Robert did a great job at our house. He addressed all our issues and kept us informed of what he was doing

We had a terrible problem with ants and had tried everything to get rid of or at least stop them from coming. (we live on a greenbelt and they come whenever they water, which is everyday!) We had Pinpoint come for a one time visit. It cost a bit more than expected, but worth every penny. We had Houston who explained everything and was very thorough. Enjoyed talking to him too. We haven't had a problem since the beginning of July! I purposely waited writing this as only a 1 month guarantee, but it lasted longer than that and we support and recommend this company. Can't thank them enough! read more

I can't recommend them enough. I went through a few different companies to deal with our infestation. Already from the inspection, I could tell a night and day difference in the quality of their work. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining to me what to expect. Other companies just come in and spray without really addressing the issue itself and requiring multiple less effective treatments. I highly recommend! read more

We had a great experience with Pinpoint. They sent a technician the day after I called about a terrible ant problem. The technician Houston McCay was efficient and described his process. We enjoyed chatting with him. He was 5 star plus! read more

We ended up with rodents in our attic and they came quickly and took care of it. Even when I started months after hearing noises - I called, left a message and they came back the next day! We now had ants and they took care of it. Michael was amazing in explaining everything and listening to my issues! When they came back, I called. They came the next day. I love how quickly and consistently the service is. Great company with very approachable customer service. Prices are reasonable and worth it! I can highly recommend them. read more

Excellent service - and we've had every single pest company try to sell to us. So we've price checked and quality checked. Best option for sure. Jeremy, our most recent tech, was great. Helped explain to me about spiders and where he found them outside our house and how to watchout for them. He treated the area perfectly. read more

He really knows his stuff and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was going to be done as part of the service along with what would be sprayed. He was very thorough and made sure to check in with me before heading out. We are thrilled to be part of the Pinpoint family knowing we are in great hands with Michael, Eric, and the rest of the Pinpoint team read more

I am writing to share my profoundly positive experience with Pin Point Pest Control, particularly with its owner, Steve Tanksley. For over six challenging years, I have been contending with a persistent bird mite infestation, a struggle that has often felt overwhelming and without clear solutions. Recently, I had the immense fortune of connecting with Steve Tanksley, a distinguished entomologist and the owner of Pin Point Pest Control in Vista, California. From our very first conversation, I was incredibly impressed by his extensive knowledge and deep understanding of bird mites and the most effective treatment protocols. His expertise was not just theoretical; he provided precise, actionable advice that immediately brought clarity to my long-standing problem. What truly sets Mr. Tanksley apart is his remarkable willingness to help, even though I am located outside of his direct service area. He invested considerable time and effort into understanding my specific situation, offering invaluable guidance on how to tackle the infestation. Beyond his technical proficiency, Steve's compassionate and encouraging approach was truly a breath of fresh air. He instilled in me a renewed sense of optimism, assuring me that with the proper strategic treatment, a definitive solution to my protracted issue is entirely within reach. His professionalism and generosity have left a lasting impression. MARIANNE LYNCH Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone read more

On May 14, Michael came to check out the water bugs we had on our rental property. He did a thorough search inside and around the home perimeter. He let us know what kind of bugs we have how to treat them and what to anticipate if they do outdoor pest treatment. Our main concern was the sewage hole in the garage and he helped us check it all out. I get grossed out with that kind of stuff so it was nice that someone came and answered all our questions, especially because we have two rabbits in the dog we have to be very delicate with this process. This guy really knows his stuff and was nice. Highly recommend. He had these pheromone pop-up tents for the bugs to see what kind of bugs are there and recommended a bait for ants and another thing for silverfish. It's working because I don't see much stuff anymore. Thanks. read more

Amazing and personable customer service. Brought some light to a crawly situation! Very patient, not jaded and took the time to explain the process from start to finish (ELI5 ) even kind enough to take the time to provide some other trustworthy referrals as well, plus provided a thorough inspection and findings. Not rushed nor pushy. Love finding a good family owned business. They definitely live up to their reviews throughout various platforms. read more

Tyler was very knowledgeable, efficient, and communicated very well. Their treatment solved our problem. Highly recommend.

Michael did a great job identifying the gopher mounds and setting traps. Fingers crossed his traps catch them all!

Polite, considerate technician. He couldn't have been nicer. Obviously knowledgeable--ants were gone in one day!

Great communication, thorough and very professional!! Ive used Pinpoint Pest Control for a decade and they take exceptional care of all my properties and the most honest company possible. They could have taken advantage of a situation and earned a great deal of money due to a situation I had, and instead they were very honest, upfront, and lost potential income and saved me time and thousands of dollars. I have tremendous respect for this company and every service person I have encountered. read more

Tyler was great to work with! He gave us peace of mind that our home did not have a bee problem! I would definitely work with him again, especially for anything bee related. read more

Nope. Paid 250 for gopher elimination.. they come out twice. Once to lay everything out traps, poison under ground etc. Didnt get the gopher. Came out again and did the poison underground thing. I wasnt comfortable having anything sprinkled on top supposedly safe or not bc i have pets. Gopher is alive and digging up the yard. There is zero accountability on the company part. Beyond those two visits, whether they get the gopher or not, you have to pay to have them come back out. It is 100$ each time after the two... deeply disappointed and they are expensive. They get 2 stars bc the kid was pleasant who came out. Do not recommend this business. read more
