His quote price was the best of 5 that I received by at least $25. His communication was great - very prompt and responsive. He actually arrived earlier than the appointment time, and checked if that was ok before showing up. He cleared my vent quickly and did not leave a mess. A new flex dryer duct was included in the quoted price, which was a nice surprise. No attempts to up charge. My dryer went from 6+ hours to dry to less than an hour.
