My 5 Stars go to the install and hopefully the quality of the install, as I literally just had new gutters installed around my entire home. Quick response from my inquiry, Ethan came as schedule, took measurements, showed me my options, we agreed on what style I'd go with after him explaining the benefits of sizes and what not. Their guys showed up and appeared to have done a great job. Very cordial, walked through the plan, had a couple options for where to run the spouts which was informative, just overall made me feel comfortable in their profession so I greatly appreciated that about them; thanks guys. I had to leave about 30 min before they finished so I didn't get the opportunity to do the walk around, wasn't a big deal as I walked around randomly as they were doing the job. Next morning I checked it out, nothing out of wack. I did however, picked up a two screws from my driveway and piece of cutout on the side of my home. Not a HUGE deal, but I believe I would have noticed it had we did a final walk through together. This doesn't affect the install itself IMO. Lastly, here's my only tiff about the process. Yes, you can pay with credit card and what seems to be the industry standard of the customer eating the 3/4% charge, not terrible, could be better. And maybe I'm just overly sketched but I don't find it secure filling out a CC Auth form with that kind of info and emailing back to the company over unencrypted waves of the good ole internet. I'd just prefer seeing a payment option that's protected by PCIDSS or other safer, more secure payment options. Zelle is an option but Zelle has its daily/monthly limits and prevented me from making one huge payment; very frustrating, and likely frustrating for the company as well. But we worked through that and I appreciate their patience. Overall, I only recommend places or services I've personally used or witnessed. I would feel confident recommending their services. The end product looks amazing. Yes we living in Southern California and love our sunshine, but I'm looking forward to a good rain to test out the product, and afterwards we can return to the sun :). read more

Gutters Plus installed new gutters on my home front and on backyard patio. My old gutters were on the house longer than 12 years and they leaked terribly. They were warped in places and had a gap between house and gutter. Had them cleaned and fixed in the past (they had nails not screws). Well, apparently, It's almost as expensive to fix them (unless using a handy man) with no guarantee or have them replaced with at least a five-year guarantee. I choose to have them replaced. Gutters Plus response was quick. They came out a few days later to give me a free estimate. The estimate was decent and I would say what I expected. They asked me to test it out with the water hose, but I hadn't had a chance but the other day it rained hard for five minutes and so I was able to test them that way. I was pleased they worked out perfectly! I am happy. I hope it lasts (no warping or leaking gaps for the future. ) The only cons were they require a $100 deposit after the appointment is made. But it's is just part of the bill. And they gave me a day when they were coming out the next week but I had no timeframe not until the day before, and it was like in the afternoon when I found out the timeframe, so it was hard to me plan anything for that day because I had no time yet until basically the last minute. After submitting a deposit, I was given a few dates to choose from to start the installation of new rain gutters. The install was quick for my two story, 2000 square foot home. The rain gutters were installed just in the nick of time...two weeks later, we had a few days of rain. I walked around the house to make sure the gutters were performing as they should. I had a problem with my back-of-the-house gutters. Since they were too narrow, every time it was raining, water was pouring over the gutter right on my patio furniture. Messy and annoying. Gutters Plus just finished my job today and I wanted to be sure to write this review before the busy-ness of life gets in the way. My house has easily been the largest art project of my life. My husband and I had transformed it from a plain stucco adobe type house into an arts and crafts style home. As a result, I was concerned gutters would disturb the aesthetics of my home and put off getting gutters installed for the past 20 years. There would be 2 bays for the contractor to contend with too vs. just straight runs. I contacted 3 of the highest rated gutter companies on Yelp and found Gutters Plus to be the most timely and responsive to my questions with the other two failing to get back to me timely and ultimately not at all. I guess they had bigger jobs, but I feel not responding is unprofessional and rude. So glad they showed their true colors given Gutters Plus assigned David, a true artist, to my job. I first met with Ethan for the initial estimate. Both are golden gentlemen who showed tremendous respect for me and my home. David let me know of any changes needed to the initial design to ensure the water would escape properly from the gutter systems he was installing. Before we worked with Gutters Plus, we had a relatively small gutter that was creating a big problem for the roof and patio tiles, with huge amounts of water pouring over with every storm (even light rain). I am so glad to be able to enthusiastically recommend Gutters Plus. We moved into our house a year and a half ago and have been trying to get gutters on since. Something weird popped up with each of the companies we tried -- either never sending the quotes, not showing up to quote, not wanting to honor their own quote when we called to schedule, and just straight up ghosting.
