Your website indicated that the item was available for pickup within 15 minutes at this location. Based on that, I chose to go directly to the store instead of placing an online order. When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor. I said it's a rubber bushing and then he replied that no, that looks like a washer, a sink washer specifically. I replied. No it's not a washer. I can see the washers right there but this is a bushing and I explained again what I was looking for and try to show the picture again. I needed to find bolts to replace the ones that came with an office chair that I recently…read morepurchased. The bolts that came with the chair were just too short to connect to the pre-installed nuts on the legs of the chair. I originally went to Lowe's but they did not have what I needed. The employee suggested that I check with So Cal Bolt & Supply, which was right down the street from Lowe's. I came in, showed the employee the original bolt, and described what I needed. He came back a few minutes later with exactly the bolts that I needed. There is currently a $10 minimum which is totally understandable. If you are looking for any type of screw or bolt, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I would not hesitate to come again.

It's a great store but not for the kind of garden hoses we're looking for.
