Highly recommended killer!…read more I moved into a place that had German cockroaches (who knew roach Nationality was relevant?). David Doll went above and beyond for two extermination appointments. David was wonderful, communicated when he was on his way, arrived on time, walked through the place, and talked me through what he was going to do. He showed me some places to caulk up before his next visit so the roaches can't create nests again. We had removed our dishwasher so he could put poison behind and he laid bait on the dishwasher, which was outside, too. He was thorough and came back for a follow up. During the follow-up he sprayed the outside laundry shed, too. He called after the follow-up with a few details and noted that we could caulk the place where the outside air conditioner box connected with the apartment. Seriously professional, high attention to detail. Would ask David to kill again!

When Nathan reached out with pest daddy I was happy to get him back on board to treat my house. Nathan was here through some weird times, we had horrendous bites from the carpets upstairs and the previous owners I guess leaving something behind and I ended up getting an infection from the bites. Nathan had been over a lot to continue to treat the carpet and knows the history of the bugs in this place. Today when he showed up I was in a meeting and hadn't unlocked my door yet and he waited until I got out of the meeting to finish the treatment! It was much appreciated. Looking forward to feeling like I know the person in my house again.

I had done some research on options for termite pest control. Green Flash was rated highly, so I…read morerequested an onsite inspection. Eddy Gomez came over and, after the inspection, confirmed that termites were active. I had previously used another company, which concerned me because, for whatever reason, their inspections had missed this activity. I also had another termite company come out and received their pricing. Green Flash was the last company I had inspect the property, and they provided the best option along with a reasonable price for the work. It wasn't cheap, but it was fair and reasonable based on the other bids I received, and there were options. I had read many of the past reviews and can say my dealings with the office managers (Amy & Wendy) went well. In addition, I received emails and text messages as reminders of the scheduled date and instructions required for this appointment. On the scheduled day, my doorbell rang promptly at 7:00 a.m., right at the beginning of the 7:00-9:00 a.m. arrival window. The project manager, Kyler, arrived, and two other gentlemen soon followed to begin the work replacing termite-damaged wood and then fumigating my attic. My neighbor even commented on how Jorge and Dave were just knocking out the work. When my wife came out later to see what had been replaced, she couldn't even tell because of the quality of the work these men provided. Everyone was easy to speak with and answered all of my questions. In addition, there wasn't a piece of wood or a splinter left anywhere around the house after they were finished. By 3:30 p.m., everything was completed, and I was given instructions on what to do if I had any further questions or encountered any additional termite activity. I'm glad I did my research and found Green Flash. I would recommend them to anyone who reads this and is looking for termite inspection and treatment services.

I am giving Green Flash 2 stars based on a severely rushed recent inspection and the poor quality…read moreof their past repair work. Recently, I had them come out because I suspected termites in one of our rafter tails. To their credit, they correctly identified that specific spot as just fungus and didn't try to oversell me on treatments I didn't need. However, their inspection was incredibly brief. They spent only a few minutes scanning the house, didn't check the attic at all, and gave us the all-clear. A couple of days later, I had a second company come out for another look. They spent almost an hour doing a thorough inspection and found a severe termite infestation in a different rafter tail that was almost entirely hollowed out. They spotted the signs right through the paint. Green Flash completely missed this. On top of the missed inspection, the wood rot repairs Green Flash did for us 5 years ago (costing about $1,200) have both failed and need to be redone. They spliced a rafter tail that is now loose, and it turns out they miscut a replacement barge board on the back of the house. To cover up the bad cut, they glued a scrap piece of wood over it, which has since detached and is currently hanging off the board. Bottom line: They failed to do a thorough termite inspection, and their carpentry work doesn't hold up. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on their inspections and hiring a dedicated specialist for any actual wood repairs.

Soooo much better than the large companies - we tried two different large companies before this that were terrible, they would do a decent job on initial visit then on next scheduled visit would be on the property for less than 5 minutes and say they didn't have supplies they needed and would come back - then never did. Had to threaten a lawsuit to get out of contract because the other place did such a bad job and didn't take care of the issues we were paying them for. Verde on the other hand took care of all rodent and insect issues, and the regular maintenance visits are thorough, they are always prepared, and we've never had any insect or rodent issues since.

The products they use to deter pests are not only superior and effective, but they are environmentally friendly - safe around your little ones and furry friends. I am always given clear instructions to allow the spray to dry up before letting pets and kids roam (usually about 20 minutes or so). I've used their services for about a year and would recommend them over all others. They have been responsive during times of increased pest activity and their routine services are timely and effective (for my needs where I stay, I typically have them come by quarterly during the cold months and monthly when it's warmer). I had countless questions, and they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Every message was answered promptly, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The installation itself was done with an impressive level of care and attention to detail. The crew was meticulous about cleanup, making sure no debris or hardware pieces were left behind, which was especially important to us because we have both a young child and a dog. They even went above and beyond by offering to paint an area where some hardware was visible and touched up a small section of stucco so everything blended seamlessly. The bid was super competitive and the communication was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive that the repairs would only be Bondo patches and not replacing the really damaged wood. However, the highly experienced crew came out and replace lots of damaged fascia and a large piece of siding. I had a beam that I was concerned about because it was really damaged. They cut away all of the damaged beam and fabricated a replacement out of all new wood and installed it. It looks great! Another company said they were just going to cut it off and let my roof hang. Yikes! Normally they repaint the repairs to match. However, I was getting my house painted right afterwards so told them just to prime the new wood, which they did. The fumigation team was great! They made sure everything was secure and bagged before they started and then texted me when my house was ready to enter. Awesome! Anyway, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Absolute Termite!
