I've used them twice now within 1 year for 2 different vehicles. Both service instances went very well thanks to Kenny. Excellent use of technology with online reservations, text msgs, and video while repairs are done. I needed them to figure of why my car shook at high speeds and it was determined to be uneven front tire tread. Did great work on my Pajero mini oil change, prices run a little higher than expected but they did a good job and were very welcoming.

My radiator was busted and needed repair everywhere else wasn't gonna have availability until after the holidays. Fortunately, they were available for a drop off same day. They took care of everything. They make sure to clarify with me and communicate with me and everything that needed to be done on my car, including the initial problem and they walked me through the entire process no hidden fees no bullshit no scam like behavior. I'm really disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the transmission flush quote I received. I requested a quote through Yelp and was told the estimated cost would be between $170 and $220. Nowhere in that estimate was it mentioned that this price did not include the filter. Once I arrived after driving from Riverside to Montclair. I was informed the actual cost would be closer to $500. This was a frustrating and avoidable experience that wasted my time. In the future, please provide a complete and accurate breakdown upfront so customers can make informed decisions based on their budget. Clear communication matters. read more

The experience there literally is stress-free and actually enjoyable to deal with these people. That is the entire model for these shops and they do it very well. Kenny Galves the assistant General Manager of Stress-Free Auto Care reached out via text. We spoke about my car issues and schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The amount of detail and transparency with what the issues were and what the labor cost would be, was something I've never experienced before. Once my vehicle was being worked on. Kenny would reach out and show me pictures of the process and work that was being done. I personally worked on my car and caused a lot of damage. Yesterday I went in for a smog check on my car. The experience couldn't have been more "stress free!" Kenny Galvez, the Asst Gen Mgr greeted me and got the mechanic started on my car right away! I requested a quote for tire rotation through Yelp and they got back to me with an incredibly professional and friendly message. Cost $30. When I called to make an appointment, Tristen on the phone was extremely helpful and joyful. She was understanding when I had to change the plan halfway through the call and helped me set up an appointment at a time that worked for me. When I got there it was very clean and professional, well maintained. Was a little unsure about where to park but apparently anywhere is fine. They have chargers, coffee, and some free snack options available in the waiting room, and played some fun modern music in Spanish. I was there to get my brakes done, and after they inspected them, they provided me with a very detailed list of other issues and recommendations that they discovered. I decided to have some of the additional work done as well. They did very quick work, and the pricing was very fair. I had to leave my vehicle, so they arranged for a ride to take me back home. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. After they were done, I noticed an immediate improvement on my vehicle's performance. The service manager, Michael is a stand up guy. I highly recommend these guys. I've been looking for a respectable honest auto shop for a while now and I found them when I took my vehicle in for an A/C coil leak. They worked with my auto warranty and made sure it was all covered. The second time I took it in was for some suspension problems and again they were quick efficient and did a great job keeping me in the loop while they were working on my Armada.
