I've never actually had my car serviced here, but when I need quality Toyota parts same day, this is the spot. DC brakes, Denzo whatever. My only gripe as a very amateur DIYer was for a starter replace on my Sienna, they quoted me $500 and change. 15 minutes later I was on my way to pick up a denzo from a local Toyota dealership that ended up costing me about $200 after the core refund. Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership. read more

BE CAREFUL Went to this place for an oil change. When I drove off I pulled over to just check things, like I usually do, check the oil cap and so forth. I was shocked that it had way more oil in it than expected. I groaned and figured I would just have to let some out when I got home, I had an appointment to rush to and couldn't go back to the shop. The next day I was draining the oil to get the fill line to the correct level. But the oil coming out was BLACK. They had NOT changed the oil! Looks like they just poured in 2 extra quarts and called it done! Went back a few days later to try to get a refund and they were closed during business hours! Not going to waste my time with them now. That is some sort of fraud or malpractice, I would recommend you stay away from these cheats. read more

Edit: Owner contacted me and rectified the situation by refunding the difference between the quote price and what they charged. Installation went smooth and the shop sticks to their promises. At first owner quotes $300 for a Catalytic Shield and installation of the cat shield with paint and etching of VIN #. I asked about installation only as we had our own Cat Shield. Was quoted $160 for installation of a Cat Shield with the etching and painting of Catalytic Converter. Sent my son in and the owner charged $228 for installation. read more

Being new to the area, I had to find a honest and reliable mechanic for my Toyota Camry.
