Josh and his team were amazing. They removed old and installed new insulation, rodent proofed and sanitized the attic, garage and carport. They were thorough, friendly and patient. Loui was the best during the inspection and cost estimates. He was really patient in explaining the details of the job and went above and beyond in ensuring all that was discussed when we first met was executed per the agreement. I highly recommend them! read more

I decided to call Attica Green Solution because they currently have a special promotion of $85 (normally $400) to clean any droppings and rodent proof your attic. We just moved to Temecula last year and discovered that rats and mice live in the area, so I just wanted to make sure they couldn't gain access to our attic where we used to have all kinds of critters (squirrels, raccoons) back in the state of RI. Mike came in to inspect and confirmed that everything looked fine. Insulation was up to standard and he made sure there were no tunnels to indicate rodent infestation. Mike was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. This company doesn't charge fees if no cleanup or additional work other than inspection is necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you live in a place where there's a lot of wildlife, especially rodents!! read more

The advertisements on this company is extremely misleading and very expensive. I kept seeing $85 attic cleanup with proofing. Sounded a bit too good to be true and it was. They had someone come to provide this service to my home and I was told if additional services were needed that they would let me know. Of course the guy comes and just gives an estimate. The estimate is for $3000! How is that remotely close to $85. First section said proofing for $650. They had no intention to come to my home and honor their running advertisement its just a way to do a consult for you to give you a bigger estimate and in my case waste my time. read more

Ernie, Bert, and Grover were here to finalize phase 2 of an attic clean (due to rats) and install new insulation. The crew was totally cool...they explained exactly what they were doing and did an awesome job with the insulation. They left the place in pristine condition. I hope I never need this work again, but if the rats are still persistent, I want Ernie's team (his real name...I made the other guy's name up ;)) on the job. read more

We couldn't be happier with this service. This company took care of the rats in the attic areas, and filled gaps in the roof/garage/gutters/and vent areas. Service was exactly what we needed. They filled the gaps, blew in new insulation, and repaired a few ducts in the attic that the rats nested in. We did receive a nice binder from a bigger company but that just showed us they had too much for advertising and we were going with a smaller business for more personal care. Attica's work got rid of the critters, and our rooms are now insulated properly. We would definitely recommend this company! read more

Josh's crew did a great job of clearing out the old insulation from our attic space. They cleaned everything up, sanitized and sealed everything and added new insulation. Very happy with the results. Only thing I would recommend to the crew, is to tone down the language when you're in or near a customer's house, especially older folks. We didn't grow up hearing that kind of language and would rather not. Otherwise, the job went well and I would recommend this service to anyone. read more

Our contract called for 13 inches of insulation to be installed, but only 10 inches of insulation was installed in several areas. We attempted to contact them MANY times by phone but their message stated that no one was available to take our call as they were going through internal adjustments and that we were to please leave a message and they would get back to us. I've also sent an email requesting they contact us ASAP. No one has gotten back to us. We're afraid they've gone out of business and we have no recourse to hold them accountable for getting the job done to the specifications on the contract. read more

Extremely professional from the moment I had the first inspection till they finish the project. I have had other companies work in my house and this by far one of the best ones. They communicated with me every single time there was an update. Which having an entire attic clean out and insulated was a big project + an attic fan. The entire project was completed in 1 day!!!!! Ariella, Guy, Henry, Marco and Tony A+++ read more

We were looking for Attic cleanup and insulation replacement and looked to Yelp for some suggestions. I ended up contacting Attica first and I'm glad I did. Ariella came out and took a look at our attic and then gave me the low down on the situation up there. Then she provided info on the whole process (insulation removal, attic cleanup, sealing the gaps, and installing the new insulation), answered my questions, and broke down the costs for the services...I signed up right then and there. The crew came out the next morning did their thing. Eddie and the guys worked through the warm weather and warmer attic and he kept me updated on what was going on throughout, showing me pictures of the progress, and eventually its completion. From the initial contact to the company to the Attica employees I worked with, to completion of the service, everything was excellent. I definitely would recommend this company to friends who are looking for attic work. read more

My house is about 45 years old, and the insulation has been really bad for at least 15 years. I've been needing to deal with it, but just procrastinated because it's always easier to close the door on it, than deal with it. I saw their add, and figured it's time I finally let a pro go up and evaluate things. They promptly came out (Ariella) and did a comprehensive evaluation of my attic. Gave me a quote and I gave it consideration, even though I didn't have the funds immediately available. I decided to take out a loan because I'm really 10 years over due, and it needed to be dealt with once and for all..... I'm soooo glad I did! Within about 10 days, the job was done!!! Finally a monstrous monkey on my back has been lifted. That stinky attic is now completely renewed, the air smells fresher, and the house feels much more comfortable. Their crews were respectful, polite, professional, and extremely hard working! They did exactly what they agreed to do, and in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for? I recommend Attica highly, if you have an attic that is due to be cleared out and new insulation installed. Don't procrastinate as I did for so many years. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! read more

The salesman was fantastic. The guys that removed the rodent and all the insulation from the attic were fantastic. The price was reasonable. But in the process, one of their guys shut the power off to our awnings by mistake I'm sure It cost me $195 to have another contractor come out and turn it on The owner of Attica told me he would not even split the cost so Make sure everything works when they leave your house The workers were great. The owner was not. read more

tl;dr - the team was great, my 1942 place was musty and after cleanup there is a noticeable difference in the smell of my house. I highly recommend the Attica team. The details: I received the $85 cleanup special mailer, did some research and saw that these guys had a good reputation so I gave them a call. The scheduler mentioned that if there were more than 1 or 2 rodent fecal spots that the $85 special would not apply. I had a bunch of spots so I asked her to schedule the appointment for a quote. The team sent Mike out to do the quote, and he took a look in the attic and then down in the crawlspace. My crawlspace is short, so he had to get in there and do a lot of crawling around to thoroughly inspect it. Once he was done, he worked with his boss to get an accurate quote and the price was attractive enough for me to sign up. The team showed up with two trucks, and at least 6 guys who immediately got to work setting up a plastic tunnel to the attic and crawl space to keep the dust down. The team started removing the insulation and ended up filling my front yard with bags of old insulation, and then they spent hours vacuuming the attic while they raked and cleaned the crawlspace. They then put down the plastic and started sealing the all the holes in my attic and crawlspace to prevent the rats from getting back in. The two crew leaders were friendly, informative and the entire crew was respectful to me and my property. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything, including picking up debris off of the lawn before they left, and then they sent after work photos so I could see everything. read more

On time. Prompt service. Did a thorough job. Will use these guys again for future projects.

They are one of the highest priced in the industry. They used the sales tactics where they will offer a discount if you book right away. She claimed this discount is due to being slow and wanting to have their crew not lose any money from no work.. They also mentioned there were rodents in my attic but two other companies confirmed there wasn't any. I explained that we have a pest control service that included rodents and I hadn't seen any in years. The lady claimed that our pest service solutions this could cause.the rodents to go to our attic. Hmm? read more

Ernie's crew was awesome and professional. He communicated the whole time on what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and sealed up holes they found. The attic now is so clean and we have new insulation. if you think you have a rodent or animal issue, I would recommend them for sure. read more

We highly recommend this company for anyone who has a problem with rodents in their attic. We had heard some noises that sounded like they were coming from inside the walls near our bedroom. Mike came out on a Sunday to do the inspection - turns out we had a major mouse infestation in the attic. He very thoroughly explained the extent of the problem and the proposed method for remediation. Two days later, Josh and his crew arrived at 8:30 am and began removing the old insulation. The attic was then cleaned and sanitized, and new insulation was blown in. The job was done before 5pm that day. Every step of the process, including the inspection and clean-up was photographed. This company is highly ethical and they take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. There was no upselling - we had some HVAC ducts that needed repair and they included that in the job, rather than trying to sell us new ducts. read more

i asked for a quote for insulation and a radiative barrier. they didnt tell me that they dont do radiative barriers until they arrived, called what i asked for 'mickey mouse work', and tried to sell me TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of labor. The average price for insulation is 2500 dollars. bonkers. i thanked the kid and sent him on his way. This company will only do a total rip/replace of your attic, nothing else. For these guys it seems like its 'the biggest possible job, or nothing'. read more

This is my second time using Attica Green Solution. Both times they were quick to come out for the estimate and to schedule my attic clean up, very professional, punctual, clean, took care of my home as if it were their ow by putting paper on the floor, put plastic over the doorways, throughly vacuumed after and explained each step of what they were going to do. Attica Green Solutions stands true to their word. I had a concern after the first time and Louie came himself to see what my concern was. We solved it together and that's why I called them again. I feel that their prices are good. Another reason I called them again. read more

I have nothing but good things to say regarding Attica. From fast and easy scheduling, to helpful communication, to personable employees, the company is fantastic. Ariella, the associate who came to inspect our attic, was thorough and very skilled. She took pictures to show me the attic's condition, and assured me that no work was needed. This is the trustworthy company everyone hopes to hire. The free inspection was indeed free, though I would have happily paid for the time and effort provided. Value, quality, and dependability are all part of the deal with Attica. read more

Ariella and the team that came out to do the work were great! Ariella is personable, down to earth, kind, has great customer service skills, and knows the business. I had one of the best experiences ever. Eddie and his crew came out and blew me away with her level of service. Eddie found more problems that we originally thought we had and he and his crew fixed every one of them. Beyond one of the most thorough service jobs I've ever had done at my house. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Eddie and his crew to anyone that needs insulation and/or rodent proofing. read more

The team at Attica did a great job on my attic! Overall, they did a fantastic job, with great timing, and were very professional and courteous. My spouse and I have been meaning to redo the insulation in our home, and last week we finally decided to do something about it. On Sunday, Same from Attica came in, took a look at our attic, and gave us a quote. We got a couple quotes, and Attica's quote was 40% cheaper than the cost of the other vendor, so we decided to go with them. 5 days later, the crew came ready to go in the morning. Tyler, the project manager, gave me a call ahead of time to ensure that we knew they were on their way. They took out the old insulation, cleaned it, filled in any holes where rodents might come in, and installed new insulation. They were done in about 4 hours. They took lots of pictures to show evidence of their work. It was a very pleasant experience and I'd totally recommend them to anyone looking for an attic refresh. read more

Very professional technician and quote process. We went with another company because we were looking to complete the work at the best available price. Attica gave us some options to bring down price including a discount for filling last minute cancellations, but in the end they could not match. This company should be in the conversation for any attic reinsulation project if you're going to shop around. read more

Prior to us moving into our house, raccoons had turned the attic into their home, so full remediation was a must. Attica completely removed all old debris, sanitized, sealed and insulated our attic, so that we could rest assured knowing there is no more health hazards above our home. Thanks Attica! read more

I was hesitant to call Attica but they made it very easy to set up an appointment. I wish that I would have known the scale of pricing before they came but they did do a great job. I was shell shocked as I thought I would just be getting the 85 dollar cleaning. It turned out that my attic had lots of rodent activity and droppings and they had burrowed into the insulation. They scheduled the appointment to replace the insulation and rodent proof the attic the next day. Original quote was for 6500 but because they didn't have a job the next day and offered a 1000 dollar off coming in at 5500. They offer financing thankfully as I was not expecting such a large number because of the work that was required. They finished removing the old dirty insulation and installation of the new in around 8 hours. We did incur an issue that they caused but they fixed and notified me about it immediately. The only thing I wish that would have been explained to me from the beginning was the installation of the attic fan that is free but they do not wire it so it is not wired or working. Overall I would recommend Attica, honest quality work, will update in a few years if we have any problems. read more

Not the best experience with Loui, the owner. He needs to tone down his aggressive style of getting sales and be more friendly, less confrontational. The crew was absolutely fantastic! Guy was the PM and he was a great worker, and so was his team. They were in the attic when it was deadly hot and knocked it out. They did exactly what the owner said they would do, and they are also very personable, friendly, and customer service oriented. read more

I was quoted $7300 for 1300 sqft of attic space. That quote was 4k higher than the next quote with the same exact work. They also pressure you to sign a contract and offer a small $500 discount if you sign right away. I feel this entire company is a scam! read more

What a mess we had in the attic. Attica cleaned it, found the openings the critters were using to get into our attic and sealed them. They removed our old, soiled insulation and replaced it. Before the new insulation the entire attic was spreading with bleach. What a difference that made. The house doesn't smell any more. Can't say enough good things about this company. We got our house back, cleaner than ever! read more

I could not be more impressed with Attica and the technician, Loui. I booked an attic inspection and they took pictures and showed me that the attic is in great condition. Wish I would've hired Attica Green Solutions years ago for my home insulation needs as they went above and beyond exceeding my expectations! This is a house built in the mid 60's that would get bone numbing cold during the winter, and hot as an oven during the summer. We looked into several different heating and cooling options to find the most cost effective solution. HVAC installation was beyond our needs, so we decided to go the portable AC unit and wall heater route. This past cold season the wall heaters made an acceptably noticeable difference, but there has still been that lingering intemperate chill factor throughout the house. We called Attica Green Solutions. I spoke with Ben and explained the situation. I was interested in having the walls and attic insulated. The next day Ben arrives and goes up into the attic. He took very detailed photos and thoroughly explained his game plan and costs. It would involve removing the old ineffective and insufficiently speared out materials, cleaning, sealing all fixtures, and sanitizing. He was very straight forward with what needed to be done. No up-selling or hidden costs, and even assured attic insulation alone would satisfy my needs sparing me the extra cost of wall insulation! The work crew consisting of several polite and professional workers arrives the next week led by David. All dawned protective face covering and mindful of social distancing etc. David was very knowledgeable and explained the process step-by-step keeping us informed throughout the entire job. The photos speak for themselves as far as the exceptional quality or work and attention to detail they put into their projects. This company put in time and effort and accomplished outstanding results as the temperateness in the house felt wonderful allowing us to sleep much more comfortably. Today (1 week later) the temperature outside is heating up. It reached nearly 90 degrees outside and we noticed a difference inside as well. The usual presence of radiating heat from the sun hitting the roof normally felt inside is nearly nonexistent. Overall, I am completely satisfied with Attica Green Solutions and would highly recommend them. Their prices are very fair and competitive with other estimates we got. They put a lot of effort in their workmanship which is why it is top notch, and their workers are friendly and professional. Thanks again Ben, David, and crew for coming through with great pricing and results! read more
