Very unhappy with this company. Found him on offer up. Told him what my dryer was doing. He came out. Ran the dryer for 1 minute said it's getting hot, checked the dryer vent and said good air flow which I already knew since I told him that wasn't the problem. Not much diagnosing if you ask me. I advised that it got hot then the heat stops and doesn't dry. Told me to run it on time dry to bypass the sensors. He said if this doesn't work then your computer is going to out and it's time for a new one. I texted him just to double check nothing could be done and said nope. The problem is your computer. Well I had a gut felling. Called some one else and they DIAGNOSED the dryer and the dryers gas coils were bad. Now my dryer is working like new. Wish I could get my money back but leason learned. Be careful *** please show me that I called you...... not one call from me. Never did you offer to come again. Stop being a liar. We had another company out to diagnose a smoking washing machine that we had just replaced a pump on and they said it was bad bearings and cost prohibitive to fix. My Samsung front loading washer stopped working and gave the code "Nd". After looking on google for a solution, I opened the small drain and cleaned the filter. Then I restarted the washer, it seemed to be ok but then it stopped and gave the code again. I emailed Darin Thursday evening, he quickly responded and we scheduled a repair appointment for Saturday morning. Darin came when we scheduled at 8:30. Due to current conditions, he had a mask on, came in and went right to work. He took apart the washer and replaced the pump. I didn't realize the washer was ten years old. The pump is a small part and Darin showed me how it was rusted and not moving. Darin quickly replaced the old pump, put my washer back together, and did a test load. The new pump worked great and I am now tackling the mountain of laundry that grew over three days!! I highly recommend Darin who is polite and prompt to repair your front loading washer. read more

First things first. This was a call for a washing machine repair. I gave him the error code, instead of making an appointment to come out and check, he said he could just order the part. I said OK. He comes out a week later, but ends up telling me he can't move the washing machine because of the tight space. I had sent him a picture however, so it was clear that you had to pull it out and was a tight space. He insisted that I pay him for the visit and for re stocking the part, even though it was HIM who couldn't do the job, and not ME who canceled or didn't want him to do it. That is the sign of a truly cheap and low individual..... to have me pay for HIM not wanting to do the job after he already knew of the tight condition of the appliance. read more

My dryer was making a horrible noise. I received a response very quickly and he diagnosed the issue quickly after asking some questions. I decided to fix my own waking machine after the bearings failed and when I opened up my machine, it was a disaster. I got it cleaned out and got the bearings out (or so I thought). But the new bearings didn't fit. As I was looking into potentially getting another set of bearings, I was able to be connected with Darin and he let me know that more than likely the outer ring of the old bearing was still on the machine, and that I needed to get that out before the new bearings would fit. He was absolutely right. He talked me through everything giving me aside, and just plain being a good guy with no potential income coming his way. He Yoakum didn't need to help me out with my own DIY repair... So I followed his good instructions on how to get it out, but I just didn't have the tools or the know how to get it done, so I called up Darin and bright the parts to his home and for a nominal fee he got my DIY repair back up and running. My review for Darin is way over due. He came out during covid years to fix our washer. He informed us the part needed on the washer was the same cost as new one and that due to covid during that time the part could take months to obtain. So with his recommendation we got new washer. A second time we called Darin was on our old Maytag dryer it was making noise.
