Getting a flat tire sucks. So does going to a mechanic shop as a woman on my own. But this…read moreAmerica's Tire location is fantastic! I booked an appointment online (super easy), and only had to wait about ten mins in line when I arrived. The staff were kind, respectful and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I had forgotten about their policy to fix a flat tire for free (as long as it's an easy fix). This is a new-to-me car and I have no idea where/if these tires were originally purchased at America's Tire, but that didn't matter. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes (making an appointment matters!) and I didn't pay anything. I am sincerely so grateful. They made a crappy situation (getting a flat tire) and a potentially cringey conversation (being a woman in an all male place) into an easy, safe, encouraging and fast experience. Thank you!!

One of their employees (Josh) went above and beyond to assist us with this issue. I was going to tell him if it was too much trouble to put it in another card, but he said, "Let me call customer service and if they cannot help us, then I will use your other card." He helped me resolve my issue and he did it with the best attitude! I would highly recommend America's Tires! Particularly if Josh is around, you will be very happy with your experience. Thank you!

She made sure that the quote would be tied to my existing account. Online booking is super simple and straightforward. After arriving and checking in, the tech started working on the job. It truly is like watching a well honed pit crew going to work. They were in between customer cars at the time so everyone jumped in to help get the job moving. Caleb, the tech that was assigned my car, is thorough and worked on this rather simple job as if he working on his own car. TPMS are tricky and if you don't dismount the tire bead just right you could damage them. He was efficient and thorough. Hats off to this crew, they took care of a puncture I had on my previous car and this is why I come back to them now.

He gave me a fair, honest price and had it installed right away. Victor was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me out rather than just making a sale. The shop was clean, the service was quick, and the whole experience was refreshingly straightforward. You don't always find a tire shop where you feel like you're being treated fairly, but that's exactly how I felt here. I really appreciate the honest pricing and the dedication to customer service. If you need tires or a tire change, I highly recommend VP Tire Center. You really can't go wrong.

I've had nails patched, gotten new tires, all my oil changes and today I called in on my way home from work asking if they could get me in to check and potentially replace my battery. My car was struggling to start and I prayed it'd just be battery and not the starter or something bigger. They made time to check it right away and get the new battery going! Oscar is always there to help and is such a pleasure to chat with and always takes amazing care of me as if I were a friend. That's hard to come by these days when everyone treats each other like a number. Thank you for making dealing with car troubles less of a stress!

I called this location and expressed to them that I would like to bring my rental in for an oil change. The employee shared that they would need an approval from enterprise but it should take about 40-45 minutes to complete the service. I arrived around 1:15PM where I was again quoted a 45 minute timeline. The vehicle was not taken back until 2:45PM and once taken back it took about 1 hour to fix leaving me in the body shop until 3:50PM. Based on previous experiences from other body shops, a process of an oil change should not take 2.5 hours. I was concerned with their quality of work as they had taken so long to complete the car. While I did not pay anything for this service, I do not believe their customer service was what I expected it to be. -1 star for wait time -1 star for customer service -1 star for quality of service -1 star for messy waiting area
