I did not retain the receipt. But harbor breeze is only sold at Lowe's it's, an exclusive brand. I did everything in my power to get the fan replaced. Called Lowe's customer service tried to get an RA number, spoke to a supervisor. Took the fan to Lowe's and spent almost 2 hours at the store speaking to five different associates including a supervisor. Ended up walking away with nothing. Very upset with Lowe's. I am a avid customer and purchase many items on a regular basis. I am a property manager with several properties that I own and manage. I buy items at Lowe's and home Depot regularly. After this type of customer service, I will no longer purchase things at Lowe's. Lifetime warranty on an exclusive item, requires proof of purchase from Lowe's. That makes absolutely no sense!

We donated a lot of items that our family didn't need anymore and items my father in law left behind since his passing. We did not want to do an estate sale so we packed up a lot of kitchenware and linen for the donation center... There was an optional monetary donation to be made afterwards. You can also make a DONATION with a QR CODE... The STORE also has a wide selection of GOODWILL items for sale... VALUE: I really value great customer service here.
