Deanna assisted us with our purchase today, and I couldn't be more grateful for her outstanding customer service and guidance throughout the entire process. She helped us select a washer, dryer, and refrigerator that truly gave us the best value for our money. What stood out most was how thoroughly she explained each item, making sure we understood the benefits and felt confident in our decisions. She genuinely listened to our wants and needs and ensured we chose the right products for our home. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend asking for Deanna. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. read more

Too busy to help customers. I called inquiring about some appliances and a female answered the phone and mid conversation her male manager told her "tell him we'll call him later". So far 1.5+ hours and no call back yet.. Totally uninterested in providing service. read more

Having major kitchen renovation done. Went to PS for a Range. We went all out and bought a $5k 36" range. Wow, did they kiss my... The sales guy was good we were the best of friends after so I thought. Unbeknownst to me it turned out to be all BS just for the sale. I also had intentions to buy a Boss dishwasher and Microwave later. He even gave me his card and said to call him no matter what, if I had a question or concern. Well, I did just that I had a simple question bet some conflicting information they had given during the sale. I called three times and left messages. You would think I would gotten at least a courtesy call back. He never called back and because of the delay to my question there were issues that came up and pretty much snowballed into a big mess. As for the company that is doing my kitchen, two of my neighbors have been watching their work and it looks like they might be going with them. However, as a result of what happed with PS, I will not be recommending them to my neighbors, as well to my family and friends. I will definitely be sharing our poor experience. Not to mention I well be sharing it the remodeling company owner as well. All this because they couldn't respond with a simple courtesy callback. It's called "word of mouth". read more

I purchased several appliances over the Fourth of July weekend and was helped by David Willis. They were delivered today by Best Buy who sent me a defective fridge. I received a phone call from Best Buy told me there was nothing they could do and it could be an extended period of time before they could get me a replacement. I spoke with David again and he assisted me with getting things fixed and had the order rushed due to a move tomorrow. Not only was the service exceptional when we went in on July 4, but David really helped me out and took care of me right in the middle of a move. Thank you very much. read more

If there were a customer service superhero league, Jackie Hermann would be its undisputed leader. Seriously, she might just have a cape hidden under her Pacific Sales uniform. From the second we walked in, Jackie greeted us like old friends. She wasn't just patient; she was Zen-level patient. We asked a LOT of questions. And not the "what's your best-selling model?" kind. Nope, we went deep--like "if this shower head could talk, what would it say about its life goals?" kind of questions. And Jackie? She answered every single one with a smile and zero judgment. Her product knowledge? Top-notch. She didn't just tell us about the features; she practically personified the products. It felt like she knew more about each brand and manufacturer than we knew about our own families. We'd ask about one thing, and she'd casually drop a helpful nugget about three other things we hadn't even considered. It was impressive, honestly. And when it came to communication, she didn't just explain things; she made sure we understood. She was like a translator for bath/shower tech-speak, breaking things down into terms that made sense to us (a.k.a. the people who struggle to figure out which side of the toaster to put the bread in). Jackie's proactive mindset? She was already three steps ahead of us. She was the GPS to our lost customer journey, guiding us past pitfalls, saving us from unnecessary work (and money), and even suggesting a better (and less expensive) product we hadn't noticed. Long story short, Jackie's a gem, and her business card should say something like, "Product Wizard, Problem Solver Extraordinaire." If you're in the market for bath and shower products, do yourself a favor and ask for her by name. You'll be glad you did... and with the extra money you save, you'll have leftover funds in your budget to buy a new toilet (like I did). read more
