I have an old car that I have been neglecting and will eventually let my daughter drive when she gets her license. I need to get it up to good running order but as we all know going to a shop is an inconvenience, especially if it sits there for a few days. This is still being driven as my daily driver so I needed quick and expedited work. I contacted Mike on Friday and he said he had an opening for the following Monday, which was perfect with this speedy response. Mike communicated, on the Monday, that he was on the way. When he arrived I discussed the issue I wanted taken care of and he got straight to work sourcing parts and their prices. Within the span of 5 minutes he broke down the parts prices and his labor cost, which was well worth it for a mobile mechanic. He also told me it would be done today. Mike started at 9 am and finished around 12:30ish. He replaced my leaking water pump, belts, coolant, thermostat, and a tensioner. When it came time to pay he even told me the price lowered due to reusing the coolant. Of course I paid him the initial stated price. His honesty was well worth the full price and more. I am more than happy with Mike and his friendly service. He communicated every step of the repairs with pictures of bad parts and new parts. Had an Oil leak on my 2012 Toyota Sienna, and needed valve cover gaskets replaced. Front and rear brakes (with Rotors) replaced. Mike kept constant communication before and during the job. Called Mike on Saturday, he troubleshot the issue was a failed water pump over the phone. Came Monday morning, with the parts, and fixed it on the spot. Even brought a thermostat since they are usually replaced at the same time just in case. Was careful to ensure there were no leaks. Sadly there was an issue with the brand new water pump gasket. So he redid the entire job again to replace the gasket at no extra charge. He makes sure the job is done right, and I'll be using him again.
