We had bees settling in our compost bin. We called Kimbo and Victor came right away. We decided to keep the bees alive and donate them to a bee farm. Victor sucked them up with a low pressure vaccuum that doesn't hurt the bees and kept them in a cage until they will be transported to their new home on a farm. I had this rodent issue which turned into a family of rodents. I never dealt with this type of problem. Before I found Kimbo Pest on Thumbtack, I reached out to at least "four" other Pest control companies including Terminix. None of those companies should be in business because they're more about making a sale, instead of trying to find out the problem. One company out in Orange County didn't even do an assessment. My saviors! Kimbo came to my rescue on the same day that I contacted them. I searched on Thumbtack for a pest control company that deals with rats and Kimbo had a ton of great results. I asked them to contact me and within 20 minutes, their office called me. I had a ton of questions about how the process works and the lady on the phone was so patient with me. We scheduled the free on-site visit for the same afternoon. Ruben showed up on time and had a calm demeanor which balanced my anxious demeanor regarding the rat droppings in my attic. He crawled through spaced, moved boxes around, pushed dry wall aside to search crawl spaces... I am very grateful for how thorough he was. We placed 8 rat traps in the attic since we didn't have signs of an infestation and I have a small space. I contacted a few pest control businesses through Yelp messaging. Kimbo service stood out when the technician came for a free inspection of my rodent concerns. The technician was punctual, professional, and thorough. When he came up to the attic, he covered the floor with a tarp so the insulation wouldn't leave a mess. It was a hot day but he took the time to check all corners of the attic. The technician gave me a fair price for rodent prevention and I scheduled my service. A few days later I found some issues with crickets and spiders outside of the house and because I was so impressed with my previous experience, I called Kimbo and set up a bimonthly insect spray and the first service was done on the same day.
