Love this place! It has gotten me out of many tire jams!! Services guys always ready to assist with a great attitude!

We live right around the corner and will never go to this shop again after having a bad experience every single time. First experience, quoting one price over the phone for a patch and a higher price in person, topped with a bad attitude for a tire patch. My husband then went in for a new set of tires.. He is a car guy and checked the work/tires. They installed three tires of one brand and a completely different brand for the fourth tire, and didn't mention it until he called it out. When he called the next day to check that the matching tire was actually in stock, the OWNER answered. When I tried to explain the situation, he literally said, "I don't want to hear it rn ill have someone call you" and hung up. Shoutout to the technician who swapped the tire for us. He had great customer service. Reading other reviews, and I am not the only one who thinks this way. But a few bad apples and a terrible owner completely ruin this place. Zero Stars. Take your business somewhere else. :) read more

I want to come here because they are around the corner from my house, but they always change the prices on me. A few months ago I had a tire replaced for $45 and today they told me at first a used tire would be $60, then they charged me $75 each for 2 tires. I feel like they raise the prices on me because my car is nicer? Service is quick, just beware of them being fair and honest with prices! read more

Intrepid Tire - Tires Near Me - Ontario, California

I had discovered my rear tire was running flat and losing air pretty quickly but it was getting late afternoon on a Sunday. I found this location to be open later than most tire shops and they were BUSY! I found it very convenient they were open late but so did about a dozen other people who needed tire services. There were only three techs working and they were just overwhelmed and doing what they could do to get to everyone so it took awhile to get service. I had called in prior to me showing up to see if they had my size tire needed and they quoted me for new and used. When I finally got serviced, the tech could only locate one and I needed 2 new tires. So I went and just asked for 2 used tires and was at least able to save some money. I'm only giving this place 3 cuz I was quoted one price and charged a higher price for used tires. read more

I would highly recommend this company. It is 100 degrees in Ontario and these crew members don't slow up. The provide great plugs, used and new tires. There are eight cars in the ports and they have 4-5 guys changing out tires. Incredibly the are always in good spirits. They are not slow! Plugging tires is $18 and up. Great prices! Don't to forget to tip the boys! They use their backs all day. read more

This tire shop is a total rip off ! They tried to over charge me . Sam is a horrible sales con artist . I don't like leaving negative reviews . But this review was a long time coming . So rude and if you're a woman you feel extremely uncomfortable by the way they look at you . Price gouging is there middle name beware ! Being honest is the best policy read more

Came in to get a patch on a tire because it had a nail in it. Told the guy that it had a nail and he said he would check it out to see whats wrong with it. After that he decided to talk with someone in the shop, then another conversation with a different guy. Once he finally took out the tire he told me it would need a patch and that it would be $20. I told him I did not want service because i have been to this place before and was only charged $10. He proceeded to try to manipulate me by telling me "why would i lie" and that no other place would charge me that. I told him to put the tire back on because i did not want service. He then proceeded to charge me $10 for taking off my tire? $10 for no service is INSANE. Then after that he thought i would still want him to put air in my tires and calibrate them. Then he proceeds to tell me that he probably should've told us before, but still charged me $10 for nothing. Do not come here, especially if you're a woman. Go to the tire shop on mission and mountain instead. read more

Worst customer service around disrespectful workers. So many more tire shops around in the area don't wast your money on horrible companies like this. read more

Best tire service. It's hard to find people that take pride in their work and are very humble and also very knowledgeable. All of their staff is very knowledgeable. I came in because my car was l wobbling and vibrating . I was thinking the worse because I thought I had a bent wheel. One of the employees his name is Rafa came to look at my car and just by running his hands around my tires. He noticed that I was suffering from tire separation and told me that I needed an alignment. Unfortunately they don't do tire alignments here. They do balance your tires. Rafa also noticed a bump on one of my rear tires. Very friendly staff their prices are very reasonable. I also like the fact that they torque your wheel lug nuts to spec and inflate your tire pressure to your car manufacturers specifications. read more

The quality of the tires is not reliable. Bought a tire and after 4 days, I had to drive on my rim back to the shop. I told them it was the same tire they put on but here I am having to pay for another one. They said I drove over something and they showed me where yet there was nothing there. I'm frustrated but the service is good when it comes to putting the tire on. read more

Their customer service isn't great called in advance to see how much it would cost to mount and balance 4 new tires gave me a quote for $60. Arriving I asked one of the workers how much to mount and balance and he said it would be $80. So I proceeded to tell him that I had called in advance and was told $60 and he looked at me and said you want a shit job or you want it done correctly? Very rude to say to a customer read more

I was looking for a used tire on a Saturday afternoon, So I called this tire shop and I spoke to the owner over the phone. He quoted me for a used tire for $50 Which is a great price. I headed over to the tire shop and It was super busy there was barley any parking. I was waiting for half an hour for someone to replace my tire, after one of the workers there told me he would check to see if they have the tire in stock. Then they started helping other customers after the fact that I was there first. I was waiting so long I started looking for the worker that told me that he would help and he was no where to be found lol. So I just left and found another tire shop on mountain and they were super quick to help me out. Very disappointed with the service here. I understand I probably came on one of their busiest days but yeah terrible service and communication amongst the workers. Never coming back... read more

Had a great experience here. Armando the owner took care of me. I didn't have enough for the 2 tires but he still took care of me and discounted them so we could make the deal happen. Great fast and friendly service. read more

I'm so disappointed in the service they gave me , I feel they didn't give me the service I deserved because I'm a female . they got a lot of people out before me and top it off the tire they gave me just pop on the fwy . It could have been worse than what it was , was supper bad when I saw it . I will not come back to this place read more

I was offered 2 types of used tires. a cheap temporary, and a more expensive tire with lots of life left. i opted for the more expensive. i was told they include a 30 day warranty. great. after a few days the tire was flat and I showed up to have it looked at. Although after hours the rep was cool enough to add air and told me to come back if it became flat again. a week later the tire got flat on the fwy and the tire was torn up as a result. i went back today to have it replaced and told by Armando (not the rep who sold and added air to my tire) that a nail caused the tire to go flat. l would imagine so. up to this point you could contend, and debate the cause. It obviously had a slow leak. I'm told the warranty covers defects, not road hazards. Fair enough but if you bought a defective used tire, why would you sell it, and more importantly how could you tell? Would it be after you install it? And , oh idk there was a slow leak? This isn't why I'm giving them 1 star though. The reason for 1 star is because Armando became condescending at my questions with comments like I should charge you by the hour for this info. You should have brought it right back when flat, as though that's not what I did initially. and when I asked for my rim, he told his tech that I wanted my rim job haha. Bravo Armando. That was funny. Thing is Armando, for all his success, couldn't figure out that I was completely aware of his insults, and whats sad is that I went from work to change my moms tire on the road and still looked as a regular person. Armando, though, looks as if he is hygienically challenged and probably someone you'd give a dollar to as he's down on his luck. I hope you read this Armando. I'd say, you owe me a good used tire, man up without insults. You have my number, make it right. But you don't seem like the type to do that do you? Instead I think you'll blame the nail, become passive aggressive, insult me with homophobic innuendo, then hide behind your little boys who laughed at me on my way out. The last thing I said to the tech who loaded my rim was, "thank you my friend". something all the dirt in your teeth could not accomplish in the 60 plus years you've been on this planet. Cheers read more

10 min and only $10. You can't beat that!!. Came here today to get a hole in my tire plugged (it had a nail) and was literallly in and out in 10 min.. it was only $10?? That's unheard of! Staff was friendly and there's plenty of people working so you probably wont have any longer than 10 minutes for service. Anddd (unlike a lot of the local car shops) they actually answer the phone! You aren't allowed in the inside of the shop where they actually fix the tires but you can just sit in the car while they prop it up lol, so I'm going to say this is "pet friendly" if the animal stays in the car. Staff was super friendly and everyone was properly wearing their masks. One of the mechanics even took the time to explain to me the difference between a tire plug and a patch (which I reallyyyy appreciated because sometimes it feels like car shops try to get over on me since I'm a female) Since I always seem to have nails in my tire, I shall be back soon lol. read more

Very good customer service from the workers who just get the job done, but not so much from the owner he needs to treat his workers ( the backbone of his company) with more respect seen him in a matter of 10 mins throw a fit and get mad at his worker for a little ass reason my advice if you the owner be a leader and treat people how you want to be treated. Will come here again but will try to avoid the owner as much as possible can't deal with grown men acting like a kid read more
