These are rockstars! Total 180 of my attic. I immediately feel the difference in the air. I honestly can move in the attic

First, I would highly recommend Attica for your home insulation needs. From their technician Ben, who addressed our concern regarding the insulation of our garage, to explaining to us the benefits of replacing our entire attic with new and improve insulation. We went from an R19 to R38. Never bothered looking into my attic to inspect the condition of my insulation until a few days ago. I'm glad I did. As of today I will be looking forward to spending more time in my garage working on little project without wearing a heavy jacket. As for their crew, Taylor the foreman was awesome. He explained everything they were going to do. He stopped during every process to explain the next process and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. Of course he couldn't of done it without his amazing crew. Very clean, very respectful of my belonging while working through my garage into my house attic. Oh and they cleaned and completed insulating my entire garage on a timely manner. Thanks Attica, Ben, Taylor and crew. I will definitely send any friends and coworkers looking for insulation needs your way. read more

They did not solve the rat activities that we have up in our attic and that's the main reason we called them. We called them a lot of times for the whole year because of the continuous rat activities up in our ceiling/attic and did not give us proper solution to the problem. When the one year was ending, Louie, the last person to come, just said, I can't do anything anymore. I'll have my manager call you. I waited for their call but no call, and I called their office and the receptionist just said, I'll ask Louie about it and no more contact or call from them. So sad that we have this kind of companies that just after your money and not doing a proper business. So just those that's reading this, think again and find another company. Not worth it for paying that much money. read more

Mike came out and blew us all away!! With his help he walked us through getting set up for a replacement of our insulation in the attic. He really showed us the value in his work. We are now mouse free! Thank you guys so much! read more

Honest! I called them because there was an ad that said they would do a courtesy inspection of our attic and let us know if there was any evidence or rats or mice due to living near a field and seeing them outside. We were also given an insulation inspection as well. So thorough, professional, and we weren't charged a thing! My husband uses a cane and we are both unable to crawl in the attic. Honesty is so hard to find. Thank you Ariella! If there is a problem that needs to be fixed believe it's real. Highly recommended! read more

Tony, Lalo, Marco and AJ worked at our house today under the able leadership of Guy, and I could not recommend them any more highly! Did what they said, in the time frame they said, for the price that they said, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward, with a wonderful, polite, friendly attitude the entire time- what more could you want?! read more

Ariella is an amazing, bubbly salesperson. She was detailed, professional, explained the process thoroughly with iPad pictures and videos. The Attica Green team was prompted, The team was respectful and kept us updated through the process. They installed a barrier through the kitchen to the attic. They sealed some areas where needed. We had Corning Qwens batting installed. They started at 9am finished by 1:30pm. Vacuum afyer the job. The team of 3 worked hard. I took a peek through the attic entry. All looks good. When the dust settles in a few days, I will be going up there to review. Thank you team! AP read more

Our entire experience with Attica was great! Starting with Mike who came to assess our attic, to Eddie the project manager in charge of this project to the whole crew who worked really hard to get the job done as planned and on time. The timeline we were given was exactly accurate and we can't believe they were able to help us in such a timely manner. Special shout out to Eddie who went above and beyond managing the entire crew and making sure everything was done correctly. Mike kept in touch with us during the entire time of this 3 day job which was so appreciated. He even came by the last day to make sure everything was wrapping up nicely. The crew left everything in great condition and we would highly recommend using Attica. read more

These guys are awesome. Very professional and make it seem like nothing was ever in the attic. Michael showed up day one and got me the best price for the work that was done. Next day, the guys showed up and exceeded expectations. Ernie, Marco, and Tony deserve a raise even if they're making the big bucks already. Awesome crew and couldn't recommend them more. read more

So far, I'm impressed with Dan A's professionalism and quote for our upcoming work on our attic and crawl space on August 26th. I'll follow up with my review on 8/26. Rafael and Edward came out on August 26th to do the job. They were professional. Rafael kept us posted on their progress.,when they completed the job, Rafael reviewed their work with us, describing what was done and showing us photos. We are very happy with Attica and their excellent service. read more

Easy & thorough! About a week ago our furnace seemed to have died so we had 3 companies out for estimates. All 3 noted we had rats who had chewed into our duct work! Attica was the most reasonable recommending that we rat proof the entire attic, remove all existing insulation (the ORIGINAL from 1912!!) and replacing with blown-in type R38. They also repaired any chewed areas on the ductwork. Although expensive in my mind, it was a competitive price. We are very pleased with the professionalism and care they took while doing the job. Our home is historic and DELICATE. They were cautious and methodical while up in the old rafters sealing gaps and adding mesh/foam to any holes and gaps. Best of all, we almost instantly noticed a difference in our homes inability to retain heat. There seems to be an marked improvement! read more

1 month and we still can't use our garage. Check their website, they offer a 100% satisfaction and we aren't even 1% satisfied with the work they did on our home. Also, check their license on the CSLB. They are not an honest or known company everything they do is messed up. They came to replace my attic solutions and they gave me an offer to supposedly do it on Sunday when no companies work on a Sunday. They left their job incomplete with trash all over the attic and they told me to clean the attic so they can just come and put their solution by just placing it without caring about the trash under. I took a picture of the trash and sent it to their boss and the boss did not offer replacement or credit he was just rude and weird about his incomplete business. They are scamming with high prices and would never recommend it for anyone. read more

Ariella was very professional and exceeded all degrees of professionalism and attentiveness. Attica Green Solutions just finished a job for us in San Marcos. From the start to the finish, their team was wonderful. Ariella was our technician and we could not have been happier with her. My 80-year old attic was in desperate need of rodent proofing and new insulation. The Attica team is great to work with. Loui and Yonatan gave no-pressure estimates and explained the entire process. The technicians were outstanding: Eddie, Manuel, Guy, Larry and Dennis! They were professional and courteous, and cleaned up the entire workspace. They're skilled at finding every potential spot a rodent could enter. This was a very tricky attic to work in with low ceilings and places that are hard to access. They take photos of all the work completed so you can see the outcome. Thanks for the new and improved fresh attic. This is a valuable service to improve any home. I'm looking forward to energy efficiency this summer when the heat begins. read more

I am very pleased with the work done by Attica. Ernie and his crew worked very hard. The contaminated insulation was removed from my attic, the area sanitized, and new insulation installed. Do not recommend if you need an area of your attic cleaned up. I can't comment on how they are for a full attic project though. I see their coupons all over so thought I would give them a try since it seems like a great offer. I told them I was interested in the coupon for attic cleaning because I have a small area of our attic that needs to be cleaned where rats were building a nest, but of course they just ignored that and tried to tell me all the things wrong with my attic and that I need to spend $8,000+ to replace all my insulation. This comes after I've had 2 different companies cone out and told me that our attic is good, we just need this small area cleaned and need to close up the entry points. Even after telling them I wasn't interested in redoing the entire attic that is all they would push and they were not interested in anything else. I'm sure they are going to respond to this and say that I needed my whole attic replaced and they were looking out for my best interest, but they should stand by their advertising offers and services, especially when specifically asked by the client. It very much felt like a bait and switch. Won't be using them for this clean up, so I can't comment on how their actual services are. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I went 2 stars instead of 1. read more

The whole Attica team was excellent from start to finish. His team took one day to finish a big project, as minimally invasive as possible. We had a really bad rat problem in our attic, and our attic hadn't been taken care of for years. It was absolutely filthy with rat droppings. In addition to the insulation likely being original, over 20 years old, and badly torn up from the rats, it needed complete cleaning and replacement. But we didn't want to have all the cleaning and new insulation installed if the rats weren't taken care of. Attica is the absolute best combination for rodent exclusion work and new insulation. They went all around and on our house to identify and remedy a lot of places where rats were getting in and out of our home. They used the metal screening and gap-fill, expanding foam to block all entry points. And there were some difficult locations in the attic they took care of as well. Spots I think some other companies might not have addressed. Their thoroughness was actually demonstrated by a single rat that got stuck in our attic due to all their great work, proving they'd effectively sealed off all exits. It took a couple days after they left, but I was able to easily trap the one left, whereas I'd had the same trap in the same place for weeks prior without results. (They're not rat catchers, so that part was on me anyway.) They cleaned the attic to make it look like no rodent had ever been there. Excellent peace of mind knowing the enhanced health factor of that. And their awesome job with the blown-in insulation makes me confident we'll enjoy more optimal heating and cooling. They also installed an attic fan. Although he's the owner, Loui was the first one on site to assess, giving helpful, patient guidance and explanations, which is why we also took him up on his advice to get new ducts (with warranty). Super high quality, dependable, local, and not a big chain. If I were you, I wouldn't try to save even a couple hundred bucks by going with someone cheaper. And if someone else can do the same for significantly less, then I'd be wary of why it's so cheap. Highly recommend Attica to all my neighbors! read more

Mike, Josh and the crew that worked on my attic were amazing! I can't thank them enough for their hard work. From start to finish, I had the best experience possible for an attic remodeling project. My house's attic insulation and air ducts had not been cleaned or replaced since 1979 when it was built. As a result, I've had lots of problems since moving in a couple years ago that I never realized were linked to poor insulation and ducting. Mike, Josh and his team also helped scour clean and install rodent proofing in the attic, and did a fantastic job. I'd received a quote from another big name attic project company last year for less work and it was more than twice the cost I paid for Attica's project. I expect that the work they've done will help increase my long term energy efficiency and keep the house in great shape for a couple decades now. I couldn't recommend this company more! read more

I'm a builder and called Attica green to come give me a quote. They sent out Aaron to come give me an estimate. This is a remodel house. I told Aaron that I needed an exact breakdown of what was going to happen and he gave me all the details and even showed me what else I needed to cover my insulation inspection. Price was fair and they got the job done . They even foamed all air gaps inside between windows and thresholds. Will definitely be using again. Thanks Aaron and team. read more

Attica Green Solution - Remodel house Attica did for me - Insulation Installation Near Me - Escondido, California

I am very happy with the work Attica did for me. Ariella thoroughly explained the process Attica uses to make sure homes are not just insulated but cleaned, sanitized and rodent proofed. I liked that the workers are employees of Attica and not random laborers coming into my home. Josh and his crew were polite, respectful, and hard working. Our 1940s home had been chilly in the winters since we moved in 3 years ago and SDGE said our heating bills were much higher than similar homes in our area. So I looked into insulation. I saw the advertisement for Attica and called them for a quote. Ariella came out and inspected my attic and crawl space. I peaked into the spaces and could see the attic insulation was old and falling apart. No insulation in the crawl space. Arielle did a complete inspection and showed me photos she took with her phone. She found a large area of my attic that had no insulation, other areas with old, ineffective insulation, and evidence of recent rodent activity. (I had heard sounds in the night and suspected there might be critters.). Ariella also stopped by on the day the work was being done to make sure I was satisfied. Josh and this team were punctual , respectful , and hard working. On arrival they put down paper to protect my floors and plastic barriers to keep my home free from dust and debris. They removed old insulation in sealed bags and took them away at the end of the day. Before leaving Josh showed be photos from his phone documenting the cleaning and rodent proofing and then the new insulation. They got the whole job done in one day. My home feels more comfortable already and I have peace of mind knowing my home is guaranteed rodent proof. read more

I have seen the Attica Green Solutions ad for $85 Attic Clean Up that I get in the mail for several years. I finally called several weeks ago and set up an appointment and I hate that I did not call sooner. Attica technician Andrew came out and was on time and very professional. After meeting Andrew, I felt like he was part of the family. He thoroughly inspected my attic, and gave very valuable recommendations. After Andrew departed his manager Louie call to make sure I was satisfied with everything that was done during my appointment. I feel that Attica green solutions is a very professional company and I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

False advertising. I responded to the ad for an $85 cleanup. They really just want to sell a very expensive job to remove and replace the insulation. I told them up front that I wasn't going to do that. The rep told me I was the very rudest customer and walked away. This is an update to the review after the response from Eli. I think his tech might have misinformed him about my very poor experience. I wasn't give the free inspection, as Eli suggested in his response. After a discussion with the tech that I was only interested in the $85 special and not the hard sell on a attic re-insulation, without even seeing my attic he started the hard sell. I said something like maybe forget it. As a response he insulted me and walked away. I called after him and tried to get him back, since he was at my house already and I had an appointment. He ignored me and kept walking. I never got the attic inspection. About the hard sell. I had heard from friends that there is a new industry that is popping up. They offer rodent elimination or other special and then tell you the only thing to do is to pay $4000 or more and strip all the insulation and put new in. And they don't even solve the rodent issue. I just want to people to watch out for this. If you have a new rodent problem, hire an exterminator first. They will solve your rodent problem and tell you honestly if you need attic cleanup. I found out about this only after I scheduled with Attica Green. read more

We used Attica Green Solution to clean out our attic, which is more of a crawl space. It was full of rodent debris and disintegrated insulation. In just one day, they had it all cleaned out, disinfected, secured any open areas so rodents can no longer come in. The Team was polite, efficient and thorough. They used all of the proper equipment to make the clean out safe for everyone. read more

I reached out because of a $89 coupon to clean and seal up an entry points. The team came out and did a thorough inspection and were very helpful. But the price was very expensive and I don't think they even use the $89 offer I'm assuming it's to bring in business. I don't think they sealed the two holes they found for what the coupon stated. The team was great though but the coupon is decieving. read more

My 60-year-old insulation needed replacing, and my attic, which has occasionally had rodents in it, needed cleaning. Ariella did the measurements and quote. She was cheerful, friendly, and competent. Although I was not expecting the price that she quoted, after consideration I decided it was a good investment for my home. Josh and his team showed up on time and were friendly and communicative. They did their job without issues and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated what they did. This is what I got: all the ancient insulation and all the nasty stuff was removed, the gaps were sealed, and the attic was sanitized. Then they put in 14 inches of blown-in insulation. I expect now that my heater won't have to work as hard! They checked over my house for any place a rodent could get in, even the crawlspace under my house. They sealed it all. I'm happy with what I received for my money. read more

I used this company to clean out my attic after we got tired of killing the rats from the traps we used in our garage. They came to give us an estimate which was quite high but we had to do a major negotiation based on our senior citizen basis and our income. After we came to a mutual agreement, the crew came to our house fully equipped and ready to work. The guys taped off the hallways and doorways and they were very careful about our property. They worked from about 8:30 am until about 3:30 and did a very good cleanup. The attic is extremely clean now with new covers on our air ducts and brand new insulation. There are no more rats (hopefully), and the guys did a pretty terrific cleanup except for one cigaret butt outside in the street near our driveway. They were in a big hurry to leave by then and I also found a soda can out in the bushes much later. In any case, I'm so happy that I had this company come out to do this job because, at this point, we're rodent free. Don't know how long this will last, but I'm willing to give them 10 stars right now for a job well done. read more

I used this company to clean out our attic (original insulation from the 70's), plug holes where rats/mice were getting in, clean/disinfect, and put new insulation in. It took one day. It was a simple process from beginning to end. They created a tunnel from attic space to front door, did the work, cleaned up after. Everything went smooth and the attic seems unused by vermin since the work was completed. I would recommend Attica! It may be a wrong expectation to think you will have full access to your house and that you can work in peace and quiet, there is some noise that comes through the ceiling and the plastic tunnel (important for containing dust debris) will obstruct some of your typical pathways, but this is typical of most home improvement, lack of access and full function of the house for a day. read more

Attica Green Solution recently installed insulation in our home and I couldn't have been more happier with their service and quality of work. Scheduling an appointment was seamless and Loui, the owner, came out to our home to provide us with an estimate. He was very friendly, professional, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. We already had two estimates from other companies, but after comparing all three, Attica Green Solution's quote offered the best overall value. Josh and his team were on time to perform the work. They were extremely friendly and professional. They did a great job sealing off the different areas of the home and protecting the walls and floors. They also did an excellent job cleaning up once they were done. At the end, Josh showed photographs of the completed tasks listed on the estimate (Note: Attica will also send you a hundred photos of the work done in your attic a couple of days later). We definitely notice a difference with the newly installed insulation. During the installation, one of the recessed lights was accidentally disconnected and wouldn't turn on. Loui, himself, personally came to the house to replace and install the light. He genuinely is committed to providing excellent customer service and delivering outstanding workmanship. If you're looking for a company to install attic insulation, I highly recommend Attica Green Solution. read more

We have not used their services this is solely on our experience. These guys are very very thorough and definitely know their own product and give a very extremely lengthy presentation and pressured sales to say yes the same day. This is where I had a problem and didn't feel as if we were being treated with respect in the sense that we have 2 small children as I expressed in the beginning and did not expect an almost 3hr quote. No matter how hard I tried to explain that my kids are done watching the movie, they are hungry and it's time for you to go. Can you please email me the info and we will get back to you?? No email, no follow- up, I took a picture of hand written explanation. Perhaps my fault that I didn't set enough time aside but 3hrs? The receptionist or the appointment setter should have explained the process and how long it was gonna take. Which personally I just thought maybe an hour. The gentleman Eli, seemed very knowledgeable and answered my questions and he's very precise and thorough which is a very good asset to have with a company but definitely recommend that you are more aware of the surroundings and understand that someone with children does not have unlimited time and spent more time in the last 2 hrs trying to bribe my kiddos to sit tight a while longer. The prices seem very fair considering the work involved! They give discounts for multiple services which is great, definitely appreciate that. However we're not choosing these guys just because of a comfort level and respect. I'm sure Eli meant well, but as thorough he is, I expected a little bit more hustle in the process. Sorry not 3hrs of my time that I didn't have set aside for a presentation and the pressure to say yes. read more

Attica did a great job on my home. They came in on a Sunday and gave me the quote and on Wednesday (3 days later) they came in and completed the job in one day (about 9 hours to do the whole job!). After the job everything worked as it should so they were very careful in the attic. Afterwards they cleaned and vacuumed the path to the attic. I must have counted 7 guys doing this job and they all knew what they had to do. They also installed a fan in my attic at no cost! I was able to pay with a credit card without having to pay more. A huge thanks to Attica's great crew, starting with Ariella (sales), Loui (owner), James, Anthony, and Tony (technicians) for their excellent service. This old (1951) attic has gotten new insulation, new mesh screens to seal all the vents and other openings, and even an air scrubber. Their technicians were punctual, professional, experienced, hardworking, and diligent. They double checked their work and left the work area spotless before leaving.
