I've been to Bathworks Instyle twice and each visit was a positive experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly, approachable, and most importantly take into great consideration of the customer. Dominique helped me the first time around, and when I came back, I immediately sought for him. He was very knowledgeable in different types of fixtures. He provided pros and cons and thoroughly explained how everything worked. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of, and not only that, but to provide me all the knowledge, and demos, prior to making a purchase. Don't hesitate and drop by. read more

Bathworks provided all of the hardware for a two bathroom renovation. There were many problems. With each issue Gerard and Dominique were super nice and ineffective in solving problems!!! Two of the faucets leaked and the replacements also leaked. One shower combination had to be retrofitted before it could be installed. Presently, we have waited four weeks to get a replacement part for the hand shower, where the hose separated and split. I would not recommend this business! read more

Terrible Customer Service Ordered lights here (yes they will sell you the light fixtures). They came in supposedly in about a week or two. No phone call. I happen to call a month later and they said they hadn't come in yet. I called 2 months later and they tell me the lights were in and I can come in a pick them up. I get to the counter the guy says I'm in the wrong place, they don't sell lights, it must've been from next door. I just look at him and luckily some guy next to him says "Oh, do you mean the lighted mirror?" Yes. He goes to get them and says they called me weeks ago to tell me they were in. They didn't call me. Had I not called to check, I'd still be waiting. Nice selections but the service was terrible! read more

Needed an unusual size kitchen soap dispenser-hard to find. Dominique Manzo went out of his way to find it. Very pleasant experience with Dominque. Give him 6 stars if I could. read more

Purchased several things from here over the last few years. Good quality and service WHILE IN THE STORE. Once you leave however, you won't hear from them again. Been told several times from different employees that they would follow up with a call, an email, a price check or a order status. They don't do it. If you want any information, you need to be on them. Once the sale has been made, they forget about you. Considering the high price point of almost everything they sell, you would think follow through would be better. Asked for a price on something and was promised an email by the next day. Still haven't heard anything. I guess I will buy it somewhere else. read more

This wonderful and positive commendation goes out to Gerard. What an amazing and helpful young man. I went in to look and eventually purchase items for two bathroom remodels. Gerard assisted me, he was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases. Customer service like this is not common anymore and I truly appreciate it. Thank you Gerard for being an amazing human being! read more

Found this place when I was searching for certain brand lock set for my front doors, I have been going there for my bathroom remodels. They carry higher end, great quality product you don't typically find at Home Depot. I deal with Dominique, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the girl there, he follows up and calls you back which is a pet peeve with me. We only had some issues with no follow up or call back from the girl there, the rest of the guys are very helpful but my "go to" is Dominique. Also, there selection and options are excellent. read more

We were looking for a new kitchen faucet and Gerard was very knowledgeable about all the large selection of products that they carry. The faucet that we chose was not cheap but I know it is well built. We've always received great service every time we have visited this store. read more

You'll receive excellent attention and customer service here at Bathworks Instyle whether you're stopping by to browse, or ready to dive into a bathroom remodel. Dominique and Gerard are super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They are always eager to answer any questions, and to show you other options if you don't see what you're looking for in the well-organized showroom. As a bonus, next door is Lighting InStyle, which conveniently allows you to look at lighting options for the same project! read more

I am so sad that I didn't come to Bathworks sooner!! I am a project manager who primarily does custom kitchen and bath remodels and I was recently referred to Bathworks (Gerard in particular) by a plumber I started working with. I had been working with another local vendor but Bathworks not only beats their prices they also exceed their customer service! These guys have an awesome showroom and have better pricing than anyone, even vendors you'll find online and that alone is a great reason to come here. Every client I have sent here has found exactly what they're looking for and the turn around time is always great. Another big bonus of working with Bathworks is that they have a lot of the rough items in stock (ex rough valves) This allows you to start working on rough plumbing before having the trim items. Gerard is always easy to communicate with and on point with all of his information regarding their products. Everyone in the showroom is friendly and attentive. If you're even considering a remodel project you need to go check them out! read more

I ordered a faucet from another store and was unaware that it would not include an air gap for my dishwasher. Brushed gold fixtures are in style atm but matching brushed gold air gaps are darn near impossible to find. I needed one yesterday and I called Gerard and he told me to come by and bring my faucet and he assured me we'd find something to work (I was skeptical). Not only did he find a perfect match, he also saved me $50 on shipping (which is an insane price for a tiny item). I wish I'd realized this store existed when I started my project. If you need help Gerard is your guy! Thanks Gerard for saving my sanity! read more

Gerard at Bathworks Instyle is top-notch with impeccable customer service. He went above and beyond to help us, even though we purchased our bathroom fixtures a few years ago. Gerard is responsive and receptive, helping us quickly identify information needed to replace an item. There was no need to keep calling since he was two steps ahead and anticipated what our needs were. We visited several stores, and Bathworks Instyle had the best selection of elegant fixtures at the right price point. It's a no brainer - come here and work with Gerard; you will have a great experience. Cannot recommend them enough! read more

Ron and his team are fantastic. We recently remodeled our kitchen. Ron, Dominique, and Gerardo were very helpful. After the great service when we did our master bathroom remodel a couple of years ago, it was a no brainer to return to Bathworks. They continue to carry a large selection of products and their prices still meet or beat most competitors. The staff remains very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a Bath or kitchen remodel. read more

I went to Bathworks Instyle because I'm doing a full bathroom remodel and needed a one stop shop to help with everything from tub, rain shower head, vessel sink , vanity, glass enclosure, high end faucet, drain , lighting, large mirror etc. Gerard listened very carefully to my contemporary modern inspiration and had every product I could have expected to see . Gerard was very diligent in his vast amount of resources to pull up and show samples, many of it right there in the retail showroom! Some even in operation such as the Rain style shower heads. Gerard sent me the estimate and pdf photos of all items within 24 hours! I'm giving Bathworks Insyle and Gerard Five stars because they truly deserve it. I'm note sure if they have lower end stuff but if you want high quality products and great customer service I recommend Bathworks Instyle Monclair. read more

The best customer service ever. I have a home improvement project 3 years ago. Gerard is my sales contact at Bathworks Instyle. He provides necessary info to make my project smoother, and the price is great. Recently I need parts to clean the faucet calcium due to the hard water. I contact Gerard for help. Amazingly he remember who I am and where I live. He ordered the part for me and everything is been taking cared under the warranty. Gerard is awesome. read more

Doing a bathroom remodel, we knew what we wanted and usually I'm an online shopper but trying to figure out what parts I needed was confusing I called 6 places to try and physically go to and not one of them answered but bath works was the first to answer the phone so that's the only reason I chose to come here. As we were looking around Ron came up to us and started asking us about what we want. He was super professional and helpful on what we needed We showed him inspiration and he was just super helpful helping us pick it all out and explaining what was realistic for our bathroom. Highly recommend Ron as your salesman read more

So much has been checked off my list and it feels amazing!! Gerard is BEYOND knowledgeable and knows his product like the back of his hand. He's also a great guy!! You have to come here and you have to ask for Gerard!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!! read more

We ordered our sink, faucet and shower fixtures. Color was not the same as the sample we ordered and we ordered and paid for hand held shower head in January it is now almost June and we still have not received it. We have called and called and no one will give us an eta. We spoke to a manager he assured us he would call us back by Monday to let us know when it will arrive it is now the Sunday following. The only reason I gave 3 stars is Dominique. He is the one who helped us with our order. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. Great customer service update: I received a call from Ron at Bathworks. He was very sorry about the handheld shower head and said he will compensate us for the long wait. Assured us we will receive the item but the maker is having mechanical problems and it will be resolved soon. I changed from 3 stars to 4. Bravo Bathworks for showing that the customer comes first when it comes to satisfaction. I just might change to a 5 when we get our item. Also thanks Ron for taking the time to check reviews and for calling us back. read more

Great prices with excellent service! I appreciate the suggestions and assistance from Gerard. The showroom rivals Pirch in Costa Mesa.

We finally had the funds to remodel our kitchen and I've been shopping online and visiting stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, etc. Nothing to the selection here. But what impressed me most is the sales guy Gerard! He was informative and resourceful. I did not purchase the first time I went because I needed to shop some more for value and quality. Of course, I went back and bought a Koehler Farmhouse Sink. Price was right and I'm so happy! read more

Their customer service is great. Very responsive to our needs. We received our materials in a timely manner

Went in today to purchase some toilets. We were debating between the Toto and Crosswater one piece toilets. My husband was communication via text with Dominque and asking all the questions. My kids and I went in to physically compare the toilets. Gerard ended up helping me with the whole transaction. I walked out with 2 Crosswater toilets. My contractor will be installing them in a week or so and I will update on the working conditions. read more

Other than Dominique, the 4 other employees did not greet us as we walked in, or acknowledge us as we walked by the desk. No one asked if we had any questions or offered to help us. Customer service was ONLY given by Dominique and he did a great job with pleasantly assisting us. Good luck if he's not available that day. read more

My wife and I recently completed two bathroom remodels and before construction began we spent quite some time traveling to numerous kitchen and bath shops throughout Southern California to find the right pieces for each design. Just before we pulled the trigger on the hardware purchase we stopped in at Light Bulbs Etc in Montclair to select vanity lighting. As we were discussing our project with staff at LBE we found that they were in the process of opening Bathworks Instyle two doors away! As it turned out they were able to supply us with every product we'd previously selected and the pricing was extremely competitive. However, the most important reason we chose to do business with them is customer service. Light Bulbs Etc has always had outstanding customer service and we knew that would transfer over to the new business as well. Our remodels are now complete and the customer service got us through the project smoothly - lots of pro active communication and problem solving. read more
