Terrible Customer Service Ordered lights here (yes they will sell you the light fixtures). They came in supposedly in about a week or two. No phone call. I happen to call a month later and they said they hadn't come in yet. I called 2 months later and they tell me the lights were in and I can come in a pick them up. I get to the counter the guy says I'm in the wrong place, they don't sell lights, it must've been from next door. I just look at him and luckily some guy next to him says "Oh, do you mean the lighted mirror?" Yes. He goes to get them and says they called me weeks ago to tell me they were in. They didn't call me. Had I not called to check, I'd still be waiting. Nice selections but the service was terrible! read more

Purchased several things from here over the last few years. Good quality and service WHILE IN THE STORE. Once you leave however, you won't hear from them again. Been told several times from different employees that they would follow up with a call, an email, a price check or a order status. They don't do it. If you want any information, you need to be on them. Once the sale has been made, they forget about you. Considering the high price point of almost everything they sell, you would think follow through would be better. Asked for a price on something and was promised an email by the next day. Found this place when I was searching for certain brand lock set for my front doors, I have been going there for my bathroom remodels. They carry higher end, great quality product you don't typically find at Home Depot. I deal with Dominique, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the girl there, he follows up and calls you back which is a pet peeve with me. We only had some issues with no follow up or call back from the girl there, the rest of the guys are very helpful but my "go to" is Dominique. I ordered a faucet from another store and was unaware that it would not include an air gap for my dishwasher. Brushed gold fixtures are in style atm but matching brushed gold air gaps are darn near impossible to find. I needed one yesterday and I called Gerard and he told me to come by and bring my faucet and he assured me we'd find something to work (I was skeptical). Not only did he find a perfect match, he also saved me $50 on shipping (which is an insane price for a tiny item). I wish I'd realized this store existed when I started my project. I am writing this review 8 weeks in to my purchase with Bathworks. I will never again do business with them and will leave it at that.

We ordered our sink, faucet and shower fixtures. Color was not the same as the sample we ordered and we ordered and paid for hand held shower head in January it is now almost June and we still have not received it. We have called and called and no one will give us an eta. We spoke to a manager he assured us he would call us back by Monday to let us know when it will arrive it is now the Sunday following. The only reason I gave 3 stars is Dominique. He is the one who helped us with our order. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. Great customer service update: I received a call from Ron at Bathworks. He was very sorry about the handheld shower head and said he will compensate us for the long wait. Assured us we will receive the item but the maker is having mechanical problems and it will be resolved soon. I changed from 3 stars to 4. Bravo Bathworks for showing that the customer comes first when it comes to satisfaction. I just might change to a 5 when we get our item.
