Tim came out to clean my chimney and reminded me that I had used them last year to clean my air and dryer vents. They did a great job then and he did a great job yesterday. He was efficient and thorough, even showed me a hidden area of my chimney that was extra dirty because it had been missed during a previous cleaning. Best part: I had someone else "inspect" my chimney and estimated $300 for a deep cleaning and $650 because the exterior was supposedly cracked and damaged. Very timely response and service. They gave one of the lower quotes for a simple duct cleaning. However they damaged the area around two of the ducts, on one they sprayed a Clorox cleaner and it damaged the wallpaper around the duct, and on one the paint around the duct was peeled off and will now need repainting. Edited to add: the company did not charge me for the service and have been very attentive and responsive in trying to address the damage and rectify the situation. read more

While on the phone with them I quickly realized that my heating and air conditioning vents could use a good cleaning as well. Thankfully they do both and do it really well. Had never given much thought to cleaning my air ducts but following the recent wildfires, decided it was a good idea, considering the unknown service history of my house. Arranging an appointment with Asya was easy, and their team actually arrived two hours early to begin their work. I opted for the January special, which covered seven ducts, two intakes, two bathroom vents and one dryer vent. They took care to remove each duct vent cover and cleaned up as they moved to the next duct/vent. They explained that the ducts/vents were quite dirty, but following their service the HVAC system is now flowing better, along with the bathroom vents and dryer vent, and that it should be good for at least 3 years (minimum) to 5 years (maximum) before the next service.
