Unfortunately, that was not at all reflected during my visit. I was looking for gutter clips to hang string lights. Your website indicated that the item was available for pickup within 15 minutes at this location. Based on that, I chose to go directly to the store instead of placing an online order. When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor. I left the store feeling frustrated and let down. I expected a much higher level of customer service, especially from a brand that emphasizes helpfulness so strongly. At least they had pie.

Sadly, today was not just lack of customer service, but when I attempted to ask an employee one simple question, I was ignored and the other employee said "he was busy with corporate!" There was another employee I attempted to ask for help, but he completely ignored me. There was another customer who also was trying to get help, but apparently he too was ignored because he raised his hands in the air and said, "I guess nobody can help!" I ended up picking up my items, and took back what I brought in to repair, and will need to get them done elsewhere, sadly. Hi! I needed a new…read morenut to go on the bottom of my 1 7/8 inch ball. Somehow, I lost the one I had while hauling the trash trailer on the ranch. I thought getting one was going to be a cinch. Nope! I started at Home Depot, no luck. Then Tractor Supply. Shockingly no luck there either. Then it dawned on me... when all else fails, go to Ace Hardware! To increase my chances, I went to the Ace Hardware in Horse Town USA! If anyone was going to have trailer hardware, they would! Right? Not to be disappointed, I walked in and the friendly cashier asked if she could help me? I showed her what I needed. She said they had them in Hardware. Go to the back of the store and someone will be there to help me find them. I showed the nut I needed to the gentleman who met me on the isle indicated and he was like, Of course, we have those.". He took me to a cabinet full of nuts and pulled out the one I need! It was great service. No hunting through all the drawers myself. What a time saver! You may pay a little bit more for what you buy at Ace Hardware. But, the service and the fact they probably have the unusual thing you need, more that makes up for the slightly higher price!
