After moving to LA I was very careful about finding the right air duct cleaning company because I'm honestly obsessed with keeping the air inside my home clean Especially with a small child at home -- breathing dusty, dirty air from the vents was not something I wanted. A few of my friends recommended this company to me, and I'm really happy I chose them. Tim and his team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked very professionally and carefully. Tim himself is also a very friendly, funny and fair guy, which is honestly rare these days . You can truly feel the difference in the air after the cleaning. Definitely recommending them and will use them again read more

Tim is awesome. He checked our dryer vent line, cleaned it out, recognized that we had an issue with the cap on the roof. Was up there in the blazing San Fernando valley heat for too long of a time, just to ensure that everything was fixed to perfection. He even picked up the right part for me while at Home Depot, saving me a trip. Plus he likes heavy music, extra bonus!! read more

I can't recommend Tim and Duct Masters enough. We have a tall two-story home, and I contacted over 20 different dryer vent cleaning companies (chimney sweeps, hvac companies, you name it) before finding him, and every single one turned us down, saying the job was too difficult given the height and layout. Tim was the only one willing to actually take it on. Rather than giving up when the straightforward approach didn't work, he tried multiple methods until he found one that worked, and got the vent completely clean. He even showed us before-and-after photos so we could see the results ourselves. On top of the technical skill, he was incredibly personable and kind throughout the whole visit. It's rare to find someone this good at their trade who's also just a great and respectful person to have in your home. We will call him back in the future and leverage him for other jobs as well. read more

Super responsive and they were able to fit me in immediately. Absolutely will use them again.

Tim did an outstanding job clearing out my dryer vent. It was particularly challenging work as I live in a multi-story condo building and the vent is 45 feet long and exits high up on the side of the building, far from my balcony and windows. Even after Tim removed a considerable amount of lint for more than an hour, I was still getting an error message on my dryer. So he came out the next morning to do a second round of cleaning and a thorough inspection at no additional charge. That resolved the issue and my dryer now runs perfectly. Throughout the whole process, Tim demonstrated professionalism and I highly recommend Duct Masters! read more

Thank you Tim and Sam! read more
