We got several quotes off Yelp for cleaning out an 18 foot dryer vent and their flat rate quote came in around mid pack. Jerry was very responsive to my questions and flexible on scheduling. I called early in the morning for dryer vent cleaning, bathroom fan cleaning and installation of AC return vent filter. The representative scheduled right away the same day. The technician was very polite and was careful to put on the shoe covers. He was respectful to put a mat under his ladder. I called a few places to get my air ducts cleaned and Jerry was the friendliest and most responsive. Whether it was by text or phone call. He's thorough and explains everything prior to arriving. Upon arrival, he suggested that we check the material between our vent and ceiling for asbestos as if any asbestos is present it can be harmful to your health especially with kids! Glad he pointed that out. We ordered testing kit via Amazon and it came back negative but I'm glad we now are at peace knowing there are no asbestos present. Keep in mind there is a charge for Jerry just to come out due to taking up his time and expertise. If any questions about asbestos, be sure to ask or check with Jerry before his arrival. Our ducts needed cleaning badly from all the lint built up from our dryer over the last 5 years. I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for the next day, which I was most appreciative.
