We just moved to Temecula last year and discovered that rats and mice live in the area, so I just wanted to make sure they couldn't gain access to our attic where we used to have all kinds of critters (squirrels, raccoons) back in the state of RI. Mike came in to inspect and confirmed that everything looked fine. Insulation was up to standard and he made sure there were no tunnels to indicate rodent infestation. Mike was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. This company doesn't charge fees if no cleanup or additional work other than inspection is necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you live in a place where there's a lot of wildlife, especially rodents!!

It seemed that our house built in 73' had just about 1 inch of insulation which we were definitely lacking and feeling (too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter). The Red trailer crew, in our case, just two gentleman with foreman being the son of the company, came in and quickly filled (in a little over an hour) our attic to its correct level of insulation. He even took the initiative to repair a vent that had been left broken and unattached by a previous company (before we had even committed to moving forward!) On the day of service, Dominic called ahead with an estimated time of arrival, which was greatly appreciated. Tyler, Patrick and Mike arrived right on time and immediately began preparing the space with floor protection and plastic sheeting to contain any dust or debris. As someone who works from home, I also appreciated how quiet they were throughout the process. They provided progress updates with photos along the way, and the results were impressive--everything looked clean and well-finished. Tyler also shared images showing that they had corrected and properly sealed ductwork that had previously been patched with duct tape by another company. They completed the job well before I expected it would be done and then cleaned up and left the place spotless! Overall, a highly professional and very detail-oriented team. We had an attic restoration done previously, and the differences in the 2 companies were night and day. I would not hesitate to go with Attic Advisor again, highly recommended, 100/10 stars

The missing puzzle piece was the insulation in our attic. It was in a pretty sorry state. I asked our HVAC installer, Airmaxx, for a recommendation and they directed us to Dan. I'm glad they did. Our service included a clean-out, rodent/pest proofing, sanitization, air sealing, and new insulation. The improvement to indoor climate control was immediate! The temperature across the the upstairs bedrooms is even now and the AC doesn't run constantly. The crew was on-time, courteous, professional, and fast. They kept us updated on progress and cleaned up before they left. 5 star experience. Finally, the pricing is competitive with the national average for the services we received. I like the work that was done to a degree. That degree is that I have 12" of insulation. Young,…read moreenergetic, crew that wanted to do a good job and for the most part they did. Some were like puppies, slipping, sliding, and dropping, dragging, equipment up and down my stairs. First mistake, a drop cloth to cover wooden stairs, thus the slipping and sliding as some hurriedly navigated the stairs. I heard more than one person fall. It sounded like a slip and slide. I'll add in here the dragging of the vac hose across the stairs, bansiter, and front door was heard in the back yard. Second, I was led to believe by sales guy Noah that there would be no dust because there would be a "tunnel" to the front door so nothing got out. The tunnel was along the upstairs hall of maybe 15 feet and opened onto the top of the stairs. I have mild asthma and had to use a mask while I waited in the taped off kitchen. I was told further that because they sealed the holes, it would not enter the house. Third mistake was that they did not cover there air vent above the HVAC unit, or if the did, when they removed the protection they were not careful to make sure the vent remained clear. As a result, the insulation partially covered the vent and some fell through onto and into my fan/heater unit. Last mistake. Over the course of the day, the floor protection and tunnel came loose or was torn. My bedroom door became ajar and the plastic tunnel came loose so insulation dust was blown into the bedroom by the wind. In one other bedroom, insulation migrated under the door where the tunnel was supposed to be. I am critical because if you are going to do a job, take the time to do it right. Crew was supposed to be on site before eight. They started at 9:30. Be on time. For a young crew, you need a forman or some other quality control. I chose the blown in cellulose. The price was competitive for the amount of work they had to do and the size of the crew. They were a hard working crew, but inexperienced, and that led to other small mistakes. They were respectful and polite. This is what made this a three star and why I recommended them, however, the homeowner needs stay on top of the work being done.

Brody also used a thermal imaging camera to confirm each wall cavity was properly filled, which gave me a lot of confidence in the workmanship. The results exceeded my expectations.
