Talked to Alex, he quoted me a fair price. I made the appointment to have them clean my AC ducts. Rolando and his helper (sorry for got his name) they looked around my house and they immediately got to work. My AC ducts were cleaned very quickly. After they left the air seemed to flow and feel better. It was a worthwhile investment being the prior owner was a smoker I highly recommend read more

I'm so glad I found them! They were honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and very reasonable with their pricing. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything and gave me a fair price without trying to upsell me. It's hard to find someone you can truly trust these days. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again in the future! read more

Extremely professional company. Replied quickly to my quote request with an itemized list of what the dryer vent cleaning included. No upsell. No hassle. Arrived on time and completed the service in about 30 minutes. Included photos from the roof showing the blockage. I would 100% recommend this company and plan to use them yearly moving forward. read more

Had a great experience. Our dryer was giving a blockage warning so we knew we likely had a clogged vent. I heard it can be really expensive if they need to go onto the roof, like ours. However, they did the job at a flat fee with no issues. They were able to come out quickly to perform the service. There was a minor hiccup on scheduling but the tech was very nice about it. Would recommend and use them again! read more

Now he's installing new gas burner w/decor and new doors on our double sided fireplace. Alex is great. On time, reasonable prices and dependable. Highly recommend a BETTER VENT. read more

I had my dryer vent rerouted from the roof to a more direct location through the garage. Abetter Vent Cleaning was quick to evaluate and give me reasonable options to complete my project. I had Abetter Vent Cleaning come out and clean my Dryer Vent. They did a very good job and even emailed me pictures of the inside of the vent showing how clean it was at the end. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs Vent Cleaning. read more

Excellent service! Rolando and Wyatt did a great job!!! Reasonable price for work done and careful care of home while doing work.

Bait and switch, do not deal with these people. Hired for a basic stove cleaning. Alex saw pictures of a wood stove and stated all parts were there to clean it. He cancelled the initial appointment last minute and then rescheduled for the next day, not ok. Then he showed, did no clean and changed $270 for just an inspection and to give a quote for close to $5k to replace all pipes. He did not even go to the roof. Sent a drone which produced no pics. I am very pissed off at this guy for charging to do nothing. Other companies charge $99 for inspections. I will never hire this guy for anything!!!! read more

They had a fast response time as well as quick availability! The service guy offered great advice and service overall! :) thank you!

I desperately needed my dryer vents cleaned asap! There were so many options but Abetter Vent was upfront and honest with services and pricing. They also gave advice and answered all of my questions, not to mention was able to give me a same day appointment. 10/10 will use them again! read more

Great and friendly service. They were on time and showed pictures of what they found in our lines.

I would hire Abetter Vent Cleaning again. I was very satisfy with their service. Thank you Alex and Rolando.

Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Alex was on time and left all cleaned and tidy. I liked the idea of the camera showing no obstructions.

Alex was awesome. Was very thorough . He completely cleaned out my dryer vent , everything works perfectly now.

I easily got a hold of Alex after our neighbor gave us the referral for having their dryer vent duct rerouted in their home. Our dryer has been fixed a couple times due to heating issues which was information that was disclosed, but due to our home's layout he said it wouldn't be a good idea to follow what our neighbor did. Our issue is that while our dryer heats up, it most times takes 2-3 cycles to dry a normal load. He suggested a cleaning for $169 which he had two guys over within an hour to do. They look through a camera to check the vents and after the 5 minutes of cleaning that they did, we were told there was no major blockages or barely anything to even be cleaned out. I honestly waited for a lowered price thinking they couldn't possibly still charge me the full $169 for "barely anything to clean" but, I still ended up paying the full price for the work. After reaching out again with the same issue after attempting a couple loads the following day, Alex did graciously come back to check the heat of the dryer (which was fine) and gave us a couple other options (refitting the output pipe on the roof or an external dryer box set up) which he said he would send quotes, but weeks later, we have not heard back. I understand supporting family businesses, but as a veteran family on a fixed income, that was a pretty hard hit for us to end up with a dryer that still doesn't dry and that money that could sadly have been put towards a new dryer instead which seems like would have been the best option in our situation. read more

Hands down to Alex, Alex Jr, and Jordan! These guys are seriously the best! Very professional and honest! They learned what we needed and helped us in a way that they didn't take advantage knowing how desperate we are for a resolution regarding our dryer. Their pricing is honest and very fair. We've gotten quotes from people that we've normally use and new business and their pricing was not only $200 less and quality work! They told us right there what's needed and not try to upsell us with anything unnecessary. Now thanks to them my clothes are dry in 30mins compared to 3-4 cycles before! We highly recommend this company and will definitely be in our speed dial! read more

We messaged Abetter vent cleaning on Yelp and revived a message fairly quick. We received a text confirmation for our appointment and the day of our appointment received notification when they would be on their way to our home. Two friendly gentlemen showed up to the house, and got to work. They were thorough with cleaning the vents and showed me where the filter was to replace (since we just moved in). They arrived about 8:15 and it took them about 3 hours to complete. I did have to vacuum after and put back the furniture after they were done but it's okay. Overall a quick, reliable, and friendly service. A quick note there is a minimum amount of vents they need (10 vents) which is $400. We only have 8 vents, but since they were the first available to book we went with them and are okay with it. read more

They did a great job my 3 yr old daughter got sick last summer when I started using the air conditioner started around may chronic cough lasted 6 months stopped once winter kicked in and we stopped using the Airconditioner so I always suspected it was our new home we moved into the home was new to our family but it was 12yrs old and the vent system im sure has never been cleaned. This summer I called Abetter Vent and they were quick to book me for cleaning. They serviced my 3800sqft home in just a few hours. The 2 man crew were very respectful and punctual. They took pictures of before and after and it was incredible how well the vents looked. read more

Was having a hard time getting my clothes dry in the dryer so I gave Abetter Vent to come out and check out my vent line and they did a great job cleaning it completely out and even went up on the roof to make sure the vent was clear up there, also showed me a video of the venting. Very professional, conscientious, and accommodating. Will definitely call again for annual dryer vent cleaning.

We ended up having A Better come back and clean our hvac system and dryer. This review is late. We got it done June 2019. We live in a condo with horrible parking. There was nowhere near for them to park their service truck. They were very nice about coming back the next day. read more

I suspected my dryer vent was full, as my dryer kept shutting off unexpectedly. I assumed it was getting too hot. I contacted them through Yelp at 9:30 at night. They responded within about 15 minutes with a quote, and I was able to schedule them for the next day. It took about 30 minutes and my dryer is working much better now. They did a great job! Thank you! read more

Alex was great. This guy is super busy, but we reached out to him and let him know that the backed up vent caused a small fire in the laundry room. Serious stuff. He made it his priority to get us in sooner. He was here a couple day later, being booked out for weeks cause of our concern. He is quick, reasonable, polite and great at his job. The vent duct was so backed up, the lint in there took like 1/3 of our big trash can...wow. People, clean out your vents at least once a year!!!! And use A Better Vent Cleaning. Alex only charges $150...everyone else is North of $200...and he cleaned up very nicely before he left. This guy is a PRO! THANKS Alex for your great service, and coming out so quick. 10 stars!!! read more
