This is the most amazing service one could ever ask for. Rene came out within 24 hours of my call to him and the dilemma of our vent for our dryer being completely backed up. Rene got the vent cleaned out. I was so surprised to see how much lint was clogged in the pipe. His customer service, kindness, honesty, and the set price of $169 was absolutely fantastic! Anyone else would've nickeled and dimed me and he didn't he didn't even add to the set price. It didn't matter how long it took, it would still be at $169. Thank you Rene for your honest Work, you come highly recommended. read more

Rene at The Dryer Vent Experts was great. I messaged them about an error message on my dryer, and he came out to my house within 4 hours. He was friendly and helpful, and he got the problem fixed quickly. Fast response, easy to deal with, and it took care of the issue right away. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone with dryer trouble. read more

Super kind friendly and knowledgeable guy. Completely fixed my dryer issue. If you're wondering if it's your dryer or your vent having a problem.... disconnect it and run a load without it connected (it's safe!). Our dryer wasn't drying and our clothes stayed wet for hours in a new dryer we knew worked because we tested it without the vent hooked up. He Showed up early, got the job done quick and right. Would totally recommend him, our clothes dry in 45 minutes now and I feel safe about what's under the house for a fire hazard. Great flat rate and competitive rates for the more extensive repair we needed. read more

My dryer flashed a dryer vent error code one evening after we had returned from vacation and had several loads of laundry to do. I quickly checked out my Yelp app and was leaning towards The Dryer Vent Experts given his great reviews and the fact that he was local. I sent out several requests since I was t sure he would be able to come soon enough. I need not have worried. Rene was one of the first to respond and the first who could make it out to my home. He also offered the best price. Coordination was easy via Yelp messaging and text. The very next afternoon, Rene was at my place and did a quick check confirming that the issue was my dryer vent and not the dryer. He cleaned my dryer vent and lines thoroughly and pulled out an amazing amount of stuff from both ends. Rene confirmed that I was cleaning my lint catcher and dryer appropriately and explained that even with the best cleaning, the vents would get dirty and could become a fire hazard. Hence, he recommended yearly maintenance. Definitely something that is now on my to do list! Highly recommend Rene from The Dryer Vent Experts! read more

Rene helped service my dryer vent and he did an excellent job. He was on time, friendly, and professional and I wished I would've hired him sooner! He has already been recommended to others. Thank you Rene!! read more

Great service from someone that knows what they are doing. I highly recommend The Dryer Vent Experts. My LG dryer repeatedly flashed d80 & d90error codes. I've had 2 other dryer vent cleaner services come out. First guy said my dryer was the issue and told me to call LG. Second guy cleaned the vent which was not that dirty. Neither guy checked the roof top vent. The error codes continued, this last time was d95. Third time's a charm! Rene knew exactly what was wrong--the roof top vent was covered with caked-on lint. He cleaned the roof top vent. Now my dryer works like it should--loads drying in one cycle. Thank you Rene! Will followup with yearly maintenance. read more

Rene is very knowledgeable and professional! He diagnosed a cracked dryer hose problem in the back. We have a stacked dryer/washer, so it's very difficult to get in the back. He gave a referral for a different technician who specializes in it. He is very helpful! read more

Great service! We had someone come out before who was trying to have us "clean the rust out" and charge us $1500 we had this guy come out instead and he assured us that our vents were fine. He cleaned them out and now our dryer works great!!! He even messaged us after to double check and make sure everything worked well. I highly recommend him for your dryer vent cleaning! read more

Prompt, friendly, and excellent service. Great price point. Would recommend to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned out

Just wanted to say Thank You Again Rene for cleaning our two dryer vents. My Dryer stopped working and had to call an appliance repair company who diagnosed a burned-out heat sensor fuse, a safety mechanism that shuts down the dryer when it gets to hot. Durning installation of the new fuse, the technician said it was most likely caused by a clogged dryer vent. I searched Google and Yelp and came across The Dryer vent Experts in Clairmont, Ca. They had all 5-star reviews and customers were very pleased with them, so I gave them a call. Spoke to Rene the owner and set up a cleaning right away. He came as scheduled and was very professional in explaining what he would be doing. We have two laundry rooms, so I had him clean both dryer vents. Both had not been cleaned in over 10 years and never thought to. Rene also went up in the attic and found one of the dryer vents was not even connected to the external vent and repaired it. He has been in the cleaning vent business over 30 years and stated with HVAC vent cleaning and now only specializes in dryer vent cleaning. He is honest, very knowledgeable, experienced, and reasonable in his prices. He did an excellent job unplugging and cleaning both dryer vents and I highly recommend him to clean out your dryer vents to avoid the problem my clogged vent caused with my dryer. read more

100% recommend Rene - he went above and beyond in diagnosing a critical issue and fixed it (crawling into the attic space, making repairs, testing, etc.). His communication is also top-notch - he responds quickly and does what he promises. Arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant to work with. Definitely planning to call him up for annual cleanings, and recommend him to friends/family. read more

Rene was just great! My vents had never bwwn cleaned so I decided it was time. I found this company on yelp and chose them as many reviews expressed good quality, flat rate, and fast appointment scheduling. I was able to get a next day appointment. Rene cleaned our vents and they were not as bad as I thought. However, he did find that our equipment was not hooked up properly. Once he fixed the error and left I did a load of laundry to test out the dryer. The clothes & blankets dried so much faster! Thank you. Highly recommended. read more

Very professional and he did a great job. On time and he knows what he's doing. I will recommend his service.

GREAT PRICE AND SERVICE! I made an appointment for dryer vent cleaning as well as replacement of the tube through Yelp. Rene provided the lowest price, responded within minutes, was on time for the appt. and did a great job as well as explained how to keep the vents cleaned. My dryer is back in service! read more

We have never cleaned out our dryer vent in 22 years so figured it was time. I called The Dryer Vent Expert and quickly set up an appointment with Rene. Rene showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. It was unbelievable how much lint he cleaned out . We are very fortunate there was not a fire. Thank you Rene, hope to see you next year. read more

Outstanding service from Rene! He went above and beyond cleaning our laundry vent. Rene was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough -- he made sure everything was spotless and running safely before he left. He even took extra time to explain what he was doing and gave helpful maintenance tips. It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. Highly recommend Rene for anyone needing top-quality vent cleaning! read more

I've had a longstanding problem of heat not being able to escape my dryer vent leading to condensation within the dryer dials and leakage of water from the silver hose. I had a company come out in May this year to clean the dryer vent but it turns out they cleaned the wrong vent lol That's why the problem with my dryer persisted. I found Rene on Yelp. Called him this morning and he said he could come out today and clean the vent. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure my dryer vent was functioning efficiently. I highly recommend him. Thanks Rene! read more

Rene is extremely fair and transparent when it comes to pricing! I had him visit our new place as I wanted to add a laundry room on our second floor. Without a fee, Rene showed up same day to look at the task, and even entered our attic to fully, thoroughly, see what was involved in running our new dry exhaust vent. Rene explained the best way to exhaust, as well as explained what exhaust blowers/fans did, and how they worked. Rene is familiar with the industry code as well. If you're looking for a dryer vent install, repair, and or dryer vent cleaning - at least consider talking to Rene as he's pro customer, vs pro money. read more

Renee was easy to work with, came on time when we needed him. Was very knowledgable and professional and got the job done! Fair pricing!

We had our dryer vent repaired and cleaned today by Rene. He was able to immediately find from where the duct was leaking and was able to open the casing around the duct, clean the duct (picture below), correctly repair the faulty duct with the correct materials and strong metallic tape and then restore the wooden casing and clean up all the removed lint. He did an amazing job, with an excellent price, regardless that our job took more than twice as long as a regular cleaning and repair. He is the only person that I'll ever call for a dryer vent cleaning. read more

Of all the dryer vent cleaner options I had, I chose to go with the Dryer Vent Experts due to their up front pricing and repeat customer discount available. Rene showed up on time, was friendly, and immediately got to work. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained to me that although my vents weren't too clogged, the vent door outside was stuck and not able to open properly. He cleaned the vents, the door, and was done in less than 30 minutes, just as he quoted. I would definitely recommend Rene with The Dryer Vent Experts if you need your vents cleaned out! read more

Rene responded promptly and was at our house within a couple hours! He cleaned out the vent and found a lost dryer sheet that clogged the fan...highly recommend this is a top notch service! read more

Rene came at the agreed appointment and immediately went to work on the outside dryer vent. What he pulled out after 25 years of not cleaning the dryer vent all this time had me in disbelief. What came out eventually filled a medium size trash bag. At the end, my dryer vent was clogged free and the air from the dryer was blowing out great. I am very satisfied and greatful with the work that was performed and would recommend Rene for future visits. Thank you again Rene a job well done! read more

Had Rene come out again for a maintenance cleaning (and because my dryer was taking a little too long to completely dry our clothes). My dryer vent line where I live has all kinds of turns in it. This time I'm going to stick to the once a year plan so the vent doesn't get so clogged up. Thanks again Rene!!! read more

Rene was great, very responsive. I was able to set up the appointment soon and he was able to clean our clogged up vents pretty quickly.

Rene responded to my request for a quote on Yelp within an hour and was straightforward about price and availability. He was able to come same day and let me know when he was on his way. He cleared/cleaned my vent within maybe 10 mins tops. Something I also appreciate, he cleaned up after himself. I've had many vendors leave their mess. This was not the case. I did a big load of towels later on in the evening and rather than it taking a full hour to dry, it took maybe 30-40 mins. He was super friendly and I will recommend him to other homeowners in my complex. read more

Rene has been cleaning our dryer vent for two years now. Really nice and professional guy. Gets the job done quickly!

I had an incredible experience with this company, if that is a word one might use explaining a dryer vent cleaning company. Rene was immediately responsive to my message; he arrived on time, was clean, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I was so impressed with his helpfulness in explaining why my dryer was not drying properly, not just because of our dirty vents, but also ways to improve the results at the dryer itself. I would definitely use him again (more often than I have been having our vents cleaned in the past!l, which should be at least once a year, btw read more
