The team was in and out in 6 hours. In that time, they set up, removed all the batts from a 1500 sq ft attic, cleaned up 30 years worth of dust and sanitized, rodent-proofed and sealed air gaps in the ceiling, replaced / upgraded the ducts, and brought the R value of the insulation from R19 to R38. The services that Attic Guard promised was that by adding several inches of additional insolation in our attic (our main problem was our freezing master bathroom & closet areas) would help to keep the area much warmer. I liked how things were explained and how quickly they could get new installation and pest control done in my attic and garage. It's a funny story, I was dealing with rates In The attic! I tried the peppermints bags, call a pest company that was 186$ a month.
