We purchased a king firm mattress and a set of dresser and chest. Everything was carefully delivered, however, the chest had a manufacture defect that caused one of the drawers not to open properly. We called the shop and they came out the following day to check out the issue, without hesitant they told us that they will replaced the chest for us because the drawer was broken. True to their words we received the replacement on the exact time frame they had promised us. Absolutely impressed with the service and of our merchandise. Highly recommend. For a DEAL! Same day delivery. At the time he promised!!! My god! I've never had this service before and it was amazing. He said delivery would be at 1. And by 1:30 all my furniture was set up and ready to use in my new home! I did not catch the gentlemen's name who helped us out, but I do recommend to go here and look for a bilingual gentlemen. I am impressed with their quality and variety of furniture as well as their low-key, no pressure sales. They are bilingual Spanish and English store. I ordered furniture delivery from them at a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately they did not deliver on the date they stated due to the paperwork being misplaced, but it did arrive next day. I was told the delivery would be Tuesday, and received a call on Tuesday late morning letting me know that they didn't have all my furniture. They changed the delivery to the next day. At this time, I was already promised a gift for my big purchase and for the inconvenience for the delay. So finally I did receive my things on Wednesday evening, the delivery went well, but NO gifts! I called to ask what happened and the person who answered said she had no idea about it and she would leave a note or just to call back another day. Needless to say, I would not refer this place. The first thing you should be aware about this place is that they are basically a seller of catalogue items sold at expensive department stores. Anything you can find at those stores or even other furniture stores like Mathis Brothers or Living Spaces, these guys can get it. The good part you can negotiate the price and don't have to deal with annoying sales people. I had been shopping for furniture for 3 months and in that time I've come to realize that most furniture stores and department stores get their products from the same importers. Note I said importer. Most furniture I came across is from China. By looks most importers furniture look a like. Compare Poundex to Coaster or Acme even Ashley's. I found Coaster to have better quality. I went with Casa Bella mainly due to price and availability of the furniture I wanted. I bought on a Thursday and they delivered on Friday. They matched competitors prices and even beat it. The folks at the store were very professional and the delivery folks as well. I would give them 5 stars but I did not like the fact that the delivery folks did not speak English. Ok to be completely honest...when initially purchasing my product everything seemed ok, the owners were very nice. I was promised that my product would be in either the next day or the following Monday ( I went in on a thursday) but no later than Wednesday, which made me very happy of course. I was promised a phone call when it came in so I could pick it up. So Wednesday came and no call. I called Thursday and spoke to someone that said they would get back to me, no call. Then the second week came... I called again and again I was told Id receive a call. Nothing. I called again they said they would contact me as soon as someone in the warehouse can bring the product to the store for pick up. Now Im sure most people would, by the second week, have cancelled their order. I have faith in people, plus I really wanted this particular item, so I said Ok. They DID call me to tell me they would end up delivering my item to my home! This kind of made up for the waiting because I would have had to assemble it myself if I had picked it up.
