These items were not available in any of the big box stores so I was happy to find them here. It was also nice to walk in without feeling overwhelmed by a big crowded store. I am disheartened to hear so many complaints about the way customers were treated at this location. It definitely affects how I feel about the place and whether to return; however during my visit there were two Hispanic employees who did not bother me at all or make me feel out of place. In fact helpful and let me take my time to look around. Maybe it was because the owner wasn't there but I had a good experience. I recommend looking online first for what you want but if you want an alternative to a big store then I suggest trying this place.

Nope! I started at Home Depot, no luck. Then Tractor Supply. Shockingly no luck there either. Then it dawned on me... when all else fails, go to Ace Hardware! To increase my chances, I went to the Ace Hardware in Horse Town USA! If anyone was going to have trailer hardware, they would! Right? Not to be disappointed, I walked in and the friendly cashier asked if she could help me? I showed her what I needed. She said they had them in Hardware. Go to the back of the store and someone will be there to help me find them. I showed the nut I needed to the gentleman who met me on the isle indicated and he was like, Of course, we have those.". He took me to a cabinet full of nuts and pulled out the one I need! It was great service. No hunting through all the drawers myself. What a time saver! You may pay a little bit more for what you buy at Ace Hardware. But, the service and the fact they probably have the unusual thing you need, more that makes up for the slightly higher price! So I called the Norco store, confirmed the availability and pricing, which was exactly at the online price. And now I'm walking out with 3 bags AND some wood chunks. No fuss, no muss. Even if this is not the closest Ace Hardware near you, you might wanna call this store and talk to a friendly and knowledgeable staff to get what you need at a fairly competitive price point. It's not as busy as the Tyler location and the return process was easy and efficient. Staff greeted us when we entered and helped us with our return within minutes. I also had some free time to look for garden power tools. We looked at their lithium battery powered lawn mower and shrub cutter. They have quite a selection to choose from. At this location they also have wooden and metal tool boxes for your garage. I found a cute mini wooden tool box that was nice and I'll probably gift it to someone. I am still starting my collection of tools so don't need it know. They also have moving blankets, batteries, security lights, and something new to me exterior solar panels. Overall good visit. Clean interior and everything was organized and had prices on them. They even have a membership that you can join for even more savings!

We were helped by Zach and he was the absolute best. He opened a bunch of trees for us to look at and once we finally decided on one, he cut and wrapped it for us. Do not trust the color matche paint machine at this Home Depot. I had to go back twice for the drywall paint as the first time I was given more of a gray instead of a beige. The 2nd time the color was closer but still not the same. (See pics) For the stucco I was sold first a color that looked nothing like the exterior paint and when I took it back they said they must've scanned the wrong side of the stucco (unpainted side) so they swapped it. The paint I put on the stucco is more of an orange than a tan so it now looks patchy with the wrong color. Disappointing.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and offered helpful suggestions when I had questions about specific tools and which ones to use for my home improvement project which made shopping easier. Inventory can be different from various Harbor Freight locations, so it is good to call ahead of time if you know exactly which tool you are looking for.
