Went there to get a tire repaired, they recommended I need a new tire Offer me a used one and wanted $50 which had barely any thread. I ask hire much are the new ones and told me $150 After researching the brand Lionhart I found out this tire was only worth $90 at most tire shops They literally hike it up $60 because they knew I was in need of a tire Scandalous!!!!! I advise customer to shop elsewhere. Where they respect you as a customer!!!!! They are other respect shops nearby!! read more

Pacific Tire - No one there at 7:45 a.m. WTF!! - Tires Near Me - Ontario, California

I've come here twice for used tires when I'm in a hurry to have a full size temporary replacement. So far everything has been great. I usually go around opening time, and I'm helped promptly. Nothing really to complain about. Prices on used tires are pretty much the best in the area since Used Tire King closed down. read more

I had a nail in my tire that I just needed to get patched up. America's Tires had me wait almost 2 hours & wanted to charge me damn near $40 for a patch. The gentleman over at Pacific Tire had me taken care of almost instantly upon my arrival, worked swiftly to fix my tire and greatest of all, only charged me $15. Definitely will be coming back here, 10/10 recommend! read more

Was working in the area when I ran over a bolt in my work truck. Being that it's so hot and I do air conditioning I have been very busy I was really stressed when I first noticed because I didn't have the time to deal with getting a tire fixed today. I just searched on the maps tire shop they were the nearest and didn't expect it them to be so fast and pleasant to deal with. They rotated and patched my tire in record time! These guys should get a job at NASCAR lol. Thank you a bunch I appreciate it! I don't live in the area but when I need tires I'll give you guys a call. read more

Came in for a patch, guy said he'll mark it so it doesn't lose its balance. He installed my tire on inside out. And to make it worse he overtorqued my lug nuts with his impact. No torque limiting sticks or anything, just full beans on the impact. Don't recommend this shop read more

Stopped at this place which is close to my house. Got the low tire light on my wife's car. They checked all tires, filled them up and told me to come back if it popped again to check which tire was loosing air. No charge. Sure enough warning came back again, tire couldn't get patched (mind you, I already knew that from my Honda dealer but thought Honda just wanted to stick me with a new tire) Pacific tire replace the bad tire and was out of there in less than 20 mins. This will be my first stop for any tire issues I get with my cars. read more

These guys are amazing! Three important things you need to know: 1: they're fast... 5 mins in and out. 2: $150 for two tires (obviously your car isn't the same as mine so don't go to them saying that this dude got two tires for $150...) 3: they're friendly and hard working people! Need I say anymore? Definitely come here for tires. You won't regret it! read more

I bought my car 2 months ago and picked up a screw in my tire. The leak was slow but still needed to be fixed. We called around to many locations and none would try to patch it and I really didn't want to buy a new tire since it's an uncommon size and expensive. Daniel was fantastic and very helpful. He patched it and we were on our way in under 20 mins. We will definitely send our business to him any day. I highly recommend you give Daniel a try for your tire needs. Thank you, Daniel! read more

I work nights down in the area of this shop. Unfortunately for me I picked up a screw in a front tire and the car was still drivable but losing air quickly. I pulled in to their shop only to be told sorry they are closed. I pulled in at 5:55 and they said we close at 6:00. Now I get it's 5 mins before they close, however under the circumstances man come on, that's complete lack of customer care. Technically still open and refused to service the tire. When I told the young man working man that's kinda bad customer service he's reply "oh well." Take your money and business else where since they don't seem to care too much about the customer. read more

Really happy with the service I received here. I went to a few other tire places and was told I needed to wait an hour to hour and a half for them to just look at my tire then I found this place. Drove right over and was assisted super quick. Got my tire patched and was out in 20 minutes or less. I wish I would've gotten the names from the guys that helped me to shout them out but unfortunately I didn't. read more

This message I texted my wife on my commute home says it all: Flat tire. Yelped a tire spot near work. Here now. Babe! I pulled in. They saw my tire. Didn't ask one question. LIFTED MY CAR WITH ME IN IT. Took my tire off. Took the tire off the rim, fixed the tire with fun power tools and machines. Put it back on the rim. Put my tire back on my car. Payed $15 for the whole thing, then I left. Am I in NASCAR? SO AMAZING!! read more

Great service, efficient and honest people. What more can you ask for? George greeted me the moment I drove onto the lot, guided me on where to park. I really liked this because some places have you park, get off to talk to them, then ask you to bring the car to the garage. He was really honest in letting me know I only needed 2 new tires. He was quick, efficient, and overall a really chill guy. I thought I would have to throw 400-600 dollars for 4 new tires, ended up getting 2 fairly new tires for 50 dollars..sooo happy.. And my car drives a lot better!!! I've already recommended this place to my cousin and brother. Thanks george! read more
