I do recommend them. They're a little more expensive than the other choices out there. I don't know if the other ones would've been just as good but they saved us about $1000 because we thought we were going to have to buy a new dryer but all we needed to do is get the vents cleaned and now our dryer works fine. read more

As other reviews confirm, Sean & Garrett are consummate pros. I also appreciated the clear & transparent pricing model with no BS upsell. Awesome read more

These guys were amazing. Cleaned out my dryer and replaced the faulty vent quickly and efficiently and explained everything. I would use them again when I need to do this again. read more

If there were such a thing as 10 stars I would give 11. Sean was unbelievable. He found the problem under the house, fixed the problem, took pictures, walked me through the reasons why my dryer broke down, and even went up into the attic to check on the filter which wasn't even related to the dryer. His professional service and knowledge about construction and building codes was next level. If only everyone was like Sean! Thank you Precision Air (Garret) for sending Sean. If you didn't and I had my dryer looked at or even had to purchase a new one, the cost would have been exorbitant and I still wouldn't have fixed my issue. Thank you Sean- you went above and beyond! read more

10 stars if yelp allows it. We've been using Precision Air for many years in our old home as well as our current one. Given the recent wildfire we wanted our air ducts cleaned again and Shawn came through the next day following our return from evacuating. Quotes were detailed as always and they take care in keeping our house clean while they are doing their work (plastics over items, rubber bumpers around furnitures and hallways). Thank you again for slowly making our home feel a bit more normal after the past week. read more

There is a reason there are only 5-star reviews: They are professionals who do a GREAT job for a fair price. This was the first time we had had the vents cleaned since the house was built in 1989. They performed the service while our tenants were home, and they went above and beyond to clean and sanitize the entire system for them. Our tenants are highly skilled professionals in their respective fields, and they let us know right away the job was done thoroughly and professionally. We are pleased to add our 5-star review to the rest. Thank you! read more

I called about 15 duct cleaning services and I found precision air duct cleaning. The other companies tried charging $4000+ for 19 vents 5 bathroom vents and 2 air handlers. They did it for half the price and the best part, they clean on another level! They take apart your unit in your attic and clean all of it with the fan and all components. The competition wasn't even going to do that and they wanted double! All the workers are extremely careful with your furniture and house. They are very clean and clean up very well! They put plastic coverings on the furniture and every vent including tarp on the ground to completely eliminate anything falling on the ground. Such an amazing company and I would totally recommend these honest workers! read more

Had Sean and his crew out to clean our clothes dryer air duct as it was full of lint and the dryer was taking forever. They were awesome - quick, kind and helpful. Highly recommend! read more

Two people came, excellent communication and super nice. It took about 6 hours to finish. They were respectful in trying to limit the amount of particles from the attic. The prices are reasonable, and I love the fact the open the hvac system to clean the inside of that too (at extra cost). I believe most places don't even offer that. Will use again! read more

Every year we hire this company to clean our dryer vent, and they did a great job! The technicians were on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. The process was quick and efficient, and we noticed a big difference right away -- our dryer runs so much better now. We're really happy with their service and would definitely use them again in the future! read more

Great company! Garrett, Sean, and Andres were all so nice and helpful. They were able to come out on the same day and did a great job!

I used these guys for dryer air duct cleaning. They showed up when they said they would, explained exactly what they were going to do, and honored the flat rate they quoted on the phone. Knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and fairly priced. Use these guys. It's a no-brainer. read more

We received excellent service from Shaw and his assistant. They arrived on time, Shawn provided us information about the cleaning process and made sure we were comfortable with the process. They set up with tarps on the floor and under each vent, safety corners in the areas the hose would go around in the house, and cleaned the vents and unit until they were spotless. We were extremely pleased with their workmanship! High recommend Precision Air Duct Cleaning. read more

I highly recommend Precision Air Duct cleaning service. It's not something most people don't think of doing, at least I didn't, yet, it's something that people need to think about doing. They are the most professional, thorough company I ever met. They spent time cleaning all of the ducts in my home and dryer which was in desperate need of cleaning. The guys are neat, clean, and highly skilled. read more

Great quality work but, equally as importantly, very kind, responsive, and honest team to work with. Was recommended them by a family member and would easily recommend them to anyone else, especially for cleaning after a local fire. read more

Great company. Precision cleaned my HVAC ducts and dryer duct. Easy booking and the staff did their best to give me the opportunity to take cancellation slots as they opened. The crew was excellent. They were very considerate of my family and furnishings, used a ton of drop cloths to protect the floors from ladders, and took other measures to protect my home from dust and potential wear from equipment. They were very tidy and careful and we're great about moving items in my home when needed. I would recommend precision and hire them again. read more

These guys were really good. They were professional and did a really good job. I only wish they did more things than just air duct cleaning, because I would totally use them for other projects as well. Garrett from their office was really nice as well and was very accommodating when speaking with him. read more

I called several air duct cleaning companies before deciding on Precision. Their flat rate cost may seem like it's more expensive than their competitors but actually some of these other companies quote a cheaper price per vent but that doesn't include furnace cleaning, sanitization, etc etc, which is all included in the service provided in Precision's flat rate. We had exactly 10 vents and one furnace in our home, which is what's included in their minimum flat rate, so if your house/system is smaller then I would recommend doing the math to make sure it's economical for you, but for our size home the cost for us was ideal. The team they sent (led by Sean) was professional and communicated everything they were going to do every step of the way so there were no surprises. They were thorough, wore PPE/socially distanced, were diligent about keeping our home clean, AND put down tarps and furniture guards to protect our home (see pics). Precision will be our go-to company for air duct cleaning in the future and we will be recommending them to friends for sure. read more

Full disclosure: I did not use them yet because we haven't figured out if I have new ducts or old. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and said if I didn't have new vents, I 'd be wasting my money having them do this service. Returned calls promptly. If I do have new vents, I will be calling them back. read more

They came to help clean our dryer duct, and helped to discover our detached vent under the house! They explained what we needed to do and who to call. I believe I spoke with Garrett on the phone and I think John came to our home. You likely saved our lives! Our kitchen was always hotter when we ran our clothes dryer. And the handyman that came our house after you found the problem told us we probably had carbon monoxide leaching into our home everytime we did laundry! Thank you for helping us. When we need you to come over next, hopefully it will be a normal cleaning. read more

We recently did a kitchen remodel and it's suggested that you get your ducts cleaned post-construction. We saw a great need as there was dust coming out of the vents whenever we turned on the AC, so I reached out via Yelp Messages to multiple different companies. I typically like to vet companies based on how they respond back. Garrett from Precision Air Duct Cleaning was quick to respond and also very thorough in explaining how pricing works as well as the depth of the work they do. He was super easy to coordinate and work with, plus worked with our super tight timelines and scheduled us for a couple days out. They're also licensed! What I loved about their services was how professional and prompt they were. They laid out a timeline of the day and they actually showed up when they said they would (very rare for services in my opinion). Everything from set up to clean up was really non-intrusive for us. They made sure to keep everything tidy and respected our space, which wasn't easy given that my boyfriend was working from home at the same time. Important to note they wore masks the whole time to keep us safe, so really appreciated that. They also gave us a ton of good advice and insight into our ducts and maintaining them. After they finished, we stopped seeing dust come out of the vents whenever we used the AC, so I would say it was effective! Also sneezing less in general. All in all, I definitely trust them to do my ducts in the future - plus their rates were super reasonable compared to other companies. See y'all in a few years! :) read more

We had this company come to our home after extensive construction to clean out our system because my kids kept getting sick. The responsiveness on Yelp was fast, with upfront pricing and an excellent explanation of what the company does. They arrived on time and were very professional. They had a LOT of heavy duty equipment and I was shocked to see the disgusting things they cleaned out of our ducts. Their name is perfect because they really were precise, thoughtful and thorough in everything they did. I couldn't be happier with their service, highly recommended! read more

Precision Air Duct cleaning did an amazing job cleaning at my house. I first reached out to them on yelp and Sean was very helpful on answering all my questions. Especially telling me the whole process of the job. I set up an appointment between 9am-10am. The 2 worker(Nick and John) came around 9:05am. They took a quick look to verify the vents and we acknowledge on the price that I was quoted. They did a great job trying to protect the workspace by putting corner cover, floor tarp and plastice bag in the area. They were also friendly enough to have small talk with when they were doing the cleaning. I asked for a before and after picture which they give me. They also give recommendations on what kind of filter I should use. I will use their service again! read more

Garrett was so patient and courteous with all my questions. It was the first time getting our air ducts cleaned and I had concerns because it is an older unit.Garrett put my worries to rest and explained to me the process professionally. The technicians that did the work kept in touch by text and sent me pictures since I was not at the house. They called me when leaving and self locked the house. I liked that they take CC, Zelle and checks which is so practical to pay with the link I was sent. All around great service! I will be using this company again and will recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you read more

Garrett is an absolute legend. He helped me figure out how to fix the smell in my air ducts and took time out of his day to look at my setup & give me advice on how I could DIY replace some ducts. He's a hero, very thorough, and knows what he is talking about. He didn't charge me anything for the advice, and I would trust him to clean my vents if that was what had been needed. It's rare in trade professions to find people who care, do quality work, and go the extra mile. I'd recommend him and his services to anyone who is looking for duct cleaning. When you're searching for someone to come into your home you're looking for a person who will clearly explain what they're doing and give you quality service. Look no further, this is your guy. read more

From getting a quote to finishing the job, I highly recommend Precision! I was looking for a reliable duct cleaning company and was wondering if these guys would measure up to their reviews. They did and then some. Garrett was very communicative and upfront about the body of work and pricing and patient with me as I figured out the best day to have his guys come over. Jerry and Sean came out to my house and did a great job. I appreciate that they were conscious to wear their booties in the house, took them off when they went outside, and put them back on before re-entering the house. They also put a blanket under each air vent and some furniture protectors to make sure the house didn't scuff you any walls or furniture. They were also kind enough to show me before and after pictures when I asked for them. It's a good thing they came- we had so much dust and lint backup in our ducts and dryer vent! I'd highly recommend Precision and strongly recommend them if you need your air ducts cleaned! read more

I reached out via yelp to ask about dryer duct cleaning. I chatted with Garret and was able to get a quote and an appt booked. These guys did an outstanding job. I had used another vendor for years, who wound up taking my business for granted. Looking for an alternative, I went with Precision and I'm glad I did. These guys do an outstanding job, and I'm glad I found them. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

I am so happy our family worked with Precision Air Duct Cleaning. I first heard about them on the neighborhood app Next Door where they came highly recommended by our fellow neighbors. We had a really bad experience with an air duct company in Eagle Rock (never showed up but managed to charge our cc hundreds of dollars anyway) so I was a bit worried. Totally unnecessary, they were wonderful! I love that Precision has a flat rate for under 10 air ducts- this was perfect for our household! Their rate was actually cheaper by about $150 than two other companies we had quotes from which was awesome. People on Next Door weren't kidding when they said Precision is the best deal around. Wish we had called them first! Sean and Bob showed up at 8 am on the dot; seriously a night & day experience from the other company that cancelled on us twice with no notification or apologies. Sean and Bob showed my husband how to put the HVAC filter in for next time since we just purchased a new home and then went to work for about 3 hours. They got out a giant trash bag full of dust and other disgusting stuff and I feel so much better about the quality of the air in our home while using the AC unit. We will call Precision again in a few years when we need the same service completed. Great service + fair prices deserves return customers. read more

Just use Garret and his team to clean the ducts of a clients 10,000 sq ft. home. From what I am told they did a fantastic job, the crew was professional, clean and prompt and my clients were very happy with the service received. We also used Precision to clean a rental home as well and they did a fantastic job there as well.
