I definitely recommend this place. The two hardest parts about buying a mattress are: finding what works for you and then comparison shopping on what will possibly be a bit of an investment. I purchased a house in November 2020 and retired my sleep member to the guest bedroom and adopted the cal King left by the last owner. In the last 6 months, I found my hips and back hurting to the point of almost immobility (seriously). I slept for a week on the other side of the bed and found I didn't hurt as much and realized it was the mattress hurting me. After a few weeks of research and sampling, I decided I wanted to purchase a Simmons Beautyrest Black - Class K or Class X in a California King size. I was surprised that I would need a firm or medium firm as I mistakenly thought soft would be better. Buying a Beautyrest or Temperpedic is slightly easier as it's easier to compare apples-to-apples with whatever each store is calling their model among: Mattress Firm, Sit N Sleep, Macy's, Ashley's, ect... I saw that Luxury Mattress Outlet in Perris had 5 stars with quite few reviews and then went on to check that the reviews were from real people with other reviews who had given a range of ratings. I visited on a Sunday and was greeted by Ricky who was friendly but gave us plenty of room and time to look around. There was absolutely no hard-sell or pressure. The prices were great which actually initially made me a little concerned. Growing up in NYC, usually when something seems to good to be true, it probably is.... This wasn't in that category but it was definitely less than what I'd seen for what I was looking for. I spent the next week looking around and comparing prices online as well as considering alternate mattresses and simply kept coming back to the mattress I wanted was at a price that I could live with at Luxury Mattress outlet. I went back and met David as well as Ricky again and spent another hour making sure there weren't better options/deals. I purchased the Beautyrest Black Class K - Cal King for $3000 which is actually a bargain if you see how much they go for ($4500-$6500). Deliver guys we're great. The happy ending is that after 3 nights on my new mattress, I went to work with no back or hip pain for the first time in about 9 months. Will recommend to friends and buy from them for guest rooms.
