (and even to buy something for myself)! read more

DON'T apply here if your a young girl right out of high school. They discriminate against young girls and all they have working there is middle aged women. I had to call two times just to set up an interview and went through a two hour interview process and gave them my references and the manager Marie never called them. It seemed like the interview was an integration rather than an interview. Spent 4 weeks throughout this whole process and they just strung me out. They didn't even have the decency to call me and say you weren't hired. Instead one of the other ladies, not the manager told me to apply to What Lola Wants and I found out that they weren't even hiring! She had no right to tell me where to go to work. I wrote a terrible review for this business and they took it down, afraid of letting other people in on my horrible experience I suppose... here it is again... This is the MOST DISGUSTING store I have ever been to! By disgusting I mean the way they treat certain people. I walked in a few months ago interested in purchasing an anklet and since it was my day off I was definitely dressed down as I had been cleaning my home all day. I made the last minute decision to enter Brighton after doing some grocery shopping in the same shopping center. Anyway, I walk in searching for a cute anklet (the two ladies never greeted me) and I browsed about 5 min then another customer walked in and is greeted by both women and they also offer to help her. So I find what I'm looking for and need assistance with finding a charm, politely I wait until they are finished helping out their customer. As they finish ringing her up I ask for help and they both look at me with a blank stare and start having a conversation with EACH OTHER about how beautiful that woman was. So I pretended that I wasn't heard and asked for help again and nothing. Finally I see another woman approaching the store and of course she gets greeted and asked if she needed help finding something. At this point I left , so upset with these rude women. A few days after I walked by the store dressed up, hair done and was asked by one of the ladies if I would like to have a look at their "sale" I politely told her No thank you, I don't do business with people who judge me by the way I dress. In the end it felt like a "PRETTY WOMAN movie moment" but I am still disheartened by how they will treat you if you look a certain way. read more

So I have to say how impressed I am with the service at this Brighton location. I come here often and they are always so helpful and friendly. However, today I came to pick up a ring that they had fixed (the stone had fell out). When I dropped it off there were some slight scratches on the stone and I asked if they could buff them out when they fixing my ring. Unfortunately when I got there today to pick it up they said they were not able to buff out the scratches. When she gave me my ring back the scratches were way, way, worse then when I dropped it off. To the point where I probably wouldn't even wear it anymore because it looked horrible. And there was a slight divet sort of thing on the stone that was there before either. Now, I can't say what happened to the stone while in their care, all I know is it only has slight scratches when I dropped it off and was way worse when I picked it up. I expressed my concern and was very upset. I didn't yell or scream or anything close to that but just said how disheartening this was because it is one of my very favorite rings. Well, they swapped it out with the store model one. This line is discontinued so I would have been hard pressed to even find another one for purchase. I buy both the Brighton jewelry and luggage. Love all of their stuff. It's a great one stop shop for all of the ladies in my family. All of the stuff is good quality. They have a large selection and reasonable pricing. I would suggest coming early during the holiday season as they sell out on the charms pretty early in the season. They have a great return policy. Also, all of the metals are TSA metal detector approved which is great for frequent travelers. read more

I came in today and left with my purchase so disappointed. I wish I would have never walked in the Brighton store in Corona. I was shopping for a charm bracelet for my daughters Christmas present. The associate who helped me was Kathryn K. I was done picking out a total of five charms and a bracelet for my daughter. Kathryn was ringing me up and I asked her if I can total the amount beforehand and she responded with "well you can look at the receipt when you get it" I told her still I wanted to tally up the total before she charges me and then she rolled her eyes at me. Such a rude lady. Secondly, she handed me my items in the bag without tissue paper and I asked her if she can please put tissue paper and she said "why is it a gift?". I thought it was extremely rude of her to say that and to have not put the tissue paper in the bag in the first place. Third, I had asked her for a copy of the online order I purchased and she said she could not give me a copy of the order. So I asked if I can take a picture of it and again she rolled her eyes at me. Then I asked her for my receipt and she said coarsest that she already handed it over to me which she didn't. She gave it to me after I was looking for it in my purse and bag. The other two ladies working there were not helpful either one looked like she had just gotten out of bed with messy hair and no makeup. I went in 3 times in the past few weeks. My husband is deployed so i know how it looks. Im a stay at home mom with 3 kids. Yes mixed kids. So i am not dressing up on a sunday just to have kids wipe ice cream on me. We all know kids do it. So I went in today, for the 3rd time in the past month or so. They want to get out of the house since daddy isnt home it reminds them. So we went out. I go in. Immediately see the butterfly necklace, yes its like $60, but i deserve something. i was very interested in it. Instead the employees look upset the i have kids, even though one lovely woman did give them coloring pages, but no crayons. But whatever. At least she tried. Kids are kids. But dont follow my 6 yr old around like he is going to steal something. he has better taste than me, in fact the nice woman noticed he had good taste. The other 5 or so looked at me and my kids with a disgusted look on their face. Now Im not going to say the obvious but there was 2 other kids in the store and mine were the only ones followed. I dont know where you are from, but my parents taught me stealing is wrong, and my kids wouldnt DARE! But If i do go back for that necklace I will have to go to a different store. I was so happy and refreshed to see such fantastic customer service. So many stores today lack in customer service. I have been in this locations before but this time I went in was exceptional. I was helped by one of the Managers a week and a half ago.This experience has stayed in my mind. Her name is Danielle. She was so friendly and knowledgable about the products and the company, She was even telling me about upcoming trends and how fashion foward the company is. The designers get to travel the world for inspiration, I'd love to have that job! Danielle was exceptional. She even asked to put me in her personal client book. That made me feel so special. Needles to say I accepted! We talked about life, family and fashion what could be better!?! Danielle rang up my purchase as well as walked me to the door and gave me a hug. I felt like I was part of the family. Very special indeed. I look forward to my next trip in I will call ahead to be sure Danielle is there. I have gone in this location many times before and the service was not that great. I was surprised when Danielle had told me she has been at this location for many years. I must have missed her the other times I had gone in. Never again I will call ahead!!! By the way Danielle called me a few days ago just to check in and see how I was loving my goodies.
