Each time I place an order and schedule a pick up date, they confirm that my order is ready for pick up but when I arrive, I find that nothing has been done and my order has not even been picked. On one trip. I waited 3 hours to pick up my order, another trip was 2 hours to pick up flooring that had also been previously ordered and paid for, and now this day takes the cake. I waited 5 and a half hours to pick up cabinets I ordered one month ago, called to let them know when I need it and stopped by the showroom one week prior to confirm face to face that I'm coming the following week to pick up. Only to find that nothing was done to fulfill my request. They even confirmed over the phone for me that my order is ready for pick up prior to driving over. What a waste of a day for myself and my client who cancelled his plans to wait for this delivery. 13951 Monte Vista Ave in Chino is the address to there new location.

Innovative gave us a great quote (we got 7), used quality materials, and their custom cabinets are made locally at their Chino location. We replaced our ugly 1970's hollow core press-board cabinets with gorgeous solid maple and everyone comments on how beautiful our kitchen turned out. It truly looks like it belongs in a magazine. We love the pullouts, but I do regret that we did not add them to all of the lower cabinets. Lesson learned, do it 'right' and don't scrimp on such an important room in your home. We were forewarned of the 3-2-1 rule of remodeling (3x's as long, 2x's the cost, and the 1st & last time ever doing it, LoL), but even though we did run over on the timeline, Pete came in right on budget. We also had an issue with the floor Tile Setter, but Pete made that right, too! We would recommend this business and would love to use them again...maybe to add the rest of the pullouts. =)

Chino cabinet co. were less than half the price of what those guys wanted to charge us in Anaheim. (Keep in mind the cabinets from Anaheim were prefabbed from overseas and chino cabinet co cabinets are custom built.) We ended up ordering the built-ins from chino cabinet co. and the quality is amazing. Beautiful work and finish. Would recommend over anywhere else. No complaints. Great price, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, great quality, etc... Thank you for the built-ins . We love them.
