They Always Help With My Tires And Rims I Live In Jurupa But Always Come Here For Service And They Have Really Fast Reliable Employees

Dishonest. I aired up the tire and checked with my hand all around the outer and the top for any nails. Tire had a small leak but I wanted to bring it in to check. They dismount the tire and then called me over to show me a piece of a blade on the outer wall of the tire that was sticking out about half an inch that was clearly not there before. I had intended to replace it just wish they would have been honest. read more

Amazing experience, the dudes here are super nice and straight forward, got a flat tire on a Sunday and they got me in and out quickly and gave me a good deal. Will never go to another tire place again - thank you for saving me on a Sunday!! read more

Big dog in the chair tried to tell me that you can't install Tire pressure monitoring sensors without programming them first. Don't run the shop if you're not certified and don't know how things work because OF COURSE you can program them after installation dummy been doing it for years . stop misinforming customers to upsell. read more

I called and asked about a tire size I needed and they said okay and hung up! Didn't even let me finish speaking. Don't think this is right of them to do! Won't go here or recommend them! read more

AC Tires - Tires Near Me - Ontario, California

Muy buen servicio todo el personal muy amables resolvieron mi situación de la llanta considerando lo conveniente para mi. Gracias

I had a flat. Super quick and easy. Definitely coming here if I have any issues with my tires again.

I needed a new set of tires and an alignment done for my 2013 Civic before I head out on vacation for Labor Day. I went out getting quotes last week and came across AC Tires. I work from home and don't do a lot of driving anymore so I just wanted a middle brand for a set of brand new tires. They came back the most reasonable so I dropped off my car on a Sunday morning to get the work done. They called me within a couple hours saying my car was ready for pick up; the staff was friendly, professional, and great quality of work. I'll be coming back for any future tire needs! read more

This shop saved me when I was on a trip from LA to the mountains. Late on a Saturday night, my rear passenger tire went flat on the 210 in Upland, and although I have AAA, the only options were to replace my tire with the small spare or get towed back to LA. Problem was, my trunk's electronic motor had just died and getting the tire out of the back may not have been possible. After calling several tire shops in the area, every one was closed, but one of them texted me back and recommended AC Tires, as they were likely still open. However, it was 6:45pm, they were 15 minutes away, and they closed at 7:00pm. I knew my tire was likely destroyed anyway, so I drove as fast as I legally could, and arrived just as they were closing. They must have seen the desperation in my eyes, and with no complaint whatsoever, reopened their shop and took care of me. Turns out the tire was initially punctured through, but obviously was destroyed by that point. They just so happened to have a used tire that was the same size, and within 30 minutes, I had a replacement tire (with balancing) for only $40, and I was on my way. I'll still need to address my tires, but this buys me time for the next couple of weeks. I felt bad that I made them work past closing time, but they never treated me as a nuisance and didn't take advantage of the situation to overcharge me. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and would definitely recommend them. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero star. I went and got 1 used tire and a patch on the other about a month and a half ago. I started to hear some noises shortly after of metal but didn't think anything of it being related to my tires. I took it Toyota today. Paid $178 for a diagnostic for them to call me and ask did I recently get a patch on my back passenger tire. I said yes why? And the mechanic sent me over a picture of a drill bit that was inside my tire. He said when the tire shop did the patch they lost the drill bit in my tire. He said whoever did it had to have known and let me leave like that because it would have been more of a hassle to get it out. I've been driving like this and my tire could have potentially popped on the freeway that I take daily. I've tried calling this place twice today and no answer. Not only is this lazy on the shops part but this was also dangerous. I paid out of my pocket something I shouldn't have paid because they did not do the job correctly. DO NOT GO HERE!! Cheap or not it's not worth the potential safety concerns and extra $$$ to pay. read more

Always very reliable when i need to fix a flat, very affordable and great customer service!

I just traveled in to Ontario from Las Vegas for work for the weekend when I stopped at a Pho shop in Ontario mills. When getting back to my hotel, I unloaded my food and noted that my right back tire looked flat (car was also pulling right). I searched every tire shop around since it was past 6:00pm and AC tires showed up. As they were open until 8:00 and the only place near me, I opted to go there. I showed up to this establishment and, NOT JOKING, within 7 min, my tire was off, plugged, and put back in my car. The staff was so amazing and without them tomorrow would have been a huge struggle. I got there at 6:30 and back to the hotel at 6:45 to find that my pho was still warm. Would 10/10 recommend this place. Great, fast, affordable service late on a Friday night! read more

Been going to this spot for a while and the guys are always fast, but they're very helpful and know what they're doing. The prices are great and I've always had great help from their shop, they're the best and professional as well almost always having whatever you need. Yayo can help with almost any issue you have and the crew as well they're always available. read more

I was in & out in less than 30 Awesome customer service& great prices. I honestly recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Like one of the previous posts, I ended up with some deep scrapes on the face of my wheel because they either don't have the correct equipment or they have some really inexperienced workers here. They wouldn't take any responsibility for the damages done. Save your time and money, avoid this shop UPDATE: Not long after writing, both wheels that I had serviced at this shop had CRACKED. I found out because both tires went flat without any punctures. This was most likely caused by the worker who was prying the shit out of my wheels to remove the low profile tire. You'll probably have to redo whatever they break. read more

What can I say about these guys, they're the cheapest in town. To fix a flat, any fixable flat $5 To rotate, mount and balance per tire $5 Rebalance $5 Change a tire $5 They are super cheap and a secret, I've gone there for years, now it's time for the world to know. They also do alignment. read more

Great service. Bought tires from them a few years ago and decided to go back. Got a good price for tires and had them installed in less than 10 min. Gran servicio. Compre llantas aquí hace unos años y decidí regresar. Recibí un bueno precio por las llantas y fueron instaladas en menos de 10 min. Thanks Yayo! read more

You really can't beat the prices here. Super cheap. Reliable. We all need tires and ain't nobody got all that extra money to spend hundreds of dollars on them. However it is hidden in the hood so ya know be safe lol read more

They have really ship tires and they do alignment too, but the service is terrible, I guess that the price you have pay when you don't have the money to get a good set of tires read more

My tire had a nail so I took it to the nearest shop. The young guy helped me immediately. I was in and out in 10 minutes tops. I was afraid they might try to scam me because I'm a girl, but they charged only $5 when I know other places charge $10. I had nothing, but good vibes. Thank you so much!!! read more

They didn't have them I stock but they got them for me in a couple of hours. I got 4 new tires and alignment done for a very good price. Very happy with the service! read more

NO STARS! My car hasn't worked the same since I brought it to this place! I went in to get my tires alternated and it was all downhill from there. I went back 3 TIMES to fix the noise it made when I got it back from them and every time I went back, there was something else they found wrong with it. The last time they worked on it my car ended up shaking while driving and I never went back! IT WAS FINE BEFORE I CAME TO THIS PLACE! To make matters worse, the guy who was doing all the up-charges on my car ended up calling me on the phone the following night trying to flirt with me!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! read more

Horrible shady place! They don't take care you or your tire/car. I got my tires replaced by them, now my rim is scratched. The finishing paint chipped off and theres an edged in ring around my rim. The guy looked at it said the machine is adjustable then walked away. What the heck is that supposed to mean? read more

Zero stars. Horrible service. After several attempts to have my vehicle serviced for front brakes I ended up having to take my vehicle to another shop to fix what this shop DIDN'T DO. Not only did they have me drive my vehicle 4 times to the shop to be insepected, all these 4 times I had to wait a LONG time! On two occasions they told be they didn't have time to check the vehicle (mind you that I left it there for over 5 hrs) and to bring it back on Easter Sunday, granted that 3 of the men had told me what was wrong with the vehicle and what they were going to do to fix it. I was hesitiat to return to the shop, but since I paid, I brought it in to be inspected AND I decided to wait with my vehicle since it was a holiday and needed it. The man who assisted got in my vehicle and took it for a "test drive"... surely enough he returns with a local market bag with drinks and snacks... I'm sure he thought i was not going to stay with the vehicle and he was caught!! Immediately, he began to work and diassemble now the back tires which was not the problem...his story or inspection made no sense... I'm sure he was nervous... At this point, I asked for the owner and was done with this shop. I told him what had happened and how many times I had come to get service and was placed to the side, I'm also sure that that man also joy ride my vehicle to and from local markets and who knows what else they used and wasted my gas on. This shop has no sense of customer service and the nerve to drive someone elses vehicle to run their personal errands or needs... this is absolutely discusting and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL FOR SUCH OR OTHER SERVICES. read more
