Bryan and his team recently cleaned out 50 years insulation in my attic. The attic had many holes , and mice activities. Bryan and his team did excellent job to remove, sanitize, air seal , seal all holes, and install new batt insulation. Bryan and his team were doing beyond their job. They found and notified me that my AC pump tubing was kinked; it could make the heat pump failure. They replaced my 50 year old dryer vent that was refused by other estimators ( one of the holes that Mice can gets into dryer unit). We wanted to insulate our attic for better temperature control. Workers for the previous owner had made a mess, tossing many of the existing insulation batts out of their way and leaving their trash behind. When Bryan inspected our attic he noticed that one of the roof vents was inadequately blocked off to prevent rodent entry. When we explained we wanted to eventually install ceiling fans with ducts that would need that opening, he recommended we do that first before insulating. He spent a lot of time with us helping us figure out how and where to have those fans and their associated electrical switches installed, and he waited the two months while we completed that project. His team's insulation work included removing the trash, re-installing the batts where they belonged, installing fenders to protect the attic vents on the sides of our house, blocking off what little opening remained in the roof vent, and then installing loose-fill fiberglass on top. Finally they removed the protective plastic they'd placed through the house to the crawlspace. Bryan's estimate was a little higher than the other bid we got, but that estimator didn't go all the way into the attic and didn't mention the roof vent issue. We went with Bryan because he anticipated important issues and helped us plan the ceiling fan project. He stopped by during the job, and at the end of the job he promptly provided us with the paperwork to qualify for the insulation tax credit. read more

We asked for Brian to get rid of the rats, and ensure they have no way to enter the attic. He filled the holes along the roof, set traps and caught the remaining few, and filled the attic with new blown-in insulation. This isn't something we thought we'd need to do but it has definitely made a difference in our electric bill and the rooms are now equally cooled. Without a doubt the best service provider I've ever used. Honest, reasonably priced, professional, detail oriented, and very service minded. We had them replace the insulation in our attic, seal our 50+ year old ducts, and replace a whole house fan duct. The price was competitive (not the cheapest) and Bryan (the owner, and also the one who did the site walk and estimate ) was by far the most detailed and clear about the service he was going to provide. He was here for almost the entire job and made sure everything was right at the end of the job so everything was as promised. At the end of the job he lowered the price voluntarily because one of the items in the scope of work took less time than he initially estimated.
