Wow what a difference. We used Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning again and the air in the house is sooooo Fresh! The crew were cheerful, answered all my questions and showed me the before and after pictures too. I had a few questions before the service and the customer service folks were great too! Thank You Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning! p.s. we live up in the Foothills and we get alot of dust and ash/soot from the former fires and boy did that show up in the ducts. Glad to have it handled! read more

I had previously used them a few times to clean out a dryer vent at a rental property. The last time they serviced it, the technician cut the vent screen to access the dryer vent and did not fix/replace it. As a result, there was an opening between the 1st floor ceiling and the 2nd floor. A rat found its way above the ceiling and chewed through a drainage pipe from the upstairs shower. Cost me over $1k to fix the plumbing and rectify the rat issue. Never used them again, but I continue to receive emails and phone calls from Marlene after I have literally asked them at least 5-6 times to remove me from their contact list. Very incompetent people work here. read more

Two technicians- capable, knowledgeable, efficient. Very happy with prompt arrival and work ethic.

I strongly do not recommend Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning. While the technicians were fine and did a solid job cleaning the ducts and the dryer vent, I was grossly overcharged by the company. Please get a number of quotes and look up Google and Yelp reviews before choosing to go with Fresh Aire. If I had done so in advance I could have had the same 8 ducts and dryer vent cleaned for ~$600 by A-1 Air Duct Cleaning in Glendale. That matches what every estimate online says is a fair and reasonable price. Unfortunately for me, I told George that I was a new home owner and didn't know how many ducts I had. As a result, he billed me $1670 for the job, more than $1000 more than A-1 (and A-1 has much better reviews). Shame on me for not doing enough due diligence. Shame on Fresh Aire for taking advantage and charging exorbitant prices. Eventually after I complained they gave me a $190 discount, but I saw another user on Yelp comment that for the same number of ducts and dryer vent he paid $1k and not the $1480 I eventually paid. read more

I was very pleased with my recent duct cleaning service provided by Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning. It was easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience, and Brian and Erick arrived promptly and got right to work. They were efficient in moving from room to room and cleaned up carefully when they were done. Both were also pleasant and answered all of my questions. My house feels refreshed! I would definitely use this company again and am glad to recommend it. read more

My son is having problems with allergies when we run the AC, so we decided to give these guys a call. The air ducts had not been cleaned since we moved into our house 10 years ago. The dryer vent was also pretty clogged up. They sent a couple of guys and it took about four hours, but they were able to clean everything out. The vents looks a lot better and our dryer is more efficient. Great job! read more

The drier was cleaned very well The staff who came out were polite, efficient and carried out the job well. they explained everything, showed the tools they were using and got on with job. Wl definitely use them again. read more

I was very pleased with the service I received from Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning. After consulting and getting an estimate from another company, Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning was more competitive and their customer service was excellent. The workers showed up within the time frame I was quoted, they were very courteous, they were mindful of my home, they explained what they were doing. We notice a difference when we turn on our air conditioning and my husband's allergies seem to have subsided significantly. read more

They were on time, friendly, clean, dealt with my dog, and didn't try to up-sale me on anything. I will be hiring them to clean the ducts in our vacation home as well! They came highly recommended by my hvac guy. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would! The young man came out with the exact same equipment that we had used- and spent 30 min and was not able to clear the duct. Did not check the dryer to see if it was working properly. Turns out, it was the bathroom vent and not even the dryer vent! Still charged us $400 and provided no receipt. We called back several times to have another technician sent out and though they said they would, they never did send anyone. We ended up calling another company who charged us half of what Fresh Air did AND he solved the issue! read more

We had a 4 unit building that needed to be cleaned. The workers were nice and knowledgeable. They were very clean and did an excellent job.

I strongly recommend fresh aire duct cleaning, they sent a couple of guys and they were really careful moving the dryer. They went almost 30 feet to be able to clean the duct, and I am happy with job they did. My dryer is more efficient now, great Job they did. read more

I used Fresh Aire to clean the vents in my bosses house at the end of 2021. Every human I contacted was professional, polite, and efficient. It felt streamlined from getting the first appointment, to the quote, to officially booking and the job being completed. They also sanitized all the vents. It was just very easy and the pricing seemed fair. Some companies tell you your vents have to be cleaned every year which can make vent cleaning seem like a service that is pushed on you but the team who handled the actual work was very real with me that every three years was probably fine (unless someone in the house had heavy allergies or if there was a fire resulting in lot of ash or soot in the vents, this happens in Southern California). I just really appreciated the easy, professional, competent service. read more

I had our dryer duct cleaned yesterday. Brian had also been here last year and did a very good job. He did show me before and after pictures of the vent. It is surprising how much lint can accumulate on a solid metal duct. I have lost track of how many times Fresh Aire has cleaned our dryer duct. I am glad that I get an annual reminder. read more

I have used this company twice for a commercial building, and both times they did a great job. Their staff on the inside - on the phones and via email - are very polite, friendly and punctual; very easy to work with. Their staff (Veronica, Jesus, Chris, Manny and Melanie) on the outside - on site - are very hard-working, diligent, friendly, punctual and meticulous. I commend them, as well, on their honesty, sincerity and attention to detail. Veronica is very good about staying in touch from start to finish (at the beginning of the job until its completion). Jesus does a wonderful job leading the team on-site. I definitely recommend this company for, at least, an honest, in-depth quotation. read more

Just had my AC/Heat ducts cleaned as well as the dryer vent. I was quoted $1040 for 9 duct vents + plus dryer vent. After the work was done by Brian and Ricky, I was told that the dryer vent work was minor and minimal therefore they discounted me $250!!! Who does that??? Clean, professional, honest! Couldn't ask for a better experience. I work in real estate and they were referred to me by another agent who uses them and said they were the best. I can't argue with that! Call them today! 818-771-9397, tell them Phillip On Vantage Ave sent you, I want them to know how satisfied I am!!! PS: I agree completely with the reviews by Dar T. and Kari L. read more

This company contacted me by phone message. and reminded me that they cleaned my ductwork in 2018. " "Hi Paul it's Joseph I'm calling you from fresh air duct cleaning in Glendale in regards to (address). it looks like we are last out on your property Paul February 2018 we did an air duct cleanup for you on your home air duct system " This said company did horrible work stayed under an hour. Still had health problems from dust another air-conditioning and heating company ran a Icamera through the ducks and showed us live that they only went partway through each duck not the full length as they should have if this is the company as they say, I could never never recommend them. They say they do a good job,not so and older people have no way to verify what they do. . No they were not cheap. read more

Poor service. Our center got a quote to clean our heating & air conditioning ducts at our place. The crew of 2 arrived performed cleaning of some but not all ducts. They said the quote did not include the ducts for the administrative area. Hello you walked into our admin area and main area. What sense does that make? They charged us over one $1,300 and it didn't include 3 ducts in the admin area. They literally came in with their vacuum cleaner and vacuumed 6 ducts. When I called to inform them that they forgot the 3 ducts they told me that that was not included. We asked them to give us a quote to clean our ducts ... not some ducts and not others. Then I get a call from Tom who states on my VM that he wants to come out to go over what was done but, when I called him back twice and left messages on his VM months go by and no return call. This is the last time we give them our money and since they did not respond several months later, I promised them a horrible review. Here it is! Communication - Poor Work completion - Poor Follow up - Poor Customer Service - Poor Taking our money - Excellent We will use any other company and never use them again. They were given plenty of time to come see us and/or show us options to get the other 3 ducts done. They choose to take the money and provide poor customer service. read more

We have used Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning for our 8,000 square foot home for many years and they always provide excellent, reliable service. I booked this company to clean our dryer ducts for 3 units, including mine in our condo. I had told them that I have a stack able washer/ dryer and that my outside vent is 2 story high up. Carol advised me they can clean from inside or outside. She told me they have a 16 ft ladder. They called and said they were arriving early. I tried to adv my neighbors, but one was far away. It turned out to be a bad time for my downstairs neighbor as well, so we were considering doing his last. I brought them to show them my unit and was told they only had one set of movers that were given to another team, so they would have to re-schedule me. I was already not happy, but tried to take them to see the 3rd fl unit. Unfortunately since he was far, he couldn't make it home at that moment. With all these challenges, I thought it best to re-schedule. Carol had the nerve to write an email saying my neighbor downstairs told the scheduler he never agreed to today, which is a lie. In reality, the scheduler gave him the option of trying to do today or 3 weeks from now, which he said it's a bit inconvenient for him today and he will do it 3 weeks from now with everyone else. Carol also tried to say that we are responsible to pay $125 each for cancellation, but she will "waive" it given the circumstances. Not only did they cover up their own mistake, but try to lay blame on us instead. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work with them in dryer duct cleaning. read more

I will never use this company again. They got my carpet filthy. They were here for all of 15 minutes and didn't clean the vent directly behind the dryer. But when they pushed the dryer out then back in they smashed the vent. I brought it to their attention and they denied doing it. When I called the office to complain they were defensive. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Wow, really pleased with their service! They got back to us with a quote really fast! The crew showed up on time, and were professional. Our ducts are nice and clean now! They also cleaned up after themselves real well, so were pleased about that. Thanks for the great work! We'll be a returning customer! read more

Can't thank Fresh Aire enough! We had them out at our house shortly after the recent fires. Our house was very close and we had to evacuate. Fresh Aire arrived early. They were alert and friendly and got straight to work. They worked efficiently and cleanly and found quite a bit of ash and soot in the ducting. When they packed up to leave, they left my house in better condition than when they arrived. 5 star service right there. Above and beyond. Being 8 months pregnant with our third child, I sleep better knowing my family is that much safer and healthier thanks to Fresh Aire. read more

A few years ago I had a fire develop in our dryer. Very scary. Since that day I have had our dryer vents cleaned every 6 months. Service is always efficient, techs are polite and efficient. Since they have visited regularly, my dryer works more efficiently, loads take less time to dry. We will plan on continuing the use of company and program. read more

excellent- professional- on time - very neat & clean - will definitely use them again- great job - very informative & knowledgeable

I had them come clean my ducting. It was the first time I had gotten it done. The amount of dirt and soot that was in there from the fire last year was unbelievable! My son has been coughing ever since we had to start using the air conditioner again and I'm positive that this is why. So glad we did this. They were super thorough and efficient. I'll for sure get them to do this the next time we are due. read more

Extremely happy, and sending special thanks to Zack. Fresh Aire cleaned my dryer vent with one day's notice. Laundry room is in an interior laundry closet, so there is about a 25 foot run from the dryer to the outside vent - the service was $190 for that distance, which was the low price I found. They stand behind their work and have competitive pricing. There was no airflow when they started, and now the airflow is completely excellent. I will be calling them for regular maintenance again next year. Highly recommend for dryer duct cleaning, and they also do HVAC duct cleaning, trash chute cleaning, and video inspections if you need it. read more

This is a family-run business that has been around for many years because they have a great reputation. That's why I chose them. You deal directly with the owners. Very professional scheduling and sales team. Thorough response and prep calls for appointment and service dates.

I was very impressed by Fresh Aire. Very professional. I called them late because I had another company come out earlier but no results. I love these guys! My dryer wasn't work right, it was taking 2 hours to dry and even then the towels would be damp. I contacted my appliance company but told me to have the dryer duct cleaned. Nick came out and was super nice! When he finished cleaning he showed me what he pulled out, it was a MASSIVE amount of lint! No wonder my dryer wouldn't dry, it was super clogged! So glad I checked for blockage before getting a new machine. Highly recommend Fresh Aire to all my friends. read more

We contacted Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning after one of our buildings had been found with mold and another company completed the remediation. Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning came to inspect our ducts and they provided a reasonable quote on their services. We decided to select Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning to clean our ducts and our system. Their staff was professional, clean and on time. They spent several hours cleaning the ducts, changing the air filters and cleaning the air conditioning unit on the building. I am pleased to highly recommend Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning and I will be contacting them to do more cleaning in other buildings. read more

My wife and I live in a Hollywood house which is one hundred years old. ( BTW, it was the house which was used in the 1978 movie "Halloween", with Jamie Lee Curtis.). Anyway, when a house is that old, things tend to wear out. So, we had this company, "Fresh Aire Duct," out to clean out the air conditioning ducts, which had not been cleaned in at least 25 years. The "Fresh Aire" people worked like dogs for a full day, and were quite reasonable with the fee. (Also, they took pains to not track dirt into the house.) The results were nothing short of miraculous: the amount of air coming out of the vents was now three times as great as it had been. So about a year after that, when we realized that our clothes dryer vent system, which goes from the back of the dryer and ultimately goes out through the wall of the house, needed cleaning, we again called Fresh Aire. They did a great job in removing a ton of lint from the clothes dryer duct system. (BTW, clothes dryer lint is VERY flammable and results in lots of house fires every year.). The Fresh Aire Duct workers then gave me an interesting, short tutorial on how I can do some cleaning myself in the future, between scheduled cleanings every year or so. And again, their charges were very reasonable. The dryer now dries clothes much, much faster. In closing, I should point out that I have always been very suspicious, especially where MONEY is concerned, since the day I was born. ( Maybe that is why I became a lawyer...) Anyway, in this regard, there were numerous times when Fresh Aire Duct could have done unnecessary work, and for which I would have paid them, but they NEVER, EVER took advantage of my ignorance. SUMMARY: I believe that that these "Fresh Aire" people were somehow born with both the "Honesty Gene" and the "Skill Gene." read more

My office used Fresh Aire to clean our AC ducts that had been causing issues with the cleanliness of the air for some months. The staff that came to do the work were super friendly and efficient, and got the job done much faster than we thought which was great as we could get right back to work without any distractions. We got several quotes and their pricing was right in the ballpark of what we wanted to spend. Several coworkers have commented on how clean the air is in our office now, and that dusty annoying smell is now gone! We'll definitely come back to Fresh Aire when it's time to clean our ducts again! read more
