The technician was knowledgeable and even fixed an issue I had with the vent on my roof, free of charge.

Highly recommend! Easy to book an appointment, and the technician, David, communicated ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. He arrived as expected and was professional, personable, and very thorough with the cleaning. He was also respectful of our property. Awesome customer service overall! read more

David and his teammate was amazing, great communication and service! My gutters and chimney are sparkling clean!

David and Isaac showed up on time and ready to go to work. This was not the usual duct cleaning. This was a rat (!) that got in the duct and died. Yuck ! Within a short amount of time all was good. They got it out. A kind and efficient team. This is the company you want to call. read more

David and Trevor did an excellent job cleaning the HVAC air ducts (9 total), as well as the filters, and cleaned my dryer vent. They texted & called me 25 minutes before arrival. When they arrived they immediately asked if I wanted them to wear the shoe protectors & explained the process. They confirmed the number of vents and showed me the cost before doing any work to make sure I was fine with the price. The actual cleaning took them about 1.5 hours. When they were done they did a walk through inspection with me to make sure nothing was wrong. They showed me before and after photos of the ducts and vents. The HVAC ducts/vents had not been cleaned for 4 years. David and Trevor were very professional, informative, and efficient. I am very satisfied with their work and would use them again. read more

Juan and Dominic were our techs today. Everything from communicating what needed to be done, to providing the before and after photos of our vents, bathroom and laundry exhausts were helpful and appreciated. Juan also let us know what issues may pop up due to the age of the house and he let us know what needed to be fixed immediately versus the quick patch work for a later day. I was surprised and grateful for the quick and efficient work while! Were definitely going to be an annual customer moving forward. read more

This company came out to clean our dryer vents. immediately afterwards our dryer is not heating up and they came back 4 days later and were not able to fix the problem. They now say it is not their problem. Our dryer worked before they came to clean the vents and now it does not.....sounds like what they did broke our dryer. please fix the problem and refund us our money. read more

Three companies responded to my Yelp request re our family room gas fireplace. It was not venting properly with the flu open, and we were getting soot in the room and staining on mantle. Sarah contacted me, I described the problem over the phone, and we booked an appointment for the next morning. Their repairman Joey arrived within the appointment window. He quickly analyzed, explained and fixed the problem, then cleaned and inspected the firebox and chimney. Joey also answered all my quetions. All's AOK now, except for cleaning /repainting our mantle. I'm very happy with Absolute Duct & Chimney Cleaning, both service and cost, and highly recommend them. read more

Regarding the response to my review. A visual inspection of the duct only covers 3 or 4 feet at best. Worthless for my needs I didn't know that the use of the endoscopic camera was optional. I thought that would come with the inspection. No one ever mentioned that to me or I would have ordered that too. The whole point of this was to have the ducts thoroughly inspected for needed repairs since they were so old. I mentioned that at the time I made the appointment so that was very poor salesmanship on the part of the appointment taker not to point out the options to prospective customers as well as explain what exactly was going to take place. Better training is indicated here! As I said in the original review, I guess I should have asked more questions but this was my first rodeo and I didn't know that I needed to be specific since I had already stated the reason for having this done. My bad for relying on the person on the other end to be professional enough to guide me through. Perhaps they thought they would be "saving" me money. I didn't care about the money. I actually have quite a lot of it. No more will be spent with this company. After we receive our own Dual-Lens Borescope with Light and Endoscopic Camera (which I just ordered) and do our own inspection, I will post back with results. BTW, the camera with a 33 foot cable is only $45 at Amazon and includes a 4.3" IPS Screen,1920P HD with 8 LED Lights and is waterproof as well. Do your own people so you know what you need. If I had known this was this inexpensive, I would have done this first! read more

Using this company for the third time, and still great service. David was courteous and thorough. My neighbor didnt like the lint floating over to his side so David went back outside to do extra cleaning. I will use this company again in the future. read more

Hired Absolute to clean my furnace and ducts. They quoted me a fair price over the phone (compared to other places I called) and were able to schedule me for the following week. They called me 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up within the arrival Window. The 2 workers that came were nice and friendly. They finished in under 3 hours. And lowered my price based on the actual number of ducts in my apartment. There's really no way for me to know how well they cleaned the ducts but I'll have to just take their word for it. read more

Great company. Fast, friendly and efficient service. A big shout out to David who did an amazing job! He knows his stuff!! Highly recommend. read more

Bryan and Edwin did a great job on our duct and fireplace cleaning. They shared details above and beyond their scope of work based on their expertise, like making sure we knew some of our ducts were not attached to the attic like they should be. Room by room they did their thing, made sure furniture was covered, and left it spotless before moving to the next. Pricing was specific and accurate compared to what i was told on the phone, fixed up to x ducts then $45 more per. I feel peace of mind knowing the air we are breathing is clean and safe. read more

Beware of hiring this company, they will schedule your appointment, and then at the last minute(2:00-4:00 PM), ask to reschedule. I waited three hours, took a day off of work, for them to look at my chimney. Expect this company to waste your time. Do not trust this company to do a good job if they can't even keep their scheduled appointment. I would not recommend a company that cannot respect their client's time. read more

David was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Also clean & friendly. I highly recommend him. Reason for 4 stars is due to apparent confusion by schedulers. However, they quickly rectified the issue. read more

My mom has been getting her chimney inspected and clean by absolute duct and chimney for the past 3 years. In this occasion we had Joey come out and inspect the chimney. he noticed a small crack inside the chimney and he refused to clean the chimney because he said it was "unsafe to use" he mentioned that the technicians that had been to our home before didn't know what they were doing and that's why he was hired because he was certified and knew what he was doing. He gave my mother a quote for over 4,000 dollars and said he would only clean the chimney after we got the repairs done. I truly believe he wasn't being honest and he was just trying to make a sell. I definitely recommend to do some research before calling this company. We will not be using absolute duct and chimney cleaning anymore. read more

Great customer service. Fast replies, detailed estimate. Kylie was totally on top of everything.

If you're hiring this superb company, you're in great hands, Absolutely! Our household booked an AC tune-up special they were running, and my wife and I were very impressed by technician David, a young man -- personable, articulate and sharp -- who clearly knows the business up and down. In addition, he demonstrated immense good faith in noting that our 25 year old AC unit was in surprisingly fine shape. He also went into the attic to examine the furnace and told us whoever installed it 15 years ago knew what they were doing with its placement. That's the kind of guidance that breeds genuine confidence in the tech rep and this company for which David is to be highly commended as its worthy ambassador. You simply can't beat that kind of customer friendly know-how. Moreover, my wife said their office dispatcher was truly pleasant over the phone in setting up the appointment, a great encounter all around. As a result, ADCC has vaulted to the top of our list for any future needs. And be assured, it's our experience that the fabulous Yelp comments they're getting are the real deal. read more

If you've never had your air ducts cleaned, schedule an appointment STAT. My hubby and I just bought a house, built in 1973, and I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned before. Luckily, Jonny and Alex came to the rescue and gave me peace of mind. The ducts went from being covered in fuzzy, hanging dirt, dust and years worth of grime to spotless, shiny sanitized ducts. They were careful with our kitties, respectful of our furniture, very clean, explained the process throughout their visit, took before and after shots and sanitized the ducts before they left. I went from sneezing and scared of the ducts to breathing clean air and seeing clean surfaces. Call these guys to schedule your cleaning today. read more

Absolute Duct & Chimney Cleaning - Frightening and filthy air duct - Chimney Sweeps Near Me - Santee, California

This business cleaned out our dryer ducts very well. Our dryer was no longer drying our clothes well. They also noticed that our duct connected to the dryer needed to be replaced, and replaced it at a smaller length and a different angle to prevent backing up in the future. They showed us pictures of how clogged our ducts were so we will be getting this done at a more regular basis. Very professional , friendly, and reasonable. read more

I previously used this company about 3 years ago and called to get another quote. They were VERY expensive and I was told that the last time I used them, I had 12 vents. Found another company on Thumbtack. They charged about a 1/3 of what AD&C does. They also went through the house and counted ten vents with me! Where did the others go???! (Your bill goes up if you have more than ten vents!). Not using them again! read more
