Eddie and Enrique arrived on time and introduced themselves. Together we looked at the work that was to be done, with Eddie explaining how they will replace/repair areas and answering my questions fully. They are very diligent in their work, taking care to match the paint and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend CVPC and these two gentlemen. I am extremely satisfied with the services performed. read more

I needed someone to rebuild my wooden corbels and shutters as they were ridden with termite damage. Carmel Valley pest control was prompt in addressing all my needs. They sent an incredible craftsman to do this woodwork, Eddie. Eddie is very punctual, conscientious, and most definitely I see his creativity in all of his woodworking skills. The shutters came out just beautiful. I've attached a picture of the front of my house where you can see his handiwork on the corbels up top and the shutters on the right. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who asks. From the woman who answers the phone to the workmen that come out, I have received wonderful service. Thank you so much. read more

Carmel Valley Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - San Marcos, California

I've been using Carmel Valley Pest for over 3 years. But I just moved and needed immediate extra attention to some issues. Alex was assigned to us- he was very professional, thorough and took his time to explain everything. He came to my home after just moving in and dealing with spiders the size of Texas. We are happy to report we have seen less activity. We hope to have him as our technician, we will continue routine service. Pricing is reasonable as well, which makes it easy to continue service regularly. All the ladies that answer the phones are great - blanking on their names ? read more

Carmel Valley Pest Control told us we didn't need a spray yet. Their expert, Ray, said the flying ants may be coming from dirty rain gutters. We later found the gutters were impacted with mud and mold. When you hire an company with special knowledge, you must trust what they are telling you is true. So Carmel Valley Pest Control showed themselves to be honest and to have integrity. A very good quality to see these days. Naturally, we will never use another company for pest control. read more

Very disappointed with their dishonest behavior. We had an annual service with them for pest control. They were charging us $125 for both interior and exterior treatment (one time service). I called to make an appointment and before hanging up the phone I thought to confirm the $125 cost. The woman on the phone said oh no, $125 is only for exterior. If you want also interior it will be $200. I had the last invoices and they were $125 for interior/exterior. She then started making excuses that maybe the technician had added the wrong cost and she became condescending. If the cost was different why didn't she inform us? Trying to sneak in additional charges. We would never use them again. There are so many companies out there that are not rude and unprofessional. read more

Been using them for years for pest control, termite, and dry rot issues on multiple properties. They have always done a great job. Recently Eddie came to inspect and treat for a small termite issue. He was awesome. He took the time to explain things to me and even show me how they treat and handle termites. As a home owner it felt good to know they were interested in teaching how to identify signs of termites and what it is they look for when setting up a new colony. I really appreciated the extra attention to detail and not being irritated with me for asking so many questions. Will continue to use them in the future. read more

We recently discovered termite droppings in our attic. We called CVPC and was scheduled within a few days. Eddie, the technician came out, inspected our attic and confirmed the presence of termites. He patiently explained how they get there, termite life cycle and what the treatment options are. He answered all of our questions in a manner that was not condescending. He was efficient in treating our attic. We would only trust Eddie with our most valuable asset, our home! Carmel Valley Pest Control is fortunate to have Eddie on their team. read more

Carmel Valley pest control, thank you for sending Sergio and crew out to our home project. Their work was top quality at a reasonable price. It was obvious that they take pride in their work as Sergio and his crew walked me around and explained work that was done. Pictures were also taken of upper eves and roof showing the work that was done. After the completion of the project the property was left clean as if they had never been there. I'd recommend Carmel Valley to anyone needing repairs on their home or needing termite or pest control. You have a customer for life. Thanks, Rick Birrenkott read more

Alex came today to treat ant infestations around our foundation. While doing the treatment, he noticed some dry rot in the facia beam above our garage. I had noticed it earlier, and I have a general contractor already scheduled (appreciate his observation)! Alex also noticed some rodent droppings by the back wall of our property and placed an environmentally safe trap in the area. It is reassuring to deal with a locally owned business. read more

Eddy came to my home last week in response to termites swarming in a room. He was so respectful wearing booties, kind and polite. He looked in every nook and cranny crawling under a bed to locate where they were coming from!! He figured it out that indeed they were coming from a baseboard behind the bed!!! Eddy was so diligent and thorough! We have used CVPest before and feel we are always treated fairly in their prices. Denise on the phone is great, too!! read more

Alex did a wonderful job checking out my yard and attic for rodents. He was incredibly thorough-- checking absolutely every nook and cranny -- and finding all kinds of hard-to-locate possible access points. He was on-time and friendly, and I hope the company's bid is competitive so I can have him come out and do the work! read more

Amazing people to work with! Alex did a fantastic job!!! Texted me an hour before appointment and arrived right on time. Was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. Couldn't be happier with his service. read more

Very sad service, Clearly there are significant communication issues between the back office and service techs. We received visits even though we got email acknowledgment of cancelation, they missed that they promised to call to reschedule a service date due to rain and charged me for work never performed, though they did issue a credit that day. They never sent a contract for some work performed and failed to sufficiently inform us that we had to leave the house during an inside treatment. There were just too many drops, miscommunication and lack of vital information for us to feel comfortable using their services. The techs who came out were fine and Melany on the phone is great. I cannot recommend their service. read more

I started off with another company and they seemed to just be going through the motions. I switched to Carmel Valley after seeing them service a neighbor and I'm glad I did. Alex services my property and actually cares. I can't recommend them enough. read more

We discovered a small pile of termites dropping and you can imagine how we felt. I started going on a pest control company hunt on Yelp. Called several places and CVPC was able to quickly schedule an inspection. From Ms. Beth to Inspector Lee Edgerton, we had great experience and zero complaint. The inspector Edgerton showed up on time, he identified the area that was infected right away and explained to us what he would treat the issue and how it works. In the end, we had him did the treatment on the spot. If you ever discover termite problem, give them a call and they will take excellent care of you. read more

Eddy did a fantastic job of doing a termite treatment in our attic. Not only was he extremely polite and respectful, he did a great job of explaining how termite issues arise in the process. Will definitely use Eddy and CVPC for termite/pest needs in the future. Thanks Eddy! read more

6 Stars if I could..... CVPC is the kind of company you want to work with. Fast, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I have properties with short term renters so sometimes I can be a little unreasonable with when I need something done but they never disappoint. Martin and Melany on the phones dealing with impossible expectations are just a pleasure to work with. If you ever get the chance to work with Zach total professional and a great guy, hilarious and at the top of his game. Joe was out today and took care of our needs quickly and thoroughly. All I can say is they are the kind of company that looks for ways to work with you not the kind of company that looks for excuses. They treat you like they have known you for years and your problems are their problems. An incredible locally owned and managed company that treats you like family, wait probably better than family. Can't wait until I have another reason to call them out again. read more

Wayne called me today to update me that they are working on squeezing me in the schedule for some more repairs and that they hadn't forgotten about the projects I need completed. I appreciate the phone call update. Marin was also here today doing maintenance pest control spraying. I appreciate that he knows when to come to re-spray the outside of the house to prevent ants and spiders. I also like that it's non-toxic to birds and other wildlife. read more

Writing review for home inspection service (pre-sale). The inspector (Brice) was polite, courteous and answered all my questions. He seemed to have exhaustive knowledge on construction and gave me a thorough run down of what to expect during the treatment process. Unfortunately he did find some evidence of termites, but I feel reassured now knowing the course of action. I will be using CVPC to treat it. It didn't hurt that he's also pretty easy on the eyes! read more

Eddie was fantastic and an asset to the company. communication between the office and myself was poor. .First after making an appointment we received an old report that shouldn't have been sent. Then we received a contract and request for credit card prior to service. have ever paid for service prior and don't intend to . Tehn received a message the day before asking if we could change time . We had no time to respond and fortunately someone could be home. when they came at the new time . so: very happy with technician both in attitude and attention to detail very unhappy with communication with office and request for payment in advance. probably won't use them again after warranty period unless they clean up their office .... read more

We had the best experience with CVPC. They are top-notch and extremely professional. To date they are our favorite crew that has worked on our house. We did a major remodel and learned that many companies over promise and under deliver. Not the case with CVPC. Thanks to the professional team that showed up to our house. Carroll, Eddie, Josh & Josh. :) You guys were great!!! Our son was so excited to get back home after school and "the guys" were still here. Thanks again! read more

One of the the worst things a homeowner can experience is the discovery of termites; however if you encounter this misfortune give these folks a call. I went thru 4 companies in addition to my regular pest service provider and these guys hit it out of the park! Everyone else had me on my knees in fear not understanding the problem and no one could provide answers short of a 5k solution. However CVP tech specialist Sergio Vazquez not only took the time to find & treat several of the access points, he explained to me the places termites would likely strike and what to watch for. Given the fact that my treatment came with a one year warranty I feel even better. This turned out to be a blessing to what initially appeared as a disaster. I thank the tech Sergio at Carmel Valley Pest Control & would recommend this company given their integrity and expertise. read more

I found what looked like termites in my attic last weekend so called Carmel Valley Pest Control to have someone come out and take a look. I got an appointment for less than a week later and Chuck, who I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by, was right on time for the appointment, and could not have been more helpful and nice. This is my first home and we've lived here for lest than a year so I was a little worried about something like this being a big problem, but did an inspection, then he explained what I had seen (termite scouts but not a full infestation) and walked me through exactly what the best course of action would be and sprayed the attic right then to prevent any more from sticking around. If you're looking for a pest control service you will not be disappointed with these guys and fingers crossed you're lucky enough to get Chuck like I was. read more

The team is great. Zach came and checked our house and gave us a great written estimate for some major deck and house wood rot and termite damage repairs. It was a very good price compared to the 2 other companies we tried. A team of 3 trucks with about 4-5 guys came on schedule and completed the work in 4 days. The Forman Lee and his team did amazing work. When done Lee walked me around and showed all of the repairs and even did several extra things not on the estimate but he said 'we were here and wanted to do it right'. Amazing. I'm so glad we used a great reputable company with very good prices. Fumigation is next and our house will be good for the next 100 years! Thank you Lee and Zach , great job. read more

We used Carmel Valley Pest Control (CVPC) to treat for termites and repair some dry rot, and we could not be happier. Sergio walked us through what he was going to do, and could not have been more professional throughout. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and we could not recommend CVPC more. read more
