I want to update my previous review of Sit 'n Sleep because they really stepped up and made things right. At first, I had a frustrating experience with my mattress and base, and I didn't feel like I was getting the help I needed. But after everything was said and done, their team followed through in a big way. They sent someone out to inspect the mattress, worked with me on a solution, and ended up replacing it with store credit so we could get something that actually works for us. On top of that, they corrected the issue with the base--we were originally given the wrong one--and made it right by upgrading us. That's what customer service is supposed to look like. It took some time, but they stood behind their product and took care of us. I appreciate them making it right and earning back our trust. read more

We came in to buy two beds a full and a queen with a remote for up and down as well as for the feet only on the queen! The service was 100% spot on! Jon was our go to person he knew everything! It was quick enough, but Floyd could work on his customer service/social skills. For a guy who loved repeating how long he's worked for the company, he seems to not understand how to talk to people. Pro Tip: Don't immediately make a joke about the customer being beaten up when she says she has back pain (domestic violence is a real thing people experience), don't make light of her debilitating OCD, laugh, and say you'll cure it. Also, don't bring up religion. You don't know someone's history with the religion you're trying to convert them to in the middle of the mattress shop. If I wasn't so desperate for a mattress, I would have left. read more

Went in to look around because we have been needing a new mattress for a while now. We walked in and were greeted. Floyd came out way and helped us. My mom went in today just to look at mattresses and ended up buying one! Floyd was very knowledgeable and patient. He let us test out several mattresses and was never pushy. Convinced my mom to buy the fancy pillows which I think will be worth it. Should be here next weekend and I hope my mom is finally able to get some good sleep! It was time to replace my son's mattress so we popped in and were greeted immediately by Jon. Jon asked my son for his preferences a let him try out a few mattresses. My son ended up finding one that he liked. The price point was OK but Jon identified that a sale was in-process and the price quoted was cheaper than the advertised price. I needed to take a few measurements at home because the new mattress was taller than the one he had. The new mattress wasn't going to work with the box spring that we had so Jon was able to get us a package deal with the mattress, bunkie board, pick-up and delivery. I ended up spending less than budgeted for. The check-out process was easy. The delivery process was efficient. Although I was quoted a four hour window, the pick-up and delivery took less than ten minutes. My son identified that his mattress was more firm than what what he felt in the store so we gave Jon a call. Jon politely explained that the bed has a break-in period and it would take a few months for the mattress to feel like what was experienced in the store. A few months have gone by and he was right. Came in and was immediately greeted by the friendly and helpful Pete Rigas. He was very patient and knowledgeable as we tried a variety of mattresses and had plenty of questions. The store is in a great location, has a wide variety of mattresses in its large showroom, and is clean. Before coming in, I did my homework on the best mattresses and the pricing we should expect. Although they did not have the specific mattress I found online (The Casper), they had a comparable mattress that had the same quality, material, support, warranty, etc. We ended up purchasing a mattress and accessories that we are very happy with and going to enjoy for years to come (The Giana by Sit n Sleep/King Koil). My daughter and I went in to buy her a mattress Saturday 12/28/24. It was NOT a good experience. Jon was our sales person. When we asked to see the firm mattresses, he ASSUMED we wanted the cheapest one. I guess he didn't think we could afford a pricier one. He was very cold and dismissive. He was not interested in small talk at all. It was like he could not wait to be rid of us. I will be buying a bed and mattress for myself in a few months: I will NEVER step a foot in that store again. I'm going to assume that this location is ok with this sort of behavior. I purchased a new mattress on May 21 and it is amazing. After sleeping on it on the first night I did not feel achy, I felt rested, and my back felt aligned. In the store Walter Caballero provided good customer service and practiced physical distancing and cleanliness throughout our tour of the store. He was also not pushy and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I would definitely go back and shop there again. I do have one complaint... I couldn't get through to the store when I was calling to verify if they were open. Sit 'n Sleep has an automated phone system and when I chose the Corona/Norco location I was routed to the info for the Santa Clarita store. Hopefully, they'll see this post and fix that. read more

We went in to get a quote to replace my medically fragile son's adjustable bed frame. Floyd greeted us immediately and was very knowledgeable in adjustable bed's. We thought we were just getting a quote but Floyd was able to get us a better deal than I had seen elsewhere for a better quality frame. He was a pleasure to deal and chat with. The delivery was great too. They sent us a link to see where they were as we know they can take longer than quoted (traffic, set up's..) Right from the beginning when we entered the Norco location we were greeted by Dylan (who normally works in the West Covina location) and he was super friendly, not the slightest bit pushy and he was very well educated on the products they sell. If he was even slightly unsure of answer he always verified his information to be 100% correct. I have never experienced such horrible customer service on the phone. You are automatically put in hold and after a longggg wait they disconnect the call. They also do not honor the delivery time. I'm seriously disabled and have been laying on a very low couch which is killing me. I tried to get up with my walker and almost fell. Thank goodness for Adult diapers. You should be charged for elderly abuse.it gets worse it was set to 9 inches when we clearly agrees on 6 inches. So I fell out of the bed and due to my did abilities, I couldn't get up. I had to call 911 and the fire department was so kind and was able to lower the bed to 6 inches. Yeah today sucked. read more
