I want to update my previous review of Sit 'n Sleep because they really stepped up and made things right. At first, I had a frustrating experience with my mattress and base, and I didn't feel like I was getting the help I needed. But after everything was said and done, their team followed through in a big way. They sent someone out to inspect the mattress, worked with me on a solution, and ended up replacing it with store credit so we could get something that actually works for us. On top of that, they corrected the issue with the base--we were originally given the wrong one--and made it right by upgrading us. That's what customer service is supposed to look like. It took some time, but they stood behind their product and took care of us. I appreciate them making it right and earning back our trust. read more

No one apologized for how I was treated and on top of that, the mattress that was recommended to me has made my back pain worse. I'm not even going to go to a different Sit 'n Sleep at this point; there are better options. read more

They never even responded, after leaving comments a couple, or fewyears ago.. no one actually reads this , Never response.

We came in to buy two beds a full and a queen with a remote for up and down as well as for the feet only on the queen! The service was 100% spot on! Jon was our go to person he knew everything! What we wanted is what he showed us! The price was ok! If you are in need of a bed come here and check out the place I am sure you will find what you want! This wasn't our first time here as he found out as we were in the computer from before! Great job Jon! read more

Went in to look around because we have been needing a new mattress for a while now. We walked in and were greeted. Floyd came out way and helped us. He provided great feedback and we took the test on the mattress they have. Pretty awesome to see what that machines does. After trying out a few mattresses we found our perfect one and purchased one. It was pretty easy and pain free. Floyd was very informative and helpful. I also like that we never felt pressured to purchase anything. We can't wait to start sleeping on our new mattress. read more

My fiancé and I are moving to the area and Jon was quick to help us out! We started by being measured on one of their smart beds to see which type of mattress best suited us and then Jon showed us multiple beds to test out. We made it during their Presidents' Day sale as well so got a good value when comparing to other sellers/sites. We really enjoyed the experience and are leaving with a mattress we love! read more

Amazing experience buying my mattress with Floyd ! Helpful and fun and great service ! Will buy here again ! read more

My second time purchasing a bed from Sit 'n Sleep, and I'm so pleased with the whole experience. Jon assured I got the perfect mattress and adjustable base at a price I was satisfied with. The selection in this store is amazing, but could be overwhelming without the advice of staff like Jon. I can't wait to receive my new bed! read more

Floyd Ramey is our go to guy when we need a new bed. He makes the buying experience fun. We have bought two beds from him and our guests say they are so comfortable. Thanks Floyd! read more

It was time to replace my son's mattress so we popped in and were greeted immediately by Jon. Jon asked my son for his preferences a let him try out a few mattresses. My son ended up finding one that he liked. The price point was OK but Jon identified that a sale was in-process and the price quoted was cheaper than the advertised price. I needed to take a few measurements at home because the new mattress was taller than the one he had. The new mattress wasn't going to work with the box spring that we had so Jon was able to get us a package deal with the mattress, bunkie board, pick-up and delivery. I ended up spending less than budgeted for. The check-out process was easy. The delivery process was efficient. Although I was quoted a four hour window, the pick-up and delivery took less than ten minutes. My son identified that his mattress was more firm than what what he felt in the store so we gave Jon a call. Jon politely explained that the bed has a break-in period and it would take a few months for the mattress to feel like what was experienced in the store. A few months have gone by and he was right. Great experience here. Five stars! read more

My mom went in today just to look at mattresses and ended up buying one! Floyd was very knowledgeable and patient. He let us test out several mattresses and was never pushy. Convinced my mom to buy the fancy pillows which I think will be worth it. Should be here next weekend and I hope my mom is finally able to get some good sleep! The great part is they give you time to sleep on it and if you end up not liking it you can return the mattress. read more

My husband and I recently purchased a new home and needed to shop for a mattress for our guest bedroom. We had been looking for a little bit at other stores and wish we would have come to Sit 'n Sleep in Norco and met Jon sooner! He was so easy to work with ... very knowledgeable and he listened to what we wanted. We didn't feel pressured, and we also didn't feel like Jon was trying to "oversell" us. He provided excellent customer service and will be someone that we will definitely recommend to our friends. Thanks for a great experience, Jon! read more

Came in and was immediately greeted by the friendly and helpful Pete Rigas. He was very patient and knowledgeable as we tried a variety of mattresses and had plenty of questions. The store is in a great location, has a wide variety of mattresses in its large showroom, and is clean. Before coming in, I did my homework on the best mattresses and the pricing we should expect. Although they did not have the specific mattress I found online (The Casper), they had a comparable mattress that had the same quality, material, support, warranty, etc. We ended up purchasing a mattress and accessories that we are very happy with and going to enjoy for years to come (The Giana by Sit n Sleep/King Koil). Also bought some amazingly soft sheets and two, 15 lb weighted blankets. read more

My daughter and I went in to buy her a mattress Saturday 12/28/24. It was NOT a good experience. Jon was our sales person. When we asked to see the firm mattresses, he ASSUMED we wanted the cheapest one. I guess he didn't think we could afford a pricier one. He was very cold and dismissive. He was not interested in small talk at all. It was like he could not wait to be rid of us. I will be buying a bed and mattress for myself in a few months: I will NEVER step a foot in that store again. I'm going to assume that this location is ok with this sort of behavior. It was disgraceful. This experience was a zero! He is the reason why HATE sales people. read more

I have dealt with Sit N Sleep Norco, in particular Floyd Ramey, for many years. At last count, we have purchased 2 beds with matresses/box springs, pillows, pillow covers, and sheets (fitted and flat). Floyd knows his inventory and has helped us with our selections, and has always been courteous and helpful in our decision process. We will continue to shop with him. read more

My husband and I went in a couple weeks ago looking for a new mattress. Floyd was so patient with us as we went back and forth narrowing them down until we finally agreed on the right one. The process was easy and Floyd listened and answered each of our questions that we had. The paper work was quick, delivery was scheduled on a date that was convenient for us and they were on time. Process was great! Highly recommend anyone to go see Floyd and let him help you pick the right fit for you. read more

My daughter needed a new mattress, and we went in and spoke to Jon s and he ask great questions and showed my daughter Victoria many mattresses. After about 4 mattresses she found the one she liked, and she bought it. I couldn't thank Jon S enough he made my daughters first mattress buying experience very easy and memorable. I purchased a new mattress on May 21 and it is amazing. After sleeping on it on the first night I did not feel achy, I felt rested, and my back felt aligned. In the store Walter Caballero provided good customer service and practiced physical distancing and cleanliness throughout our tour of the store. He was also not pushy and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I would definitely go back and shop there again. I do have one complaint... I couldn't get through to the store when I was calling to verify if they were open. Sit 'n Sleep has an automated phone system and when I chose the Corona/Norco location I was routed to the info for the Santa Clarita store. Hopefully, they'll see this post and fix that. read more

We went in to get a quote to replace my medically fragile son's adjustable bed frame. Floyd greeted us immediately and was very knowledgeable in adjustable bed's. We thought we were just getting a quote but Floyd was able to get us a better deal than I had seen elsewhere for a better quality frame. He was a pleasure to deal and chat with. The delivery was great too. They sent us a link to see where they were as we know they can take longer than quoted (traffic, set up's..) Then they called about 15 minutes before getting here so we were able to get my son out of bed and prep everything so they were in and out quicker. Omar and Hector did a good job and very helpful. read more

I'm used to being harassed by pushy mattress salesmen but Floyd made everything easy. This was a smooth purchase. We saw the mattress on sale and Floyd "sweetened" the deal even further. If you're in the market, I highly recommend Sit n Sleep read more

Right from the beginning when we entered the Norco location we were greeted by Dylan (who normally works in the West Covina location) and he was super friendly, not the slightest bit pushy and he was very well educated on the products they sell. If he was even slightly unsure of answer he always verified his information to be 100% correct. He walked me through everything from mattresses, adjustable bases, headboards, pillows and mattress covers. I purchased a mattress, adjustable base (+extended warranty), and a mattress cover and I am super thrilled and confident with my purchases. I would definitely shop and Sit and Sleep again and even search out where Dylan is currently located. read more

Excellent service. Check online before going to the stores in order to know the prices. Got a great deal over Memorial Day.

My husband and I have been looking for a mattress, and we randomly decided to pop in after the food joint next door closed early. It was MEANT to be because we left with a new mattress that we LOVE! A guy named Jon was beyond helpful. He helped us and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. He made sure we got the best deal possible. We bought a Temperpedic Pro Adapt Medium Mattress. We also bought some pillows and a mattress protector. We didn't really like that the protector was slippery, but Jon assured us that if we didn't like it, we can get something that will make us happy! Great Customer Service!!! There was never any pressure to buy. If you're looking for a mattress, look no further! read more

Just had the most enjoyable shopping experience in a very long time. We were lucky enough to be waited on by Tim Blackmon at the Norco store. He asked questions, listened to our responses, answered our questions and did not attempt to SELL us anything. I always say when I am ready to buy, I do not need to be sold and the proof is in the pudding. We came out having purchased a new box spring, mattress and mattress protector for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. My husband is so excited, he's upped his bedtime tomorrow evening to 6:00 p.m. Tim was an absolutely pleasure to do business with. If you're shopping, go see Tim. read more

I liked my shopping experience very much, worth my time and my budget. I felt like that I need an adjustable bed, after my double knees replacement surgery to helping me in and out of bed easier. I checked Costco and others, very disappointing: If you May spend 2 to 6 thousand dollars to buy a bed and can't even see any samples. so I went to sit n sleep store in NORCO. Angie came to greet me. She was wonderful. I must tell all shoppers to visit this store in NORCO If you want to buy new beds or adjustable beds. She took her time and listen to my needs. I ended up getting a great deal. So if you go there, ask for Angie. read more

I am super late in writing this but I couldn't forget to mention how wonderful my experience with Shaun Porto was earlier this year. He helped my pick out the right bed for me and knew so much information on how to pick the perfect one for me. I work on my feet all day and the bed he suggested with the adjustable base that also massages in a game changer! I absolutely love my bed and my Italian gel pillow he also suggested. I have never experienced such horrible customer service on the phone. You are automatically put in hold and after a longggg wait they disconnect the call. They also do not honor the delivery time. I'm seriously disabled and have been laying on a very low couch which is killing me. I tried to get up with my walker and almost fell. Thank goodness for Adult diapers. You should be charged for elderly abuse.it gets worse it was set to 9 inches when we clearly agrees on 6 inches. So I fell out of the bed and due to my did abilities, I couldn't get up. I had to call 911 and the fire department was so kind and was able to lower the bed to 6 inches. Yeah today sucked. read more
