Was working in the area when I ran over a bolt in my work truck. Being that it's so hot and I do air conditioning I have been very busy I was really stressed when I first noticed because I didn't have the time to deal with getting a tire fixed today. I just searched on the maps tire shop they were the nearest and didn't expect it them to be so fast and pleasant to deal with. They rotated and patched my tire in record time! Stopped at this place which is close to my house. Got the low tire light on my wife's car. They checked all tires, filled them up and told me to come back if it popped again to check which tire was loosing air. No charge. Sure enough warning came back again, tire couldn't get patched (mind you, I already knew that from my Honda dealer but thought Honda just wanted to stick me with a new tire) Pacific tire replace the bad tire and was out of there in less than 20 mins. I bought my car 2 months ago and picked up a screw in my tire. The leak was slow but still needed to be fixed. I work nights down in the area of this shop. Unfortunately for me I picked up a screw in a front tire and the car was still drivable but losing air quickly. I pulled in to their shop only to be told sorry they are closed. I pulled in at 5:55 and they said we close at 6:00. Now I get it's 5 mins before they close, however under the circumstances man come on, that's complete lack of customer care. Technically still open and refused to service the tire. When I told the young man working man that's kinda bad customer service he's reply "oh well." Take your money and business else where since they don't seem to care too much about the customer. read more

Took my model 3 here the other day because of a leak in my rear tire, the psi was at 15. So I decided to give Tesla a call to see if I can get it towed to one of the service centers, they told me it would be $325 for a new tire and $100 for a patch, Absolutely not. I told them I would take it to a local tire shop and I found pacific tire through a yelp search. I talked to Daniel when I got there and told him the issue he said no problem. I was here for less than 20 mins and he had already patched the tire & it was only $25. The owner is very friendly and showed me the exact areas of my damaged tires. He also gave me a great timeframe of how long my current tires have until they need to be replaced.
