David and Trevor did an excellent job cleaning the HVAC air ducts (9 total), as well as the filters, and cleaned my dryer vent. They texted & called me 25 minutes before arrival. When they arrived they immediately asked if I wanted them to wear the shoe protectors & explained the process. They confirmed the number of vents and showed me the cost before doing any work to make sure I was fine with the price. The actual cleaning took them about 1.5 hours. When they were done they did a walk through inspection with me to make sure nothing was wrong. They showed me before and after photos of the ducts and vents. Regarding the response to my review. A visual inspection of the duct only covers 3 or 4 feet at best. Worthless for my needs I didn't know that the use of the endoscopic camera was optional. I thought that would come with the inspection. No one ever mentioned that to me or I would have ordered that too. The whole point of this was to have the ducts thoroughly inspected for needed repairs since they were so old. I mentioned that at the time I made the appointment so that was very poor salesmanship on the part of the appointment taker not to point out the options to prospective customers as well as explain what exactly was going to take place. Better training is indicated here! As I said in the original review, I guess I should have asked more questions but this was my first rodeo and I didn't know that I needed to be specific since I had already stated the reason for having this done. My bad for relying on the person on the other end to be professional enough to guide me through. Perhaps they thought they would be "saving" me money. I didn't care about the money. I actually have quite a lot of it. No more will be spent with this company. After we receive our own Dual-Lens Borescope with Light and Endoscopic Camera (which I just ordered) and do our own inspection, I will post back with results. BTW, the camera with a 33 foot cable is only $45 at Amazon and includes a 4.3" IPS Screen,1920P HD with 8 LED Lights and is waterproof as well. Do your own people so you know what you need. Hired Absolute to clean my furnace and ducts. They quoted me a fair price over the phone (compared to other places I called) and were able to schedule me for the following week. They called me 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up within the arrival Window. The 2 workers that came were nice and friendly. They finished in under 3 hours. And lowered my price based on the actual number of ducts in my apartment. There's really no way for me to know how well they cleaned the ducts but I'll have to just take their word for it. read more

My mom has been getting her chimney inspected and clean by absolute duct and chimney for the past 3 years. In this occasion we had Joey come out and inspect the chimney. he noticed a small crack inside the chimney and he refused to clean the chimney because he said it was "unsafe to use" he mentioned that the technicians that had been to our home before didn't know what they were doing and that's why he was hired because he was certified and knew what he was doing. He gave my mother a quote for over 4,000 dollars and said he would only clean the chimney after we got the repairs done. I truly believe he wasn't being honest and he was just trying to make a sell. They also noticed that our duct connected to the dryer needed to be replaced, and replaced it at a smaller length and a different angle to prevent backing up in the future. Also, you ignored the fact you sold for $250.00 a filter for our furnace that had to be removed within days of your installation; this is because there was restricted airflow, and the furnace manufacturer stated it violated the warranty since the furnace is built to NOT have a filter when the home has its own filters. read more
