I submitted an inquiry form Monday night, they contacted me Tuesday morning, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule for that afternoon! Our technician, Jose C was very professional and friendly throughout, and I appreciated him listening to my concerns. He started with the interior, treating all the spots I was noticing ants coming in from, and then proceeded to treat the exterior. It's been a few days and I've only seen 2 ants so far (compared to the hundred of ants that were creeping in before) so I'm very pleased with the service so far. Folks, buyer beware. Read the fine print on your service contract, not what your tech tells you. The rate is cheaper than other service providers on the surface but what they don't tell you they bill each month for the same service charge whether they service or not. Although their service techs are great people and they do quality work, I do not recommend this company as an organization as a whole. Very poor misleading contract. read more

There was a miscommunication on appointment time and he resolved it with us over text and showed up at a time that was convenient for us, a true pro. I'm have the HomeShield plan where my home is services quarterly. I originally reached out regarding an issue I was having with black widows in my house, we kept killing them and we had three come back to the same exact spot in our shower in one month. I was freaked. Richard came out to service our home and has been the person we work with most often. He's so nice and thorough, and since he's been coming we've have zero black widows in the house or garage. This past month I started noticing that we were having an issue with brown widows outside of the house- in our kid's water table legs, between the rolled up hose, the bushes, our garage, etc. The weather change just brought them in masses. I tried reaching out by phone to have my house re-serviced and could never get anyone on the phone and couldn't get a call back. I emailed with no response. Finally I sent an email weeks later with the subject "Still in business?" because I was genuinely starting to think I needed to get on a plan somewhere else to make sure the services were up-kept. I got an email back right away that someone would come out. David came to our house last week and he's the jam. Meticulous. He found so many brown widows in spots that I hadn't even seen them before and as we were talking I noticed his eyes were scanning around me, he spotted another one between the stucco foam door trim and the screen door, the opening is maybe 1/4". I don't even know how his eyes found it! He gave me tips one how to maintain the cleanliness of our exterior without rendering the pest solution useless. I've seen zero creepies since. Giving four stars because the recent communication gaps have been lackluster. I'm aware that most places are understaffed right now but do think a fifth attempt before reaching back out is a little lousy. I'd even take a text a few days late over that. If it weren't for that I'd give five stars because Richard and David have made our home feel safer! read more

Francisco gave us a very thorough inspection and professional, no-nonsense, well priced quote for termite mitigation. Scheduling the work was quick and easy. They are excellent at communicating. They are easy to get ahold of when you call or text. Their technician, Mitch, came out on time to do the work and was very nice, thorough and helpful answering all our questions about the job. All holes were well sealed and almost invisible. Even the patio cover with big termite-eaten holes was well filled in with white caulk and looks great after treatment.
