I was hearing some noise from my attic area and hence I requested this company to do the inspection of my entire attic. They promptly came home on time evaluated the entire attic, took a lot of pictures and videos of the rat and mice droppings as well as four holes in the attic, which allowed the mice to come in to the attic. They sent all those photographs and videos to us. When I gave them to job, four people went to the attic and fixed all the holes effectively. Subsequently they went around the entire house, inspecting for any openings and fixed multiple possible port of entry to the mice. Not the people who came home to fix issues for a very courteous and explain to us every single thing what they are doing, but also the owner of the company also came to make sure that the work is done properly. 1923 craftsman home had an open attic where raccoons and rats lived. Elliott and his 4 guys removed the contaminated insulation sanitized and reinstalled insulation along with resecuring all my duct connections. These guys felt such a pride in the quality of their work they each showed their photos as they wrapped up. They left the property immaculate and my fussy tenant couldn't be happier.
