Despite the 90-degree heat, Drew was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He thoroughly checked all of my tires, added air where needed, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. Even while working on Father's Day, he took the time to explain things and emphasized the importance of keeping my car safe for both me and my son. It's rare to find someone who combines efficiency, professionalism, and outstanding customer service so effortlessly. Drew's positive attitude and dedication made a stressful situation much easier. Valvoline is lucky to have him--he is definitely promotion material. Thank you, Drew, for going above and beyond!

AutoZone was no help and gave me the wrong information. Crown Toyota wanted me to leave my car for 3-5 days just to run a diagnostic--and charge me $210 for it. Jorge? 20 minutes. He found the problem AND the solution. Turns out it was my battery, even though AutoZone was adamant the battery was good. The best part? When I asked Jorge how much I owed him, his response was priceless: "Have a nice day." That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person and business you're dealing with. Thank you, Jorge! You've earned a customer for life. No doubt--you're the best shop in Rancho!

What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were to me as a mom with my children. They made it possible for me to take care of payment right from my car, which may seem like a small gesture, but when you have kids with you, that kind of consideration makes a huge difference. Thank you both for going above and beyond! I do want to mention one concern for management--not as a reflection on Gerry or Ethan, because they were wonderful. On extremely hot days, I was surprised to see the working conditions these men are expected to work in without fans or another way to help keep them cool. They work hard and represent the company very well, and I truly believe management should make sure their employees have adequate equipment to work safely and comfortably in extreme heat. They put the wrong size tires on my car. When I brought it up, Sam repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and insisted he was right because "his computer said so." Apparently the computer is more important than the actual tires being the wrong size. Two other places confirmed the tires were wrong. I ended up going to a different Mountain View location, where they replaced both tires for FREE and were actually helpful, professional, and kind. They even agreed that Sam has a reputation for being rude. Mistakes happen. Being rude to a pregnant customer instead of admitting the mistake is a choice. I would recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere.
