The crew called me from the office with an ETA before arriving, which I really appreciated. When they got here, they carefully covered and protected everything in my home before starting the work. Throughout the entire project, they kept me informed about what was happening and showed me pictures at every stage. This made such a huge difference! I never had to wonder what was going on in my attic or how the project was progressing. I felt completely comfortable because I could actually see the work being done. When they finished, they cleaned everything and did a final walkthrough with me to make sure I was happy with the work. I can honestly say my home was CLEANER when they left than it was when they arrived! Just completed the "Spray Foam Roofing" on my flat roof. For the last few years I have had…read moreproblems with leaking and the rooms below the flat roof were either really hot in the summer or extremely cold in the winter. "Spray Foam" is the best product I have found to fix leaky roofs! I'm ready for my first rain! The roof is guaranteed against leaks for 10 years and they will come out and check the product is holding up as a courtesy a year or two later. The estimate is very detailed as to the process and when the staff found some additional rotted wood under the original roofing material, it was replaced without any extra charges. How often do you find that these days?! Mike Runyon is the project manager and his staff (Chico) were very professional, courteous, had great communication skills, and there was never a mess during or after the job.
