Great customer service ! I noticed my air pressure was off on my tire. It was late in the evening Just Tires refused to even let me say what I needed it was 6pm and they say they close at 7. Needless to say VP tire told me to come right in. He looked at my tire and put air in it for me. Great customer service and very helpful. Hands down the best tire shop ive ever found. I Looked around for a while wanting to find a great tire shop and came across VP after visiting several other shops. VP stood out on top of every single spot even the big corporate places too. The shop is located conveniently off Holt and not hard to find at all. I needed a tire asap as my front left tire was worn down on the inside pretty badly with some chord showing and my usual tire guy was closed on the weekend. I called around and every other place wanted to charge me outrageous pricing for a single used tire, supposedly because my tire size is uncommon now or who knows. BUT, VP Tire offered me a fair price for a used tire AND was available right away to help me out. I got the tire replaced within an hour of calling Victors shop! Came here like a month ago on a week day evening , notice one my tire had a nail it was past 7pm everything was close , I end up finding this location on google called the location victor told me to head his way once I got there he check my tire was completely honest my tire was not patchable even show me where exactly the nail was at , he order me a new tire for my small FIAT which those tires are hard to find , he had it the new day text me to confirm tire was in , amazing customer service 10/10 got my new tire installed met his sweet pitbull which was the shop, I'll deff be coming back here again !!! read more

My daughter lives in the Clairmont area and I live in New York. She hit a pothole and it took out her front rim. She was very upset and wasn't sure what to do. I called Victor at VP Tire Service and he reacted immediately. He knew I was flipping out 3,000 miles away. He fixed my daughters rim right away, checked all her wheels and tires and made sure her car was safe and road ready. He could have charged me for a new wheel, new tires and I would have paid anything being so far away, but he only charged a minimal labor amount. He also kept me apprised the whole time.
