Calacatta luna prefab installed by José at Premiere Countertops

They have a great selection, they had the most realistic marble-look quartz of the many many different quartz showrooms I visited. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a list of fabricators if you don't have a contractor already. I went with José at Premiere Countertops off their list and he did a great job! Always showed up on time, prompt responses, really nice guy, highly recommend him as well! FYI they do not sell to the public, so you'll need to go through your contractor.

Chip in quartz within 6 months.

We had a fine experience choosing our slabs from Genuine Materials and our counters are beautiful. However, within 6 months of having our new counters, it is clear they are not good quality as we already have a big chip. Nothing major happened to cause this chip, it is the result of normal wear and tear that every kitchen experiences. We were told that good quality quartz is durable and should last a very long time. I am so disappointed.

I went here to check out large quartz slabs in person. I'm doing a kitchen remodel and my contractor had some small samples from Genuine Quartz. Since the samples were small I decided to go to the warehouse to see the larger slabs before making my final selection. Eric (the owner) was awesome! He walked me through the warehouse and showed me the different quartz samples. He also helped answer questions and helped me make a more informed decision. He also gave me various samples to take home. I really appreciated his time and willingness to spend some time with me. I ended up picking the White Venatino option and will post pictures of my kitchen once complete.

Very nice, high quality selections. The owner Eric had great customer service and good taste. We had 6 quartz choices we wanted to see and he patiently showed us each one. He helped us make a decision on what would look best for our kitchen counter based on the color and design of the cabinets and flooring we already installed.

Thank you Mary for all your help picking out my beautiful quartz.

The tile work, cabinet refinishing, quality of services, and overall finished product exceeded our expectations. What really set them apart was how easy the process was. Timelines were honored workspaces were kept clean, and our home was treated with respect. Their pricing was fair and transparent. Easy to pick products from their showroom or integrate products from other supply companies. Eli, our project manager, was responsive to any concerns or requests we had and worked tirelessly to meet our timeline. The owner Scott was accessible, responsive, and fair with any additional requests or concerns. They never say no....they always find a way to satisfy your wishes. One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.

Re: We would like to respectfully clarify a few points in response to Greg's reply message…read more Per Greg's direction, we were told to reconnect near the end of our project--specifically after countertops, finished plumbing and appliances were installed--so finishing work could be completed. Our appliances were installed in early May 2025, and we reached out accordingly, again during the summer and subsequent attempts without response, and again in December prior to move-in. At that time, we were told the remaining work would take approximately 1-2 days to complete. We have made consistent efforts over the past year to schedule completion, with extensive documentation (emails, texts, and call logs) showing multiple follow-ups from our side. There have also been several periods where we did not receive responses for weeks at a time. The cabinetry was largely installed in April 2025, at which point approximately 95% of the contract amount was paid as requested. Despite this, the project itself is not 95% complete and remains unfinished. To clarify, there was not a "9 month disappearance" as stated. There was a brief 2-day delay in April due to unrelated home issues, after which communication resumed and has continued since. We have an email acknowledging this from Greg with an apology. We also provided Greg with our contractor's contact information to coordinate final plumbing connections related to appliance installation. We have messages confirming this. Any difficulty connecting was not due to lack of access or coordination on our end. In December, after multiple attempts to obtain a timeline, we were told the project could be completed at the end of February. That timeframe passed without completion, and we were not proactively informed of any change or date. We followed up again and were told Greg was significantly behind on other projects and unable to provide a timeline. We then sent a formal request via email and text for a confirmed completion date and did not receive a response. At this point, several months have passed without a confirmed completion date for a project that has been largely paid for, which has been difficult to manage from a homeowner perspective. We have documentation of all communication and are happy to provide it for transparency if needed. Additionally, Greg is currently still in possession of some of our shelving, cabinet panels, doors, and mesh drawer components that we purchased. As of today, the remaining items include, but are not limited to: * Missing cabinet doors * Appliance panel installation * Mesh vegetable drawers * Missing and incomplete shelving (kitchen and living room nook, as well as inside cabinets) * Crown molding installation * Correction of uneven cabinet reveals (including at the island as shown in picture below) * Shelf edge banding/finishing showing exposed plywood and mismatched color * Visible gaps between cabinets and walls * Missing knobs and handles * Cabinet paint and stain touch-ups These items were expected to be completed to achieve the custom cabinetry finish that was discussed. We have photo documentation of these outstanding items. Throughout this process, we have remained professional and patient in our communication. All correspondence has been respectful and documented. We have made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve this directly, but to date have not received a confirmed plan, response to our formal messages, email or date for completion. Our goal has always been to complete the project professionally and bring it to a close. We have waiting patiently for months and still remain open to resolving this, but we do need clear communication and a confirmed plan and date to finish the work.
