At first, I had a frustrating experience with my mattress and base, and I didn't feel like I was getting the help I needed. But after everything was said and done, their team followed through in a big way. They sent someone out to inspect the mattress, worked with me on a solution, and ended up replacing it with store credit so we could get something that actually works for us. On top of that, they corrected the issue with the base--we were originally given the wrong one--and made it right by upgrading us. That's what customer service is supposed to look like. It took some time, but they stood behind their product and took care of us. I appreciate them making it right and earning back our trust.
