When he came out, he did another fireplace sweep and also repaired cracks in both the exterior and interior of my fireplace. We've had an ongoing issue of inconsistent cooling and heating, and the blower not always shutting down. The problem was diagnosed as a short in the system, and it was sourced at the AC condenser. Our decrepit system finally received it's first tune up in over a decade. It obviously appeared to have received a handyman special sometime in the distant past. After removing burnt wiring and electrical tape, Jason went ahead and replaced a string of daisy-chained capacitors with a single unit, and a worn relay. The AC refrigerant received a top off, and a new thermostat was installed. Mister Jason M. did an excellent job. He was definitely a life saver. The job was attended to quickly and done skillfully.
